Just got home after 10 amazing days here. it is absolutely paradise. We haven't had to lift a finger the full time. Check in process was super easy and quick. We were greeted by a smiley team and straight away our cases were taken until we could get the key to our room. The only thing I would say is, they know when guests would be arriving, so a bit of forward thinking to have the room ready would have been nice. The room was ready earlier than expected though and shower facilities were provided until the room was ready so not all bad. The room was beautiful. We had a junior suite with sea view. It was very spacious and clean. The fridge was stocked with water, soft drinks, beer and snacks. The bed was huge and very comfy. The bathroom was amazing. The terrace was meters from the beach with an amazing view. The room was cleaned twice a day. The pools were fab, especially the adult only infinity pool which overlooked the Indian Ocean. Staff were very attentive, bringing drinks and food round the pool if we didn't want to go to the restaurants to eat at lunch time. The restaurants themselves were all together which was a good idea. We ate at the Italian, the Chinese, the Seafood and the buffet restaurants. All the food we ate was hot and tasty with lots of variety. We didn't eat at the Japanese. The waiting staff are amazing. Natalia and Anastasia especially.

Thanks Long beach ⛱️. I spent last week end at the resort. Beautiful and clean room, staff friendly. I missed dinner due to concert and hotel management offered a lunch on the next day. Was so happy. The views of the sea are breathtaking. Thanks again K.

Great hotel. The staff was so friendly. A special thanks to Nilesh who proved to be a particularly caring waiter at Sapori restaurant. Wide choice of food. The desserts and pizzas were amazing! I had the most savoury banana tart. A negative point would be the unheated swimming pool, which was quite uncomfortable during this period of the year.

We had the most wonderful experience at Long Beach Hotel last week. 3rd Visit. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Jack, Shika and Angel. The atmosphere and the staffs of the hotel were always ready to help and all of them were very friendly. Nice place with a lot of activities indeed. Perfect hotel. The food and the service were excellent different themes each night. Tides Restaurant (A La Carte) what can I say. Out of this world. Loved having lunch here. The room are so big, spacious and always well cleaned, the bed was super comfortable and always had a good restfull nights sleep. Thanks to housekeeping Team for slways keeping our room clean and tidy, everything happen when you have a great executive housekeeper Mrs. Dany. We were well received at the bar and buffet Restaurant. Even the maintenance people which I met on my way were very friendly such as Mr. Marco and Mr. Jean — Claude. Nice swimming pool fabulous relaxing corner. The view was a sight to behold and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to spend the dream tropical holidays. The garden are absolutely stunning & very well cared overall we had a fabulous holiday, it was so relaxing. The beauty of the resort together we dedicated this to your Team. Thank you. We’ve just returned from a beautiful family holiday at Long Beach. Aside from the small bugs in the room (I’m sure fumigation can sort this out), we had the best stay in the hotel and enjoyed great service throughout the day. Thanks to Pamela at Tides and the Main Buffet restaurant, who offered great service; she’s attentive and such a lovely soul. We all enjoyed a steady flow of Dolly Lolly’s 😄 and will definitely go back for another memorable stay. Keep up your awesome standard, Long Beach! ✨

We had a great experience in this hotel. The territory is nice, very clean and large. The food was delicious, especially the dinners. We had the opportunity to meet the Chef Raya, very polite and attentive to the customer’s wishes. The staff is amazing, ready to help and do everything to fulfill the clients’ needs. The atmosphere is amazing every day. We recommend this hotel if you are looking to have the best time in Mauritius!

What makes this a 5 star? Well the stunning the location and amazing facilities are a plus but the staff are the real heros that make this venue a truly memorable place to holiday. A very special thank you to Davish at Tides Restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a special stay. Always looking out for us and making sure we had everything we needed. Mark and Jax from room 359 can't thank you enough. Not forgetting Preeti from house keeping who was a pleasure to talk to and did a fantastic job freshening up our room. To all the staff a big Thank You for hosting an amazing 5 star experience!

Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff that can’t do enough for you. So friendly and thoughtful. Location is superb, food is delicious and the 1km long white Sandy beach is just beautiful.

It was a great place for stay the staff was very friendly and prompt. In room dining facilities were very good and kids friendly. Evening programs were wonderful they have vegetarian and halal food options.

Bad service from reception till serving staff. Rooms not clean & not filling up on mini bar. Pathetic service all around the resort! Have to wait hours for service and staff is not friendly. Pool access rooms is actually BUSH access rooms! Had to move rooms and paid €75 extra a day just to feel we at the sea now. Waited 3hours for our new room key after everything was arranged the previous day already and paid up.
Tides food is not up to standards and the service is even worst!
Never sit outside by the Dinner Buffet YOU will have to scream for service.
Chop Stick service was great, even the food was good!
No beach service also!
Long Beach is not up to standards! More like a 3 Star Hotel! Will never see us again.

