The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a safe place, the rooms are spacious but the beds are not comfortable, they grind, the food did not like this comible but it is not rich. I think the price you pay for the room is ok, you get breakfast. Clean room, and friendliness of the total staff.

Little cleanliness in the rooms, the buffet breakfast is very simple and limited in variety of stews, the juices are bitter, it faces its drinks menu, little variety of dishes in its restaurant menu, very little attention from the reception staff. And expensive room rental, Not recommended.

There's only one plug all over the room, the hallway lights didn't work, the internet never connected on the laptop, except on mobile devices and that sometimes. They do not agree with the rates and do not meet the services they offer. I have paid up to half of lodging with better service.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. In several places I watched the carpets dirty or shabby, I think if they replaced by floor or parquet would look much better and would be more hygienic. The towels, though clean, somewhat stiff and rough. Parking requires better surveillance during the day because people outside the hotel come in and out. The billing service is very fast as well as the check in and check out of the room.

Excellent option to visit Aguascalientes, rooms very comfortable and functional with a value for money that deserves to stay here again.

Very nice hotel, clean and care. The only problem was that our room was on the top (3rd) floor and air conditioners will not let us sleep. Across the room vibrated with the sound. The very rich food and reasonable price. Excellent attention.

As for my it was a very good experience, rooms always clean, friendly polite staff, from reception to the service, none of the noises rest very well, the food was 100 points… (last year I was very bad with food in another hotel of Aguascalientes), was varied in meats, fruits, salads, etc. The only bad thing was the landline that had no good line, by what others recommend it, also in the center of the city. I go back without hesitation!
