It was excellent the rooms are clean the food was perfect I have no problems staying here I would come again I loved it.

Excellent service, 15 years of stay in this hotel and always have the chance to see what a hare.

Was looking for an inexpensive room for the night. Other places were about average seventy-five a night. Called here and was way less got a good price over the phone got here and was given a higher price. Told them I had called and got the phone price. Room very clean and spacious. Whenever I come back will definitely return here. I'll be here 2 More days and very happy.
I was looking for a place not very expensive but the other places will charge the same. Call and I got a good price, I arrived I got another one and I told them to call and I received the previous quota. The room was spacious and clean. If I come back I'll definitely come back here. I'll still be 2 more days and delighted.

Tuve algunos problemas con el estacionamiento. "Puedes estacionarte donde sea" te dicen, pero sin el del local se le pone abrir te llaman Para que muevas tu coche. Hablen con el seguridad primero.

If this comfortable and everything But the bathroom was all dirty and that's not agradabld.

I was alone one night and I was enough to never return, no elevator, if you travel with stroller and baby like me it is a lousy option. As we opened the door of the room ran like 6 cockroaches, fortunately apparently have rooms with and without cockroaches, as you prefer, as we called the Lobby and moved us room, obviously we did not want to try Breakfast Included.

Perfect for those who come for work. The girls at the front desk are friendly and have security staff in the excellent parking option in Tijuana.

Very ugly and Carisimo, the TV has like 5 channels only, the handle of the bathroom key was broken and only give two very small towels, it does not take away what it costs.

Easy to get there, parking right in front, near the hwy. Window couldn't be closed. Good mexican breakfast. No english speaking service. Okay for the price.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Also very clean. Plus free parking. Location okay, beds could be more comfy, and maybe a bit noisy.

The hotel is not the greatest but is in a good area with security guards 24/7 wish is a good thing to park your car. Not far from the Otay border line.

WE GOT ROBBED! Rooms were clean and it was pretty cheap but the security gard told us at night that he would chek the cars in the parking lot and that nothing would happend as we were planning on taking are stuff in the room with us because the hotel is in a quite sketchy neighbourhood. In the morning we went to eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant; food is really good by the way, but then a new gard, Adrian, came to see us inside to let us know that my dog had escape the car (i didnt wanted her to stay in the room by herself) … Somebody broke into the car in the middle of daylight while the LITTLE parking lot was suposed to be safe. Then the not so nice employees who were working there wouldnt call the police nor chek the cameras for us. I had to find the police my self and I was kindly told that this is how it works in mexico and that robbers pay gards to let them steal. Becarful if you ever go there and dont trust anyone.

Really bad hotel we got all our stuff stolen in our car that was parked on the hotel parking and the security garde are really bad and the hotel staff did not even helped us. They did not even called the police for us and did not wanted to show us the camera for your safety never go to this hotel.

Good place to rest, with family or couple, near the airport, place without traffic, strategic area to get to anywhere in Tijuana, very affordable prices and have areas for smoking, restaurant and shop to not leave one of the hotel, Parking lot with more place than one imagines.

Gonna be a critic here coming from the US I built hotels and have to wonder why they don't consider guest safety No smoke detectors no outlets for electronics (phone tablet laptop) except by the entrance an bathroom Tile floors in the shower no matt to step out on and very slick because no shower door! No hand towels! or any cups to rince after you brush your teeth! Enough said WELCOME TO MEXICO!

Very good place. Very clean. But the Wi-Fi signal is terrible. Like I don't have. The attention is good.

DANGER! Front Desk Work With Extortionists. This Is My Experience The Front Desk Lady Call The Room Then Told Me There Was An Operative Going On Then Pass Me To A Cartel Member Claiming They Were Checking For People. They Claim They Had The Hotel Under There Control And Then Claim Not To Come Out. Long Story Short Me And My Wife Were Really Scared. Until I Was Brave To Poke My Head Out The Door And Saw Nothing Was Going On. Went To Front Desk They Claimed Its Was Nothing To Worry About Ignoring The Fact That She Was An Accomplice Deny To Give Me Back My Money For The Remaining Days. Don't Waste Your Time With Calling The Cops I Did They Said They Couldn't Do Anything And I Could Either Come Back Another To Claim My Money Like I Would Want To Set Myself Up For Something To Me… The Girl Wasn't There Anymore Supposedly She Was Gone Front Desk And The Manager Didn't Help Don't Come Be Safe There Better Hotels In Tijuana…

Just Fix The Wi-Fi And Clean The Restrooms Better.

Big Rooms Just Need Better Wi-Fi. The Floor Had Hair Which Was Disgusting. Clean Better And Better Wi-Fi Then It Would Be 5 Stars.

Shit…!, HOTEL has no mothers, it is normally not critical but I had the worst experience, the worst thing the true, the staff that cleans the rooms or the ladies screaming stupidity and-a-half, fell to the person and still screams at me that if the one who fell, I'm going to rest at the hotel not to know the life of others and much less to hear screams and to top it all off a central truck trailer all night, made noise arriving at odd times in the back, plane a damn unforgettable experience I would NOT recommend it for anything, and I'll keep posting for my courage, in that I rest to my wife, newly operated and to live it, imagine it I good and healthy I felt that now she in order to a piece of shit.!

This hotel is wonderful It was it 2 beds 1 TV and it has it on restaurant I will give it 4 stars.

Horrible service. Made a reservation days before and called them day of to confirm it and let them know was going to be late and they gave my reservation away. Will never go there again!

Room was nice, and room service was very inexpensive. However room was pretty loud and walls were thin. Nice place overall good for the price.

Anything recommend 2 days there was no water, in the TV there is only 3 or 4 channels, the Internet very slow and over all problems to bill since I'm already asking that I make 2 bills a of 3 days and another only 1 day and tell me THEY CAN'T! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Lousy Hotel, not recommendable, internet signal with constant fault, you have only 3 channels of tv, in the morning no hot water… for my I don't give not one star only for q to force it is necessary to give at least one star for comment to be published… not ADVISABLE.

Super good price just a little annoying noise in the morning as 9 am approximately even knock on your door the waitresses.

The service people (mostly in cafeteria) are very attentive, comply with the basic cleaning. It is a functional hotel.

Stayed here many times. I loved it here. The front desk was nice & helpful. Room service is great. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. Everything sparkles clean. The bed can be a lil softer. I liked it felt safe there.

We found a roach the first night. Wifi was really poor. And to top it off one of the maids so called "Lupita" stole money when she did the cleaning the second nightwe stayed. After confronting with the maid I had to wait to talk to the manager the next day and all he said was that he would talk with her but most likely get the same response she had given me the day before. "I didn't take it. " We are leaving now and will not be back.

I give it only one star. Because the hotel is infested with cockroaches. I did 3 changes of room and the 3 I found with these. It will be very cheap and very central but that is, if you're going to find with these things. Pesimo! Never coming back.

Customer I am assiduous xesde 5 years ago and is very clean and quiet, the bad thing is that people do not respect the area non-smoking and the smell of cigar leaves the room.
