A dream paradise. We have been able to spend an unforgettable honeymoon here.

The summun for a stay in love. Spacious and comfortable suites with bathtub and outdoor shower… Heaven on earth! Litter that we don't want to leave anymore. The staff are very pro and the food at the top. Truly paradise this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. My kids loved the kids club thx to Joeanna and the toys there. They wanted to stay there whole day!. Unfortunately sea activities were cancelled and swimming prohibited due to windy weather. But overall had really nice time there.

On vacation I really want to relax, I decide to stay in a 5-star hotel. But this was the worst holiday ever. With this resort we had problems from the first day until the last, I'm not here to list all the problems but here are some: not very efficient service very slow and also not always kind (Sounita she is really nice, Always smiling, and help us a lot), little equipped gym. It also happened to have to wait for the Table for dinner, many insects, I asked to change the mattress because it was not very comfortable. Unfortunately one hour a day I have to work and I need Wi-Fi, so I make sure before leaving that is efficient in the structure, unfortunately this also gave many problems. For dinner they require long trousers, they forced us to buy them in their shop, but that's fine. And after some days I saw a guy in the restourant with shorts. The only star is for the food, really good. I recommend you to visit Mauritius but not stay in this resort.

Superb! Lovely and impeccable staff: always a smile, a hello. Impeccable rooms. Amazing exterior! The restaurants are very good whether you are on the beach, at the pool or in the main restaurant. The cocktails are all to die for, I loved being able to eat them at a small table with my feet in the water or in the big armchairs with my new friends.
The Spa is to be seen and tested!
I hope to be able to return one day to this island and preferably to this dream hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are very efficient and first class and fun.

I have just returned from honeymoon from this gorgeous place. Due to being low season at the moment we hardly saw another guest which made us feel even more special. The rooms were stunning, their staff were always polite, friendly and hard working, and the place itself was immaculate and always stunning at every corner. Pure paradise. Thank you SO Sofitel Mauritius for providing us with the perfect honeymoon destination. We will definitely be seeing you again! Love to all the staff xxx.

The best we have been able to experience so far. Great hotel and facilities, very friendly people and the kitchen 1a!
Only downside, the drinks are a bit expensive, but you have a vacation.

Good facilities and service. Ideal place to relax and practice snorkeling because the reef protects the swimming area so that you can see many fish and corals. For the category of the complex the buffet in the dinner should have more variety.

The rooms are… Beautiful view from the Windows. Quiet Dzhuzhestvennaja atmosphere. Staranee staff make the hotel better. Didn't like the sea. /Because of the tides. Melkoty is not possible to swim normally. And I would like to make more interesting landshafy. The score would be higher. In the photo there are lessons of cooking chocolate. It was interesting. And Tasty-

The owner can reply to feed back from guests. But can't acknowledge emails or phone calls from booking agent! Not professional at all in my book. I had a very bad Xmas experience at the hotel. My booking agent tried unsuccessfully to get someone from the hotel to respond. My worst Xmas ever after spending such a large amount. We even had a huge cockroach dining with us. The waiter saw how we were panicking around the beast he just crunched it under his shoe. I'll keep that photo of the cockroach on my phone for ever. Very much regret my stay there. Never again, Xmas eve was called Gala night. It should have been called FIASCO NIGHT.

Enjoy your luxurious stay in this heat hotel. The staff is very attentive, the food is great as well. Lobster at la Plage restaurant was grilled to perfection. The beach villa is highly recommended, great views and direct access to the beach. Beautiful coral reef and fish right in front of the villa.

Amazing hotel. Great services. Kids club amazing, they take care of your kids so well that mum and dad can have a great time. Would highly recommend for family stay and couple escape.

Hotel with a reasonable room number. Staff at small care with always a little attention day after day. A romantic evening on the beach ended with a surprise in the room that made its effect. Varied and complete Restaurant. Only one thing to add is a more elaborate cocktail card.

Simply a dream, since everything fits from front to back no desire is left open no please is too big.

The stay in this hotel was very good. The arrival at the hotel was also great, we did not have to check in at the reception but we were called and informed that someone comes to the room to do this. (The Check In was very relaxed) The food was always really delicious. All the employees were super friendly and accommodating. Once you had something to complain about, it was immediately improved and done.
Sometimes, while it was a little annoying to wait for his drinks, the bartenders have been rather slow to work. Nevertheless, there was an immediate reaction when something was said to them. Is a different attitude to work than in Germany;). That would be my only criticism.
The spa area was first cream and the massage a dream. I felt like a gummy bear:D after that.
Every evening the room was judged again and there was always a little thing to snap with.
We felt around comfortable.
The beach is super beautiful. It is clean and well maintained. The reef is unfortunately dead, but I could see a little while snorkelling. The lounger and seating on the beach and by the pool were great and sufficient. There was not a day when you had to reserve the loungers in typical German at 6 o 'clock in the morning. ;)
A perfect place to relax and feel good.
There was something different at the buffet every night. The food was delicious and always fresh. The quality of the products was very high. The atmosphere was beautiful and cosy.

This is listed as a five star hotel and the services do follow it's rating. The food was quite interesting and hotel facilities we really good. The staff was up to the standard. There were a few hiccups though, the bedding equipments were a bit loose, hair dryer was bust, the private hot tub was ok but the water wasn't hot enough. The weather was definitely not what you would want for a weekend. I definitely recommend the beach restaurant for dinner rather the main restaurant. I'd recommend it but upon checking, make sure everything is in order in your room.

Exclusivity at its best! This hotel is a diamond — not as big as the other ones, the rooms are just amazing: Kenzo has been decorating the whole hotel and you can see it everywhere: rooms, bathrooms, restaurants, swimming pool, gardens… All staff is caring for your comfort and is making your stay feeling individualized, calling your name from the second day. Buffet breakfast and diners are of very high quality and diversity. Everything is thought through, to every details to make you feel special. Prefer the beach suite with a private little pool with direct access to the beach. The beach is extremely nice and broader than in many other hotels. After having tried 4 other 5-star hotels in Mauritius, we will chose this hotel next time!

This place is breathtakingly beautiful. Very relaxed environment and every staff member is amazing and polite. So helpful and so eager to assist. Hands down, an amazing experience!

Great resort. The rooms are spacious with outdoor shower and bath. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and with good variety of dishes. Nice kids club. However our arrival experience was very poor. There was no one to welcome us at the greeting pavilion and we were put in the room without any breifing and requested to wait in the room for the in room check in. We waited more than 1 hour.

The place is wonderful. The beach is great-such snorkeling in Mauritius has not yet been met. The feeling of privacy is surprising, despite the fact that there are enough people in the hotel.
But for this class of hotel very strange is such boring food offered by the hotel (fruit usual-bananas, oranges; no mango, papaya, etc. ). At the same time in the restaurant on the beach is excellent, but there are no places (you have to order for two days).
Room service is also not without flaws-the light on the terrace in my opinion is not fix. But it is visible that try and clothes lay, all wash, and everything will replace, etc. (it is insulting in such situations to see all sorts of strangeness, the type of towels for washing is expensive).
Plus secluded location is a minus that everything is far away and it is necessary to call all the time "rickshaw", and go is not convenient. So if your lady is on heels, then without rikshy nor how not to do. And we have to wait for a long time-we somehow waited half an hour and sent only after the second call.

A corner of paradise, bravo for hospitality, kindness, availability, the setting, the food, the wine list, parties… etc… etc… a very good memory with desire to go back.
