Really nice beach and a beautiful island. The pool was nice and staff friendly. Except for that really bad. The rooms were big but extremely worn down. No housekeeping or cleaning of room during the whole stay. The restaurant and minimarket were constant sold out, with minimal selection, and tbe fun thing is that you would get fined if you bought food and drinks outside the hotel. The food was not good, but as far as I could tell where the same all over this island.

It's been a wonderful nine days. I have known people of an unparalleled humanity. The staff of Sari is made up of staff always available to help you, especially the kitchen staff. The sea and the beach are breathtaking. The sore note is the currency exchange as the official one is not applied but is very personalized.

So far not so bad. Because it's an island far from the city to get better food. The room quite nice but a lot of mosquitous there and squirrels enter your room to steal your food. Its not nice.

Great location on a beautiful (albeit a bit crowded) beach gorgeous sea. Very large rooms, however, would require a lot of maintenance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with brioches, muffins, fruit, toast, jam (apple and cinnamon is delicious) milk, coffee, tea. Lunch and dinner never tried because they were too expensive. The price of the rooms compared to the quality is a bit high but, seeing other resorts on the island, I realized that the standards are very, very low.

Fantastic seafront suite F2 on the beach. All is really comfortable. Room is large and clean with big bathroom and a small room for luggages inside. Available snorkel trips twice a day. All people at reception are nice and effective.

Good service provided by the staff, we had a wonderful journey. However, there are a few flaws. 1. Rusted water heater and metal clasp for the door 2. Limited food choices and some dishes doesn't taste good (we only went for the breakfast so we're unsure about lunch and dinner but their lunch and dinner will cost rm50 and rm60 per pax respectively. 3. We stay in Lagoon Villa which is actually room facing a pool of water that we can't swim (I wouldn't want to swim either). I would personally advice to stay Seafront Villa which faces the sea. 4. Their snorkeling activity is also recommended although they didn't go to marine park but definitely get more guidance from the staff because there's not many people who book snorkeling from sari pacifica Overall, although their service aren't bad, but doesn't worth the price.

Very nice time with large rooms a superb Beach and a turquoise water and pool which it also was beautiful. Very good hotel I recommend.

It's a beautiful place to go on holidays… I love it… I have only a few tings that they should change… The building and the little villas need maintenance urgently and the staff need more training… The food should change more often… More variety…

We renewed our wedding vowels here and the staff here were excellent and could not have done anymore for us thanks again. It was more than we hoped for. The food was very good much better than 4 years ago. The snorkel trip is a must we even got to swim with turtles. Views are amazing can't wait to get back there.

The most beautiful island I ever met… the hotel is very cute also has a beautiful beach The view is unmatched many variety of dishes accept cash and all cards, offer a wide variety of activities such as scuba diving or snorkeling. The staff is very friendly. To get closer from the ferries the shuttle service is included.

Far too expensive for what it is! Definitely not a 4 star!
The staff are very nice but this is the only positive point.
The buildings are dated, poorly maintained. The paintings cracked, the whole gives the impression of being in the USSR. It's big, empty, poorly maintained.
The rooms do not look like the photo (which had to be done when the hotel opened). Stained sheets, old-fashioned bathroom, hand-held shower hook, broken water heater so "cold" shower, bathtub but small word next to forbid to use it.
The beaches are beautiful but not well cleaned, there are cigarette butts and plastic.
The breakfast buffet is just OK. Cushions (on restaurant chairs) disgusting and stained. No real fresh orange juice! Nectar only. No fresh juices!
For the lunch buffet, it's 50MYR! 50! From the flight considering the quality of the food!
Recurring power cuts! Lobby toilets infested with mosquitoes and other insects…
In short, if you are a demanding minimum, flee! The hotel right next door is much better…

The staff here were excellent and made our stay perfect. The views are amazing can't wait to get back there.

度假酒店的整体格局不错想象得出来当初刚刚开张时的辉煌但是经过时间的冲刷很多硬件设施像是台台凳凳卫浴的电镀器件油漆剥落锈迹斑斑就像是七、八十岁的老人有些令人感慨，酒店里的早中晚餐也是有点价高质次的感觉，像是早餐配粥吃的小菜如咸蛋炸鱼仔花生米咸菜等直接暴露在一、二十只苍蝇轮番狂轰滥炸之下，酒店里的员工十分友善每天客房也清理得很干净整洁。希望酒店对以上不足之处加以改善加强管理。

The resort has a very bad value for money. The rooms are large but dated and not too clean. The staff however is very friendly. Bad food: The buffet at breakfast enough but p er dinner the food of bad quality. The sea Beautiful. The sunbeds on the beach are very few compared to the number of rooms.