Good service and a large number of restaurants. Plenty of options at the beach with sailing and power boats. We liked the choice of swimming pools too!

We as a grouo of 6 are in our last few days of our holiday. The service in all areas is exceptional, staff go above and beyond and you want for nothing. Rooms and resort are very clean, restaurants serve lovely food the beach is beautiful. We would come back without a doubt.

We had a great time last week: the service in all areas is excellent, the restaurants and the food is better than you wish We enjoyed a lot of cocktails, our favorit was „Passionate“ try it!

Long Beach resort was a really impressive place. The grounds were lovely. The beach is stunning, the pools are great especially the infinity pool. The sun loungers & beds are extremely comfortable. All members of staff at this resort are extremely friendly & helpful in every way. The restaurants & food was really tasty, our favourite was Chopsticks, the food was delicious. Room keeping was excellent, our garden view junior suite was big & spacious. Staff would often ask if everything was ok & whether we needed anything or could anything else be done for us during our stay. It’s a really relaxing resort, perfect for our honeymoon. The only criticism is it’s dark on the path walking back to our room but we were told lighting is being installed in the near future. Highly recommended.

Its a family friendly resort with lots of restaurant options. Its extremely kids friendly.

The best Hotel I have ever been to — pure luxury. The whole staff is super friendly, the Hotel beautiful. The food was fantastic — I've never been so good in a Hotel eaten. Every night there were always new Desserts. Breakfast was also very tasty (Croissants, div. Muffins, bread, etc. ). The a la carte Restaurants were also very tasty.

Totally thrilled! A perfect team, facilities and equipment at the top, a place to dream, LongBeach is a pure wonder! Looking forward to going back! Congratulations to all the LongBeach Team, you are fabulous!

Excellent hotel. Comfortable room, restoration of good quality and staff very helpful. The kids club is also at the top. I recommend this establishment.

Quite frankly: the best place we have been in a very long time! Spacious area around the hotel, rooms are extraordinary. And most important: The staff is just great. Regardless if its the gardener or the service staff or the management… the whole staff will make you feel welcome. This also counts for all the local people in Mauritius. Just a great place to be! If you are a golfer: You have to play Ills aux Cerfs … its mindblowing (dont forget to bring extra balls…)

Just came back home from amazing holidays in this wonderful resort. We are family with 2 kids (9 and 12), stayed there for 10 days. First thing you will notice — there are very beautiful green gardens, palms, flowers allover the place. Of course beautiful and colourful pools, perfect long white beach with a light blue water (like the ones you can imagine are in paradise) designs of all buildings, delicious food (especially in Hasu restaurant) and all that covered with best staff ever!
The barmen Toory from the Mohito (beach) Bar was the most friendly hotel representative my family has ever met. He do his job from the heart. And you can feel it, because he is just very kind and friendly and will do all he can to fullfill the customer’s crazy desires… I truly hope that management will value this guy’s efforts!
Also, the nurse that helped my 9 years old doughter with a serious sunburns on both arms — she was so friendly and helpful! True professional!
All the staff was exceptional. Everyone is doing their best, sometimes even more than you could expect just to make each guest smiling and happy.

For our 4th stay at Long Beach, the team has been trying very hard to make it memorable. We enjoyed it very much and thanks to the all team, from the receptionist up to the GM for the special attention and the succulent cake for my birthday yesterday. Following the feedback input done yesterday (re: below), there was an immediate reaction from the hotel, including the GM. The last day was great with excellent service and food. The GM took 30' today to listen to us and assur…ed us that all remedial actions will be taken. We will be coming back now, as the reaction was very professional! Huge disappointment for our 3rd visit here. The restaurant bookings made 6 days before check-in were no where to be found… The F&B Manager had to intervene. Wrong plates sent to our table yesterday night for dinner spoiling the night. Housekeeping knocking at our door at 22:15 to do the room and we have a 2.5 years old son. No electricity for 3 hours today in the room. Those are just the main adverse highlights of our current stay. We are not coming back for sure!

Top class resort and enjoyed it just as much as our visit the previous year. Staff are exceptional, quality of food, rooms and kids club get 5 Stars. The only awkwardness I had was the ability to accommodate you when your Air Mauritius flight leaves at 8.30pm on the evening you check out. Your internet connection is terminated at 11am and you get the message that you need to clear out. You can use the shower in the gym but not easy floating around the resort with two small children for five hours before the shuttle. Perhaps consider an area where traveling guests can refresh or rest (kids take a nap) considering we spent thousands of $ on the holiday and then last day stresses you out again.
