We just arrived yesterday after a 25 hours trip. The check in was fast and efficient. The staff are amazing, they will do anything to ease your stay. The food is great. Looking forward to more of the same!

Place to stay for any culture and experience hungry travelers. Could not ask for more helpful and cheerful staff knowing you by name not room number, going extra mile at any time to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Must try Kot Nou restaurant and a meal at one of the chef's houses. Thank you for making our week one to remember for long years xxx.

Perfect getaway hotel, staff are the best ever, so friendly, food is excellent and you are a 1 min walk from an excellent beach … Highly recommended.

Had my wedding at Emeraude Beach Attitude Hotel. It was beautiful. During our stay they organised everything and made me feel at ease. Even when we had a few issues with different things they helped fix everything up and really supported us during the process. The service and staff during our stay were wonderful. The wedding package was great value for money. We were very happy with our stay and our wedding on the beach. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable experience.

I feel sad writing this as the staff at this hotel work tirelessly, they are all lovely friendly people but…
The food was awful, my partner and I spent the fortnight hungry, eventually making us both ill. My partner is still poorly five days after leaving. The food was so horrible (chicken bones in the sauce) that we paid a taxi to take us to Flacq to McDonald’s and bought pot noodles to eat in our room. The only alternative to the food that was out I was offered was grilled chicken. Every. Single. Time.
The beach was littered with rubbish and I even saw a sanitary towel.

Great Vegetarian Food available… Best sea sight view with affordable water sports activities.

Emeraude Beach Attitude Hotel is just wow! I've been there with some colleagues. We've received a warm welcome. The staffs were very friendly. The food and services provided were great. In short, we've spent a wonderful time in that peaceful environment and we'll surely come back.

Nice rooms, lovely staff, very well located (crossing the road to the beach is not a hassle! ). Only flaw, the restaurant, which is rather tantamount to a quality canteen. I do not recommend to take half board, you will eat much better in a freshwater hole, in a restaurant or squarely in a street food!
Except this point, very good value for money. However one side a little bit stinkin' (style to charge an espresso at breakfast). But we forgive so much the staff is adorable!

This hotel is a little gem. Small and cozy staff cannot do enough to make sure your stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. Every area of the hotel is spotless. Pool area is small but clean and tranquil with palm trees dotted around. Beach is across the road but not a problem to cross and its worth it to see the Indian ocean. There are stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you they just lie in the shade or under your sunbed. Short walk into town through the trees which is nice there are a few shops that sell the usual souvenirs. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the rain shower is bliss there is always hot water. There is a constant wind here on the east coast, however this takes the edge off the heat but beware as burning is easy. Entertainment every night which is a hit or a miss but that's just the norm wherever you go. I would definitely recommend this hotel for an adults only break.

This hotel is definitely being sold short, listed as a three star the staff definitely go out of their way to ensure that you have a brilliant time in their beautiful country. The rooms are very clean and modern beds are amongst the most comfortable that I have had the pleasure to sleep in. The food is plentiful, tasty and the menu is varied from day to day therfore there is always something great on offer. The pool area is kept pristine and there are comfortable sun loungers both at the pool and also on the beach, do not think you are forgotten about down the beach as the staff sometimes bring over some snacks to suppress your appetite until you return to the hotel, some of the four and five star hotels where I have stayed would not offer this level of service. All in all a little gem in paradise.

Hotel very decent for a 3 star the staff is smiling and competent, nothing to say negative. Dinner Mauritien at the chef's place to go. Recommended.

This is paradise. Not only the island, but definitely this hotel. Where you are really at home. Not only are the rooms impeccable and really tastefully designed, all with airco, mini-bar and safe, the food is abundant and sooooooo delicious. For everything taste something. This is not a mass-tourist hotel, but for the savourer, who loves the detail. Yes, this hotel chose quality before quantity. And it shows in everything. I was unfortunate to fall ill during my stay, but the staff was so thoughtful to send a doctor, adapt the food, check-up on me while I was in hospital… This very attentive approach really made it the warmest stay anywhere, ever. And the yummiest! And by the way: the beach that belongs to the hotel is the most beautiful of the island, blessed with an ever refreshing breeze! No need to say more!

Excellent Hotel! The staff are very nice and small care for holidaymakers. Very good contact and very nice frame. The rooms are clean and neat, the service is very warm.
The beaches in front of the hotel are beautiful. The small village of Belle Mare is a 10-minute walk away.
If you are looking for a typical setting and enjoy some local cuisine, you will not be disappointed!