Good value. Clean and tidy. Good service. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by.

My experience was good with this resort. Was not expecting something great but it was good overall. Once we arrived, the staff provide us with welcome drinks and gave info about facilities and island hopping packages and where to get them. After that, they took us to our room and gave us early check-in. Once we entered the room, the room was clean and the aircond already running. Whatever in the room shown like below pictures. The bad thing is there's no nearby convenient store, you have to walk a little bit to get from another hotel's convenient store to get water, soft drinks. Food varieties not much, the hotel provides you with breakfast, but for dinner they have dinner buffet but not much choises and you still can order a la carte. But obviously, the beach is the Star!

Beautiful, clean beach Rooms moderate, nothing exclusive, big balcony and spacious room… beware of the bed height if you are bringing children's as it is very high than usual… Friendly staffs, food edible, location awesome.

It's nice just from beach side… for sure this resort need reconstruction.

Staff were nice and they do what they can, but unfortunately this resort doesn't qualify for even 3*. Also, someone stole my swim shorts and slippers from "villa" terrace… The beach and reef are great, so try Coral resort next door — no beach front villas there, but it's in much better condition and has good vibes. Nice relax as a couple… food to be adapted to local food… spectacular holiday.

A perfect resort for relaxing, snorkelling and diving. Cool staff and beautiful rooms with a good service.

Good point :Hotel staff is so friendly. Beautiful beach is just in front of room. Bad point: there are so many fries in the restaurant even though there are not in the next hotels restaurant. Staff should clean up all of leaving of meals. Hotel facility is old and many equipment such as TV are not available.

Booked the 5 star beach front villa. 5 star it is not. The room wasn't sealed so the air conditioning was useless. So the help us out they gave us a noisy wobbly fan; there were ants all in the porch way; low water pressure in the shower; the safe was not locked down so anyone could pick it up and be off; poor locks on the doors. To make up for it they offered us any meal from the ala carte menu, half of which wasn't available. We ended up moving to a 3 star a little further down the beach and the difference was night and day. you have been warned.

The hotel is an, but clean. The rooms are great, and the pool is great. Friendly staff.

The facilities have seen better days. Just be warned; broken light fixtures here and there, various mismatched furniture, a half filled pond waterproofed with a giant tarp… a sterile boring resort this is not. That being said, all the important stuff (pool, beach, friendly and responsive customer service) is excellent. If you're a person searching for a manicured resprt to spend your days inside, I'd say try another place. If you're here for the ocean, a nice clean swimming pool and a very big, clean room, this place is great. Well be staying here again!

Over all good hotel with very good location and nice staffs but I face Power cut during my visit from 12pm to 5pm which I think is through out the season, restaurants and amenities are quite outdated and old.

The hotel: No fruit for cocktails or juice (except of apple) in high season! We had a big spider in the room, apparently nothing to worry about but they gave us a spray (thank you! ) Most of the staff is really nice but not always professional, especially in restaurant/bar. Customer call service really poor.
Be warned: Wi-Fi was not usable. Breakfast: long time to get a toast, but good in general. The "lagoon" must be more like a water tank for when there is rain… We were happy there is no activity at night like chinese karaoke because we already could hear the ones of the hotels next door. (the logo Seri pacifica is placed everywhere they could, tv, air cond. )
About the place: lot of small boats to transport tourist, which means that when we went snorkeling we came back with petrol all over us…. People of the island looks like they doesn't care about the place. They let people walk on the coral. If the beach is pretty clean, the background is sad. You just need to go to the track in the jungle (the only one) to realize it. Plastics and wastes are just stored behind the hotels. In the track (which is a good activity to do) we saw many plastics bottles left behind. If they really love their place they must try a little bit harder to keep it beautiful.
But go there look by yourself and try not to let to much waste behind you, be respectful with the coral and nature. If every tourist begin to act we can keep this place a Paradise.

One of the Best Vacation we had (2013) We visited the Sari Pacifica on the summer of 2013. People (working for the hotel) are so nice, polite and trying to be helpful. Rooms (we rented two, sea front and lagoon villas) are clean and comfortable. I'd suggest them to reposition air conditioning unit from above the bed, but this kind a short comming you can face in many other hotels too. Food was ok, we tried to eat outside in different place, still the same. It was even better inside the hotel, cause the Chief was so kind and good person, he twice cook especial meal for our 2.5 year old twins free of charge (never ever in any hotel I've had that experience). Last but not the least — Location! This was the best. Super white sand pure clean sea water. Hope to visit Sari Pacifica again and hope to same good people.
