+Location is perfect, 10-15 mins walk from most of the restaurants and 7 eleven +Wifi is good, able to watch movies. +Relatively cheap -No elevator, difficult to carry heavy loads to the room if it's at the 2nd floor -Something's wrong with the door, it tends to slam really loudly -Low water pressure in one of the shower despite maximum pump p. S. Receptionist could be a little more friendly and proactive to help out with the customers item when they check in or out. All in all, satisfied with my experience and may come back once more.

Bad and Good Experience here … Bad >>> Check in was bad, messy for first timers as the check in is in another block after 6 pm … I came in at 9 pm and had to round the area 3 times before finding the correct check in spot … The security people are foreigners and could not give any correct directions, check in had to fill up forms and what not, I have never faced this with Agoda Reservation before … Beware of this The Good The Apartment is new Parking for 1 car allocated appropriately The Pool is good The Apartment a/c and amenities are good Bed is comfortable Toilets are well appointed and clean Hall and dining are proper A very good stay experience BTW, there were residents who brought in Rabbits in cages to the Apartment Block Management should place guards at the car parks to prevent pets from coming in.
