Great price and cool chill staff. Not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect that. 5 star experience so far. Clean and easy to use everything.

Though we have stayed here before and were given a good price, this time the price went up $20. We were told our room would be ready in an hour. We went to eat 3 blocks down and it has been an hour and a half… still not ready. They told my husband it would be ready on 40 minutes. So as the picture shows, we are in our car in their lot waiting. Who knows what time we can unpack and get settled.

For an cheaper hotel it was really clean. The bed was super comfortable and they had all the good movie channles I would stay again.

It is a very clean hotel and if you grab it over the internet the rooms are memory foam bed.

This is not a high end place but it has great customer friendly staff like Juan Manuel. The room rate for us was $44 per night. For that price we got a nice sized room with a king size bed (memory foam), Wi-Fi, Cable, water, toiletries and AC/Heater. Yes, you get that it most places but for the price you can’t go wrong. It is literally a two minute walk to the trendy place for food, La Telefónica and a $2 cab ride to downtown Tijuana or a 20 minute walk. There is plenty of parking and all areas are well lit. If you just need a place to crash this might suit your needs.

Great value! In a neighborhood that feels very safe (and trendy). Free parking, close to restaurants, and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.

Comfortable, basic rooms with parking for overnight. Lota of great resturants within the area. Reasonable prices.

I stayed two days first the TV did not look, I got to bathe and the water suddenly went cold and to finish it did not clean because as they forgot, when I asked them to change me room they said that you could not really that nefarious service.

Everything was good and the staff polite and helpful. Convient to all areas. Lots of restaurants. I love Mexico.

Personally beds we super uncomfortable. Staff was unfriendly the shower sucked no pressure at allll how are your guest supposed to feel comfortable waking up to not be able to get cleaned up properly. Never again thank you… But they got the best of us. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here honestly!

Lugar es muy bueno para pasar un fin de semana solo para dormir y darte un buen baño. Tiene estacionamiento y todos los dias dan 2 botellas de agua gratis por habitación. Te limpiam la abitación y te dan café gratis.

Clean and comfortable, the 3 stars are for the receptionist who is very rude, customer service zero stars.

Nice clean hotel, spacious rooms.

Hotel was spacious and tastefully decorated. The Wi-Fi was a decent speed inconsistent. Location was not that far from downtown nor from the Buddy Pass OR sentri main entrance. My suggestion is make reservations. Kids with more than adequate and you will have a safe and good time.

Dump! Rude front staff. I felt like we we're on a five star hotel the way they monitored or room. Apparently you can't have guest at hotels without you getting half the room stay charged. I'm recovering from surgery and they will wanted to play games with the floors they put us on and the help they could provide. This place had led lights for all lighting in room. Too many porno channels for my taste! You get a pitcher to walk over to the office to get ice. 5 dollar deposit for T. V. Remote and room key… Another dump of u get what u pay for. After two weeks here to unforeseen medical stuff you want to maintain frugal but geez!

In general the place is good and fulfills its purpose with good service by the employees. The location is accessible and allows you keep away a little bit from the hustle and bustle.

Rooms very well cleaned and for an inexpensive room you get the commodities of a luxury hotel. Well guarded by staff and CCTV surveillance for your safety. Our hotel choice for every weekend.

One of the best places in tijuana to stay.

The access road is not very safe. I stayed in the single room and it had heat, apparently no rooms have AC, only a ceiling fan but it does not work correctly. The bedspread was dirty and broken. The receptionist is grocero. All this for $540 mx. Not if it is cheap, but I've been in hotels much better for the same price.

The experience was good overall, a great value. The incessant jackhammer in the morning was, however, not particularly nice. Also the toilet seat would not stay up. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. I don't think much of the staff spoke English either, which made the stay more difficult. Also they need a $5 deposit for a TV remote.

Very well time. A room in the hotel is cheap and gave us a good night.
