They give us a room, half an hour waiting for hot water to come out, a person arrives in Czech and confirms that no hot water comes out we change room 10 minutes later they touch and we return to change the room because that was already booked… one hour we lost on this and that… bad!

Good service close stores and clean environment.

Big room. I loved that the desk lady let me pick my room when there wasnt many people was also given my own personal car slot garage.

Good size room and it had a fridge. But the power went out for a day during the stay. The beds and pillows are great.

Lowest price online. Then take the bus to the city center. Busses usually run until 9 pm. The place is located in soler. The place is clean. The security guard and the receptionist speak English.

A lot of security; difficult to access; Very close to a shopping plaza; The rooms are very spacious and very old. To get out of the hotel to the street to walk, you have to ask permission.

Run never stay here, looks like horror movie Hotel.

We stayed there this year end and they stole what they could and when they claimed they told us they were not responsible for very bad attitude and did not want to show us the cameras as we left the key and entered the room.

They suck I'm a reservation for $21 dollars which would be $356 pesos since they receive the dollar for 17 pesos And when I got they they charged me $400.00

Increased rates do not respect a single price.

The Internet very very bad and the customer service lousy, could not be able to bring me a rag to clean as I spilled something or change a chair that was broken. Everything else I liked (room, cleanliness, comfort, design)

Rooms were decent, better than I expected for the price. Would of given 5 stars if they had a pool and bigger parking. Clean big rooms, and quiet place.

Room was large with everything in it (even hair dryer) there was also fridge and a heater, but not sure if either worked, had no need. Bedding/towels were nice and clean. A bit ran down, but what does one want for such a price? Staff was very helpful and friendly. There was free drinking water in the halls. Not giving 5 stars because they have hourly rates and the large % of customers maybe there for very certain reasons. But it didn't really effect us in any negative way. Stayed with husband and two kids. For only a night.

Decent hotel for the price. $29 for 2 people.

This is obviously a hotel typically used for hours only. I would have left had I not paid for several days in advance. The receptonist is very rude does not make you feel welcome at all. They treat everyone as though you are there to use their hotel for a few hours for a good time only. The security asked every time we left if we were going back, I later noticed he was the one that would quickly run up th stairs and clear up not CLEAN up a room after customers were done after a few hours. It was a horrible experience. None of the hotel sites should advertise for them. They also make you pay cash, that should have been my first indication of the type of hotel. The pictures online are not what the rooms really look like either.

Great hotel big rooms and what else can I say for the price you cant complaint I spent 3 nights and I will come back for sure. They have lots of security staff and always looking around for the security of the hotel and the guests. They dont have an elevator thats why im giving 4 stars. But at same time I understand its old building. But still good looking hotel. Thank you.

In A Couple Of Words Its Ok Just To Have Fun.

Hotel had room service that delivers lube and sex toys. Mirror over the bed, and free aduly channels… For 20 bux a night a star in my book.
