Over night stay while on business. Excellent and Clean!

Cozy and clean. Good service. Rates are reasonable.

Small room for family room. Others, ok la.

Very nice place. I like the service. The reception are very nice and courteous. Rooms are clean and spacious with ample parkings.

Very poor policing, I just had a personal experience … In the middle of the night, a pile of suspected drunken Indians knocked on my door, went down to complain to the staff, why did he return to a large crowd in the midnight, and he told me that your friend could not come to you? I am not saying no, if it is my friend I go back to bring him up, just cursory say sorry, and impolite. My company is a long-term rental of this hotel, next time I come to Ipoh I want to think about whether to rent this room.

A simple no frills bed and shower+towel stay. Dont expect anything else.

Room is comfortable, but very noisy due to music sound from a pub nearby.

Nice places. Very clean accommodation and good facilities. Near with Ipoh Town, Simpang Pulai and Batu Gajah.

The Good: — clean and tidy rooms — water dispenser at hallways and ground floor — free parking — connected to Federal Route 1 (old road) — Shell station nearby The But: — cigarette odour although stated non-smoking floor — no elevator; risk for wheelchair bound, elderly — outskirts or Ipoh city.

One of the reception staff are quarrels with customers, argue with customers deserved request. Poor services to customers, very bad attitudes.

Very reasonable price for a very comfortable stay. If only they served breakfast it would be awesome. Easy to find and good parking. My room was spacious and modern. Very well done to the owners.

Terrible hotel. Praying inside hotel. With joystick smell. When given complaint, very rude reponse. Wont go bck again.

I dislike this hotel, I was assigned to room back side of the hotel…there is a back alley between two hotel. THE most thing I hate is there is not guard house or counter stay on that building! i'm very disappoint about the security, it let me upset stay in the hotel. I'm very afraid the robber come in my room when i'm slepping! So, I check out on that night and leave! Please enhance the security system…for our safety…Thank you.
