Excellent treatment and very nice facilities very nice gardens.

The hotel is very nice, the service excellent. The only bad thing is that the showers are for very nice people and it is uncomfortable to bathe, and some of the towels look old. Everything else is great.

The best experience of hospitality, service and elegance in Aguascalientes.

An imposing fountain that sits opposite the presidential room, with a beautiful view, its perfect gardens and its swimming pool to the
darkening only showed the steam coming out of it as it collided with the fresh air of the night.

Comfortable rooms, spacious and with enough amenities, the service was excellent.

The restaurant is also very nice, the menu with enough options for delicious and very romantic dinner.

It has valet parking.

With impressive architecture, they take care of every detail for the guest to be attracted to the facilities. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One hundred percent recommended.

El personal es muy amable pero el hotel tiene poco mantenimiento: plantas muertas por no regarlas, alfombras sucias y mal olientes, alberca con azulejos cayéndose, colillas de cigarro en las jardineras, basura en la entrada… creo que necesitan ponerlas atención a los detalles. El precio definitivamente no lo vale.

The hotel was clean and the food was good but the service and the room conditions were not the greatest. The AC unit did not work so the room was extreamly hot. I called the front desk and their solution was to sent a small AC unit that was extreamly loud and did not fix the issue. I asked to get some ice and never got it. The drinks and candy from the mini bar were hot too. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent service and comfortable facilities.

Pathetic, overpriced, poorly maintained, does not serve the air conditioning, slow and bad service.
The old carpets and they smell like moisture.
We got tired, was not ready our room, they had it ready until 6 in the afternoon, the air not served, we put a water cooler that instead of cooling warmed the room.
At night I tried to go to dinner at the restaurant some rib eye tacos, 40 minutes later they were gone, I went to my room and they went to reach me half an hour later with some cold tacos and the bill!
Pathetic GER NTR, director and facilities, besides all the above is very expensive!
Not recommended and frustrating, it is neither for tourism nor for business trip.

I observe that in every beverage of the restaurant or bar they place straw without asking if I need it, so they generate a lot of pollution by using plastic that is not required. I suggest you implement disposable biodegradable and stop using plastic. The next generations will thank you!

Excellent hotel with colonial architecture, very comfortable and elegant rooms. The restaurant is very good, the full breakfasts are around $300 MXN and "normal" meals between $300 and $400 MXN. As everywhere the costs increase if you want something more sophisticated. There is no parking but it does have valet service at no cost. They could improve a bit the valet parking as it takes to deliver the car but overall all very well.

No air conditioning and failed to get us a room with ac. Their solution took 2 hours to arrive and it’s a mini ac. The charge for the internet WHO STILL CHARGES FOR THE INTERNET. Not worth the price at all.

A first-class site. Excellent location, finishes, ambience and decor. The dishes at their point and good manufacturing. The staff was very helpful and I was surprised at how quickly I was approached by some of the urgent materials I needed. Definitely the best hotel in Aguascalientes.

Hotel is nice and staff is helpful but it could use an urgent renovation, very few light sockets, furniture is also a bit old but my main concern is the food. You can't consider your self a high end place having the tasteless food they have there and on top of it is very expensive.

It's an amazing place to rest… it's too near to down town. It will be nice if they should give some free products of minibar.

Its ambience and decoration simulates a very nice palace its patios and gardens are very beautiful as if you were in a colonial city. Although it seems a bit high in price the restaurant is quite an experience. Definitely an excellent choice!

Very nice building with antique architecture. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best service. They cooked me something that was not in the menu. The food has a very good taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Very close to the Nissan plants and downtown fair's area.

Quinta Real is a beautiful five star colonial style hotel with extreme potential. However, the deteriorating room quality and poor customer service will eventually lead to its own demise. From squeaky beds, to old feathered pillows with jagged edges sticking out and picking your face at night, to a hair in my food, Quinta Real is NOT worthy of its five stars.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is fresh (not heated). Check in and check out went smoothly.

Everything is good, very nice hotel. But the service in breakfast is not the best.

Not good at all. Carpet in my room was dirty and old. AC not working very well. Food at the restaurant wasn't as expected. It is not a cheap hotel so I was expecting something better. We attended a convention and most of the attendees were disappointed with the hotel. The hotel itself is nice but once you live the experience it becomes a disappointment.

When I first arrived, they told me that breakfast was included, next day after eating breakfast (chilaquiles and black beans) with my wife (she ate the same) we had to pay $500 MXN or about $25 dollars. That is theft and fake publicity.

Deplorable hotel conditions, broken sheets, disgusting carpets, unshed air conditioning, walls with saltpeter, poor cleanliness…

It's a beauty of Hotel, in every aspect. First class attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities. I had a great time when I was enjoying my time in Aguas Calientes.

The rooms by the attention are very good, is recommended much.
