Pleasant environment with clean and comfy room, friendly staff, and most importantly the place is very convenience for parking! Nevertheless, the hotel is within short driving distance to nearby tourist attractions. Thumbs up for the great effort, definitely will come again for our next trip!

Very good place to stay. Far from the busy streets of the city yet there are a lot of place to dine with.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The facility is maintained well and clean. The staff are too humble and cooperative. The first night we complained about the room Oder. They cleaned the air the next day and it was fresh.

Great！Service helpdesk very friendly, willing to tell and explain and smile everytime. Clean and neat. Spacious room, iron, iron table, hair dryer, kettle, desk lamp, toothbrush, toopaste… all provided, just sad without locker or mini refregirator, overall is a great hotel, really recommended.

Pros :The room is spacious, the front desk is friendly. Even the security guard also friendly. I even ask her about the best chicken rice and she gives me the address. The toilet is clean. Price is affordable. The iron facility is in the room which is nice, you don't have to walk outside the room. Cons: You can hear people talks outside your room.

My friends and I have our 2 nights stay in DeParkview hotel and we definitely like the clean environment of the hotel. We booked a twin sharing room and the toilet amenities were provided for four person! The bed is big and comfortable! Staffs are friendly and helpful. Really enjoy staying with this hotel.

As a frequent traveller I always look for safety, cleanliness and hospitality. It was a good choice, highly recommend for its strategic location, away from hustle n bustle of city and 10 mins away from the main airport. Great staff. Thank you and see you guys again.

Boutique hotel serving a weekend getaway. With transportation, it is about 20-30 minutes from many site-seeing spots in Ipoh.

I'm having fever and the receptionist allowed me to check out by 1.30pm (1.5 hours late). Appreciate that!

Second visit here. Neat, clean and absolutely fantastic. Loved it here. Had a large King size bed to myself, 4 plush pillows and luxurious sheets. What more could I ask for.

The hotel goes extra step to be more than just professional — they are warm. I am greeted by a helpful uncle who try his best to allocate a room for me even though I have arrived before check-in time, on my way up to the room, I was greeted by the auntie who addressed me by my name. The hotel is reasonably spacious and fully equipped with clean bed, shower room, cabinet and a TV. The room was obviously well taken care of. The parking space is abundant. Wifi is good. Ipoh town area is just 10 mins away. The price is well worth the value. I came back from 2 years ago and I will visit them everytime I am in Ipoh. Thumb up.

The family room is big with 2 large 6ft King Size Beds. There is ample parking at the hotel. The bathroom are clean and well maintained. Service is okay. Charges is reasonable.

The room I booked was full, so they gave us an upgraded room for free. Satisfied with my stay, and the room was really clean. Would definitely come back again. They have basic facilities too, like microwave, water filter and even a minibar in the room.

Had a great experience here, I was looking for a clean hotel, nowadays 5 star hotels can be stinky and stained since the hotels are old, so I am very fussy and was really pleased with this hotel. Very friendly reception, clean environment, safe as well. I was upgraded to a different room since the room I booked was occupied, I wasn't charged with anything extra. Would definitely come here again.

Clean, has everything you need, the ratio price-quality. The distance from town but with a car it's no problem.

Comfy bed, friendly staff, nice environment. What disappointed me and my wife is I left over my bracelet and watch in the room yesterday couldn't be found. Yesterday morning right after we checked outb, we went to a funeral and took a family pic that prove I din wear them since morning. And my wife could still rmb she saw it on the table but she din keep it coz she was thought I'm going to wear it after finish take bath. I hope that management can try their best to find it back for me although they're not expensive yet memorable thing to me.

Terrible guards sleeping in the lobby, not performing his duty at all, customers car was giving smashed by thief. The guard won't on his duty all all, and no far angle cctv within the building. Poor guard ever. But room facilities was fine.

Great place for family! Walking distance to nearest coffee shop with variety of good food.

The staff are VERY courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom clean, and the shower absolutely fantastic. The only gripe is the location — seems to be a bit far… However, in Ipoh, everything is far.
