Hubo un tiempo de espera alto en recepción porque no sabían cómo checar la reservación, los cuartos no están bien limpios, no tienen aire acondicionado y las camas son muy incómodas, el precio está muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, but I was tortured by the Municipal Police there for an hour… So I don't think I will return. Which sucks, because I really do like the hotel and the manager was very sympathetic when I returned to collect the things that the police didn't steal. I posted the pictures of the two dirty cops that tortured me and stole my cell phones.

Staff are thiefs go thru your room when you go out… dont stay here!

Been going here for a couple years now and it's always exceptionally clean and very affordable.

I don't recommend it because during my stay I broke two windows out of my car and they stole everything inside. My car was in the hotel parking lot and they just say they didn't see anything when they were supposed to have cameras.

This is a pretty inexpensive hotel and you get a decent room that was clean and a staff that is available. They don't go out of their way to be available but they definitely are there and will assist you if you need help. It did take them all day long for me to be able to ask them finally to provide me with some new towels and some sheets and I could change my own bed but if you're only staying for a night that's not a problem. I do believe that their house cleaning crew needs a class in efficiency and cleaning because it literally takes them all day to clean the rooms and the place was not even sold out.

The most comfortable rooms the service super attentive and the location in the square coming down from the table.

Great rates. Very peaceful, close to everything, clean rooms, the staff was very helpful, I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Great staff! Nice rooms that are upto date and top choice for overall value in TJ. The location is central and close to everything yet just a block toward the unknown{ { for lack of better wording } — at night it can seem a little shady but not a problem if you keep to yourself. }}Bonus too! the staff doesn't intrude or go into ur room like some other hotels have been known for. So we loved staying here super clean, nice and hard working staff and a comfy bed. Microwave in lobby and snacks for sale!

Lousy service
and when it comes to applying for a bill, the receptionist never knows anything and it is impossible to speak with the manager, because manifest is never found. The or the in charge of billing never this, over a month requesting an invoice and nothing, but if it tries to charge the room must be in advance, they do not lose.

Its a simple hotel/motel with cheap rates you get what you pay for :)

Very bad! Call to request information of rooms to book to which responded me that they could not give me information by phone that he had to go personally, is illogical! I did not like that I opened the room and stole my cell phone when the ignition key the had in reception and no one was made responsible, a bad experience I would not recommend it.
