En cuanto a organizacion del evento… El lugar está bien pero, es poco el espacio en los recesos, cuentan con valet parking punto a su favor, fuera de allí desconozco si las fallas hallan Sido del hotel o el comité organizador… Regular.

The buffet service offered at Gran Hotel La Hacienda la Noria has a small variety of food. However I can say that the food is of great quality and the seasoning that the restaurant chef gives to the dishes is exquisite. The flavors are well defined and the ingredients are fresh. Perhaps they could improve a little in the service that the waiters offer that since I could notice without any effort that a couple of them were there almost as an obligation since the gestures of displeasure for the work was very noticeable. However, there was never any disrespect. Still, the deal is very cold on the part of some. The Fruit Bar was very scarce and only had fresh watermelon and melon, but it was all there was. As for the juices, there was carrot, orange and played green. I Could tell that the juice is natural. The Coffee was hot but our table did not have sugar or cream. The cleanliness of the restaurant was good, more not excellent. I Must admit that the tables are somewhat uncomfortable, as when you sit down you are very removed from the food plate.

I have visited this hotel several times since the 2014, this visit has left me a taste of bitter mouth.
As I said, it's the details that make a difference.
For example, the cleanliness of the room, is not altogether lofty as previously.
I stayed alone in a room with 2 beds, even when I only completely distended one, because in the other I have sat or put something on and it gets messy, because not by mistake they fix it, they have left like this (already 3 nights).
Between Friday and Sunday there are many events, they are in the garden, and the candor does not let sleep, there is some kind of care for the guests (Windows Antinoise, down to the music, …). Yesterday until Cuetes threw into the yard, so I tell them the fright that happens.
There are armchairs in some hallways, all are so dirty and stained, so you think to sit on them.
The pool beds the same, super worn and stained, no control with the guests, there was a group of teenagers jumping and playing very scandalously, no one could tell them not to disturb the other guests.
In short it is a nice hotel, I hope to return to quality they had not long ago.

Very nice hotel, very good location They need to improve their attention on the front desk in order for the staff to attend in a uniform manner. Take care that the comforts of the room are the right xq I had to call on 2 occasions to program the TV.

It is a very nice place to stay in the city, the facilities are very comfortable, the kids have a lot of fun in the pool, only with the younger children you have to be careful as the pool measures 1.50 cm, the water has a nice temperature for this time of year (April), the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom also very spacious, and above all it looks clean, so you pay is the best option, 100% recommended.

I took three years hospedandome me and some colleagues at this hotel, between February 14th and left on February 16, I stole clothes from the room, the manager in turn took the case said that would solve the situation I asked for the phone and went quietly to his House, I spoke to an employee couple asking what had happened and told me that the manager will not be back until the day Monday by the way that good work where the manager does not assume responsibilities and does not solve such delicate problems as having employees thieves in the hotel.

Nice hotel in Aguascalientes. It's a place to relax near to downtown. The best drinks anda food in the perimeter.

El hotel es muy bonito. Mantiene la arquitectura original de hacienda. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, con balcón y con muy bonitas vistas de la jardines y áreas comunes. Lo único que podría criticar sería el deterioro de algunos espacios. La comida que sirven en la restaurantes es deliciosa.

The hotel is nice and spacious with a classic and elegant design, has ample and beautiful gardens that are very pleasant to the view and are ideal for a quiet and enjoyable time, plus the staff is very friendly and efficient, however the hotel is somewhat Scuidado and maintenance is needed in certain areas.

The Gran Hotel Hacienda de la Noria has a great service, it's spaces and rooms create a romantic location for special events, its kitchen has excelent taste, Is a wonderful place!

Nice hotel, with a Mexican 'hacienda' style, the food is good. The gym needs more treadmills, though, but still it is worth staying there.

The rooms are nice, the food IS ok at the breakfast buffet, but It was only 1 included per room on our stay eventhough we were 2 persons staying at the room.

Excelent as a social and professional meetings amphitryon, excelent infrastructure and service.

The meal was great, really cool hotel, there was a wedding and the atmosphere was stunning, great place to relax.

Its a beautiful olace but I thibk that it needs more environmental music or people… it looks like a boring place and it isn't.

Service is cool, room cleaning very friendly. At the Pool it is virtually impossible. Towels for the Pool need to be requested. Breakfast buffet is good and fine.

My experience was pleasant. The place is beautiful, the people friendly, the food delicious and in general concluded that it would visit the hotel but next time to stay.

For a social service, a great experience, from the dishes to the valet parkin, highly recommended for the Organization of an event.

Very nice hotel, rooms large and very comfortable, although I found details of maintenance. For its price range it is my favorite option in Aguascalientes. Worth a visit next to the hotel the "Cantina la rielera"

Place overrated. Lack of sufficient parking place. There is valet parking. The buffet has little variety. Good ingredients, but bad preparation. The physical space of the interior is very nice. Cost per person $145 + tip. I do not recommend.

Very spacious rooms and the service is excellent (In particular the maid surprised us more than once with details that few places have). The breakfast is pretty good and that to say of the pool, riquisíma. I highly recommend it. The only detail that this hotel have (for me) is that when you have so many gardens suddenly surprised a mosquito or insect in the room). Even so, I would host here.

The service is excellent, the food is delicious, very comfortable pool and rooms of luxury, a place very like to be and above all the place is very clean.