We just recently returned from our wedding here and what an amazing holiday! Special mention to Vicky for being so friendly and always making sure we had a drink and to Shiv for co-ordinating the wedding. Just a piece of advise to anyone getting married out here, trust the team, they have everything in hand and there really is nothing to worry about. I cannot wait to come back We’ve got some fabulous memories and photos from our special holiday.

Excellent service from the hotel staff. It's a stunning hotel to stay at, very well equipped for any of your needs. Everything is nice and clean with prompt response just a phone call away. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Mauritius.

I was There in 2010 and it had just been renovated. I found it to be a great place, clean, with good food and with wonderful staff. I would go back to Mauritius I certainly would not change.

Fantastic service. The staff were very friendly and I had a great two weeks. Sunny the manager was very kind, going way beyond the call of duty in kindness to us and looking after the quality of our stay continuously. Sam from the bar was very friendly and genuinely kind and he makes lovely cocktails. Spa girls were fantastic and Poonam did an amazing job cleaning our room.

It is a beautiful little Hotel with a great pool and a nice beach. The manager and all his personal is very friendly and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is good and the drinks are also good. We are happy to stay here.

The pros: Nice swimming pool. Nice staff. Excellent bar service and beverages specially on all inclusive. The cocktails are great. Great transat by the pool.
The cons: no parking. Got to put car outside. And the food on all inclusive is quite simple. Too simple! Serious lack of variety specially for non veg food. If not for the food, I would have given a rating of 4. But I had a nice time there. Thks for the service.

At the time of our arrival we had a warm welcome. Issue we had was dealt with promptly and professionally by the person in-charge, who by the way is a wonderful person. Even the maintenance officer was friendly. They all had good customer service! Your rooms were nice, clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is small and cosy. Exactly what we wanted to bring the family closer! Restaurant was nicely set, clean and food was average. Water was freezing in the swimming pool but we still had fun! The younger ones had a great time at the Mini Club.

Was just an awful experience there. We planned a day there thinking it would be great. No place to relax around the pool. The food was fine but unfortunately those not eating sea good will have to eat only non-veg food and on top not much variety. Mr Soubash inquired about how it was and proposed to get something else for my hubby but we had almost finished lunch. Mr Jimmy also was very helpful though. I asked for a late check out which was granted upon payment for a supplement for tea time. What was the most disappointing moment when we reach the bar for tea time. Only 2 salted cakes we available for 4 people… the bar man told us they will refill soon. We waited for almost 15 mins and no cakes to be seen. I talked to the manager there who was kind enough and arranged for something. Great was our surprise to have 9 samossas. When the kids went to fetch some drinks at the bar another disappointment. Our package was over! The fault for whom please if you can judge? Therefore I paid Rs 460 for 9 samossas and 2 bajjas fruit a pain. Like so many hotels we usually visit I always recommend others but our bad experience will not allow me to propose to others. Sorry for such a bad review but that was our experience. On top it was my birthday and was really frustrating and disappointing.

Very cosy and friendly atmosphere. The staff are so caring and the food is fabulous. We really enjoy our stay and we felt at our ease.

1. ) Superb customer service. The staff are so friendly and willing to assit/guide or go an extra mile. I booked hotel for bithday fo my wife and son (1st) birthday n customer touch point climaxed by general manager Mr Ashok was exceptioanal. I felt the real hospitality having travled almost all-over the world. Keep up well done job! 2. ) Very Clean rooms and compound. However I would love it more if part of the compound was grassed for relaxing and play ground sort of.

The hotel is very beautiful, with the hotel staffs very nice and welcoming. They offered a great customer service. The room was very beautiful and cosy. The room deco was excellent. The shower is awesome. Breakfast was very nice. The garden is beautiful and clean. The free glass bottom boat ride was very nice. However, the price of the food was a little expensive for locals. Had to walk for 30 mins to find a restaurant in the village. The snacks and drinks in the room are really expensive (A fanta 0.33L is Rs. 100). The room is not clean enough, with areas full of dust. Pools were not clean, with filters not working. The toilet door lock is broken. There is no shower door and cupboard. The safe doesn't work properly. There is a TV with 2 channels only, but no DVD in the room. Had to call the reception several times to play a movie from the reception to the room. Worst: There were black ants roaming around.
