Edm Space Ipoh - Hostel

It's a great place to stay for bagpacker. The owner is very nice. Always serve with a smile. Very clean toilet. Love the open space outside the room. You can enjoy some books. The AC is on only at night, but that is not a problem since you are probably outside the whole day. It is also very near with Gerbang Malam and Memory Lane (Sunday only), making it a strategic place to stay on weekends. I actually love the bed. It is very simple yet comfortable.

The owner is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. The room is clean, but the futon bed is a bit sick and the toilet is shared need to be patient to shower ya.

Good location. Clean shared toilets. Very basic but clean partitioned rooms. Cheap. Suitable for ppl who just wanted a clean place to sleep.

This is the worst case I have encountered No refund allowed I have to spend more money to find another hotel. There is a big difference between before and after booking. I booked a double bed room. Before booking it was stated that the room has a private toilet and air conditioning but after you paid and checked in the room was very bad It's so stuffy and there's only one single bed  no private toilet and no air conditioning during the day. I can accept that there is no private toilet in the room, but there is no air conditioning in the room during the day. How can tourists rest? I ask the person in charge and he said it was the agency problem When I asked the agency, he said it was the hotel's problem.

What a lovely little guesthouse. The host is so lovely and her family are kind, which is nice as you are staying in their house! Rooms are small but fan and air-con (at night) are enough to keep you cool. Not too much noise from road either. Water available at all times. Bathrooms are clean and shower is nice and warm! Thank you for a lovely stay😊

Good place. Bit more like a homestay. The cheapest option is sleeping on a beanbag in a shared space. It's comfortable though, one you get used to it.
AC is only on at night, so keep that in mind.
The host, Esther, is really lovely.

If you ask me, a backpacker who has stayed in quite horrible places, this is a very good place to stay. Not much privacy because of very thin walls with open roof, but I don't mind for a couple of nights. Very clean! Which is my no1 priority. Superdupernice owners! Reasonable price! Would come again!

Sadly not a good hostel at all. Even though we booked a seperate room there weren’t normal walls, there were just some thin and not really high seperation walls in one big room and some matresses on the floor. Also the lock of our „door“ didn’t work.
There were a lot of animals, including bed bugs and ants. The staff was nice, so we got another room when we discovered them, but also the new room was quite dirty and smelled : (I hope these things get fixed soon.

All in all my stay was nice. The owner is really welcoming and helpful. You have to lower your expectations for the room. They are only divided by thin Boards so can see the light from your neighbours and hear everything. There is just a mattress on the Floor. If you close the door the room gets really hot because the aircon is outside. But the owner provides a Fan for each room. There is no hot water/towels. But honestly if you are a backpacker just passing by for a night you can arrange nicely with it. There is good food in the Area and the bus terminal amanjaya is just 15-20 by Taxi.

Very comfortable, friendly host everything is very clean and tidy.

Feels like refugees. The room was bad and the rooms were so noisy. Text the owner and also try reaching by calls but no one picks up.
