This hotel is absolutely amazing, not only for its wonderful setting but also for the very knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff.
I would like to highlight the excellent quality of the dishes in the different restaurants as well as the delicious cocktails.
Our room was also very nice, spacious and overlooked a wonderful sea view.

A very beautiful hotel! Amazing service and great breakfast. The staff from check-in to check-out was brilliant. Early morning breakfast room service on early excursions was a exceptional. All restaurants was magnificent and different in each way. Kids club super cute. Kids loved it. Can’t wait to visit again, and will recommend you resort.

We’ve been a Beachcomber holiday family for as long as I can remember so checking in to Heritage Le Telfair was a big change. Plus points: Extra large suite with ample room for a family of 4, breathtaking architecture and views, excellent service by the ‘responsable des suites’. Minus points: They absolutely cannot handle the number of guests at their restaurants! Be prepared to wait forever at breakfast and lunch for a table. Service is patchy and again the wait is long if you order drinks at table. For a small luxury hotel I cannot understand their inability to deal with guest numbers at peak times. Next holiday… Maybe we’ll stick to Paradis Resort & Spa and The Beachcomber Group!

It's just heaven! We love it here and the hotel service has been amazing! They are trying to do the best for us and to have the most gorgeous and beautiful honeymoon.

The facility was completely renovated in 2017. The tasteful colonial style of the loosely distributed white Houses has Remained. The rooms are well equipped and large and have all the garden or VERANDA. Also at full capacity perfect service and very good gastronomy. The breakfast is very rich. The guests are pampered by their own selection of freshly squeezed juices and an egg station that leaves nothing to be desired. You can relax wonderfully. The sports offer is Perfect. Many water sports facilities and an excellent 18-hole championship golf course and a small 9-hole practice area (green Fees Included) invite you to do So. The grounds are well maintained and Clean. Many restaurants provide Variety. Excellent value for Money.

We recently spent five nights at Heritage Le Telfair and I really cannot think of a negative point to make. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. The selection of restaurants meant that we did not have to eat in the same place twice, and we honestly did not have one bad meal. I have to give a special shout out to the breakfast, which was truly wonderful. Without exception the staff were friendly and courteous and did everything to ensure that our stay was everything we wanted it to be. We will definitely be back!

A heavenly setting with quality infrastructure the extent of the estate gives us that feeling of being alone.
A criticism when at the reception, for a 5-star hotel, we did not find the service and smile of Mauritians that we knew in the different hotels of the same category like the Trou aux Biches or the Dinarobine.

Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort is my favorite hotel in Mauritius. I went there many times and the suites, the staff, the services and the restaurants are always excellent. The atmosphere is great, with the beach, the lagoon and the nature. This hotel has about 5 restaurants and all are excellent and each offers a different variety of food. My favorite one is the Le Château de Bel Ombre (excellent food and amazing building). The services are excellent thanks to a professional and friendly that does everything to help you and to organize perfect holidays. The golf is excellent and the rooms will (or have been) recently renovated. The only thing to improve is the dive center, which is not very good and shared with another hotel.

Beautiful resort with very good restaurants. The staff are very attentive, thanks to Melvin, our concierge, for this wonderful stay. We look forward to going back.
On the other hand, avoid the nautical box, some skipper can be dangerous (subcontractors and therefore independent of the Telfair).

It was an unforgettable time at Heritage Le Telfair not only by its amazing sea and ambiance but also with its impressive hospitality. The relaxing atmosphere was such as if takes you away from yourself to a magical world and I will definetely come again if hopefully I find an opportunity for another trip to Mauritus…

It was really dreamy holiday, with beautiful atmosphere at the beach, great pool and room. Thanks to our hostess Ashni we had a different and thrilling culinary experience every evening on different places. Asian restaurant Gin'ja and Le Chateau de bel ombre were excellent as well as Le Palmiere with extraordinary chief Rishi! Cocktails in the evening at the Cavendish bar where something special that you need to try. Service&staff were excellent, unobtrusive and quiet. If You look for example the bathroom on the swimming pool where people come completely soaked with water, that bathroom is always in its perfect condition, clean and fresh. You can notice that the room is recently renovated, in minimalism design but you have everything you need. Nice balcony with the view on the water and picturesque greenery. If you want perfectly organised vacation, where you can enjoy in every aspect, be trustful with Heritage management. Sonja and Saha Vujovic.

Beautiful high end resort. The rooms first of all are very spacious and decorated with great taste. You will have a bottle of water and coffee offered for each day. The restaurants are all good with nevertheless a quality service mainly to the Anabella, the castle or the palm tree. The food was really delicious and refined. The savanna fished by the lower end aspect while the C beach was very bad at the service level. You can choose the restaurant as you like. We had the Christmas gala supper charged 180 euros per person without letting you choose whether to take it or not. It was very good but we were still expecting to get a glass of champagne or a wine green for the price.
For the place, it is simply idyllic with superb beach Unfortunately the water sports take far too much space and prevents you from accessing the reef because the boats pass in front at full speed. So really a few things to change here.
To finish each room is "provided" with a butler who takes care of you. Khem has done a fabulous job and it's beautifully taken care of us.
In conclusion I highly recommend this establishment despite the small faults reported.

Worth the price worth the stay. I always have my holidays in the north but now might change. The personals are so wow that they do things that u are not even thinking. Suprise and thanks for that warm welcome specially special care for kids. Got all what I need top top food great weather also we had there swimming pools a level apart room wow service great. Kids so happy enjoyed the best of the best. Thanks for the birthday cake for wife birthday. Need to visit again & Again. I filled up the form before leaving God Bless I get the 5 nights again.

Recent refurb and a perfect holiday. Beautiful ocean view suites. Relaxed but with fine dining if you want it. Kite Surf school was great too-go find Maxwell and team.

5 star hotel that deserves a little renovation. Lovely staff. Nice place but I was in 5 stars much more aligned in value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious food. Only downside the hotel is in the windy corner of the island.

Hotel structure Magnificent Sea also however the location is not optimal, very windy and being to the south you can not see neither sunrise nor sunset. Finally the restaurants really too expensive, of very poor quality although they want to be very pretentious. It's better in Mauritius.

Stayed 3rd May to 8th May. Had a brown water problem at Heritage Awali, so got moved to Heritage LeTelfair. Also got upgraded to Gourmet Bliss for trouble as our room had to be downgraded due to move. Stunning place, and 500 star service. Food selection and preparation should be better though. Irritating that on the Gourmet Bliss, there is a surcharge for a few items. 3 star review because we had to complain about extra charges on two occasions and where there was an unfortunate incident with the TV, our fault, they have not provided any evidence to support the charge. Also the brown water at Heritage Awali was ridiculous and it took two days for management to action.
