In itself all the attention of the very friendly staff 😃 lunches the room so I return home time with my husband.

I love all the service from personal reception and food and quarter a thousand thanks for everything if I recommend it.

A good place spacious annotations very clean and very good attention I recommend it.

I love the hotel; it's clean and well kept. However, I have had bad experiences with the billing. The hotel has charged me a higher amount than what I was originally quoted. When I have brought the discrepancy to Manager's attention he seems lost and refuses to refund the excess amount. Only after speaking with corporate have I gotten my issue resolved.

Basic but very clean and modern facility and rooms. Staff is extremely helpful. The surrounding area is also a modern shopping center and very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience, the rooms were super cleaned, we asked for toothbrushes and within 5 mins someone came and gave them to me… we would definitely go back whenever visiting family! Great customer service, also security 24/7 I'm parking lot makes you feel very safe. The location is great very secure.

Located in an upscale part of town with a lot of new shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice and accommodating staff that are very fluent in English.

Cumplen con todo lo mencionado. Habitaciones muy reconfortantes y limpias. Asean a diario. Puedes cambiar sábanas diario si lo deseas. Wi-Fi bien, TV de cable, cuenta con alberca y un gym. La ducha una maravilla, con salida de agua tipo hidromasaje, las toallas súper limpias y suavecitas.

Holiday inn continues to meet expectations, room is clean, installations are keep in very good shape, personnel is helpful and courteous. Location of this particular sure at Mexicali ids very good also, near to shopping and restaurants (and my family) which makes it more attractive. If you need an extra portable bed you may be out of luck because they seem to be always out or maybe they don't have any and the pool is always cold. I haven't asked if they have a heater for it. The breakfast is also very good. I recommend this place.

All very well very clean and spacious just a couple of details the Tv signal looked trimmed (incomplete) and lacks a fridge to the room outside of that so if it was perfect clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel in Mexicali. Totally new and very spacious its rooms, pool of good size and a perfect location in the Golden Zone of this city. Only the breakfast is very small of options and something artificial. Pot service I'm not complaining, it's first level.

Nice, newer hotel in Mexicali. The immediate area has several restaurant options that you can safely walk to in five minutes or less. It led to a comfortable stay during my work trip.

This is the BEST HIExpress I've been to, Updated to modern and functional status. Great Service anywhere you were on the property, and clean and safe, love the area shopping center and awesome restaurants around. Definitely a must stay if you're in Mexicali.

The light switches. They don't work unless you leave your key card in a little slot by the door. Took me a few minutes in the dark to figure that out. Also the beds are a little hard. Aside from that it's a very nice place.

We have stayed at many Holiday Inn & I can honestly say this one by far the Best! The suite was nice & clean, friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was Awesome & fresh! We were very satisfied & Would highly recommend this place.

I am a Spire elite IHG member which means I consistantly stay over 70 nights in IHG properties per year and 95% of those stays are Holiday Inn properties. This is without compare the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. I will even say it is the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are amazing they look and smell great and they are big. The breakfast is truely great no powdered eggs, nasty turkey bacon, or bad coffey. Everything was fresh and great even the coffey. The price was also very reasonable I paid around $130.00 Dollars per night. Outside is well lit and safe and there are some very nice restaurants next door. The staff was very profesional and very fluent in English. I was able to to contact them on the phone and had no trouble communicating with them. Last but not least they have high Integrity. The most scary thing when you travel out of the country is loosing your credit cards ID and money. I like an idiot checked out without cleaning out my in room safe. I had left some cash my credit cards, my personal Galaxy cell phone, bluetooth head phones, and a 500 dollar gift certificate. I called them on the phone and they went and emptied the safe and locked the items up in the Hotel safe until I could get back. Not one thing was missing, and no bad attitude. Book a room at this Hotel and I know you will love it as much as I did, I look forward to staying there again in about 1 month.

The king suite was perfect, loved the sheets and down comforter. Staff went above and beyond. So courteous and helpful for an Americano in Mexico who didn't speak Spanish!

Verry unhappy with my stay. If I choose This particular Hotel it's because of the great reputation it has. Had!. I cheked in at 4am checked out at 11am. Was charged twice for a gran total of $343.25 for 7hours check your statements people. still trying to get my $$ back…

Accessible location with ample parking. Walking access to shopping plaza with multiple restaurants. The hotel is new very clean but unwelcoming. The rooms very adequate. You are missing the personal touch to make it cozy.

I liked it, you can book on-line and grab more discount and x the morning breakfast is free. That is in economy. Facilities all very clean, tidy and good customer service. Only when you first call to make the remembrance I answered the phone.

The location is very good as around there are restaurants, shops and a cinema. Also the service is very good, they are very attentive and friendly. The place is very comfortable and cozy. B.

Great service. Most staff is bilingual. Rooms are in excellent condition and the pool is clean. Breakfast was a good mix of Mexican and American food, both were delish!

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! My family stayed here for my brother in laws wedding, day of the wedding my husband and 3 year old son get in the shower and my husband closes shower door only to have it shatter in a million pieces! My son was fine but not my husband it sliced the top of his foot and tore a ligament in his toe he needed 6 stitches. This is a new hotel with shatterproof doors we don't understand how this shower door would break? The hotel manager offered to not charge our stay because of this. What they did was charge us after we left. We called and spoke to manager who assured us that they refunded us and would send us proof. It's been over a month now and we are still waiting for refund, proof, or for manager to answer our calls. My husband was out of work for 2 weeks because of this accident. This also worries me because this could happen to someone else and they are just brushing it off! What if it was my son or another child even an elder this could have been life threatening! Please hear my warning and stay at a different hotel! I rated one star but if I could I'd rate zero stars!
