Great place to stay in Penang. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room we had was very spacious on the 22nd floor overlooking the beach. The food is amazing with a variety. The Spacaton gives the best massages and are so caring to guests. I highly recommend this resort.

The staff here are fabulous. They have always asked if they can do anything to make your stay even better. We are on the tower side and Rooms are large, beds and pillows are great, spacious bathrooms have a separate large shower and bath. Having extra drink glasses and chairs in the rooms for visitors also makes our stay more fun. I have stayed at a few different hotels along the Batu Ferringhi for over 23 years with hubby, who has been coming here since 1970’s. Most hotels here have shower over bath. Today Kumar went over and above by making a great cappuccino coffee with fresh milk. It made my day. We’ve got 18 days here and wish it was longer.

I can not understand why some people don't like it here. Our room in the tower is lovely and clean and all the staff have been fantastic.

Was there for 4days 3 nights, room is run down, sagging bed, stained bedsheet and toilet bowl no preassure need to pump a few nights, overall staffs are friendly and good. Only thing facilities need to be upkeep.

Good place for a holiday and the room is well kept clean and as for the buffet food with lots of choices and the fried noodles are very well accepted with the taste buds everyone love the curry mutton well cook and juicy and the most ans best is their spaghetti everyone love it.

The check in was quick & staff is very helpful. Pool ‍♂️ & beach is amazing!

We first stayed here when we arrived to live in Malaysia, very friendly quite and a great location, lots of room with a private balcony.

Was quite afraid to book this hotel as I read quite some bad reviews that scares me off but then decided to try it myself before putting in any judgement. From the moment I step in the hotel, service was superb, carpark was right in front of entrance, room was beautiful, spacious and the best was when I step in my room, a surprise was there to greet me. I have excellent experience here and definitely will come again. Keep up the good job!

Perfect place for some fun at the beach. Relaxing, sandy beach and lots of activities like banana boat, jet ski and fishing. Yes! fishing at the beach. I couldn't believe it until I saw someone taking in a fish the size of a hand. There are cafes dotted along the beach. Nice and refreshing fresh coconut drink. And ice cream too!

This hotel is great! Located at Feringghi beach and it's very convenient as there are lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and cosy and the bath towels were superb. Staffs were friendly and courteous and breakfast spread is good too. Booked a deluxe room and was being offered upgrade to a family room. Overall experience is great! Will definitely come back again!

Central Hotel right in front of the night market. A bit dated rooms, nice pool.

Check in and check out were a bit slow, so allow some extra time. The breakfast was nice, and well managed with the large number of people.

We always loved this hotel. It had kept up with times by the refurbishment to the rooms, the games room, kids club, music lounge and the new spa area. The breakfast queues are too long peak season. Best to just buy room without breakfast as there are many options around the area. The tandoori menu for dinner is a must try. It's one of Penang's best kept secrets of Northern Indian cuisine. Slightly expensive but real quality stuff. We will always be returning.

Fantastic views from the beach block room. Lovely big comfy room, friendly attentive staff, great beach bar too. Huge selection at breakfast to suit all tastes.

Had a wonderful stay at Tower Wing. Seafacing. View frm room balcony was beautiful. Food was awesome especially the Tiffin Set for in room dining. Room service was fast n good. Lovely staff at reception. 2 preety Indian ladies. Sorry cant remember their names. Will definitely come for a longer stay soon. Tq.

I fell in my room due to slippery floor which came from the A/C condensation, stayed at level 7 (beach tower). They need to improve further; the note on the wall is not sufficient as I didn't switch my A/C off at all, maybe by putting in demarcation on the place where condensation might occur or maybe change the complimentary bed slippers to a better quality might reduce or eliminate this kind of incident. I came with group of friends with families and a pregnant wife; which later I reminded them again on it after the incident. What would happen if kids or even my pregnant friend trip and fall due to that, I dare not to imagine. I hope the hotel would take this matter seriously. Other than that, the ambience, the food and stay there was a good experience especially for families with kids. We even had our baby shower photoshoot session there which very fun indeed with families and kids. Thanks for that. If I didn't fell I would have given 5 stars.

Great place to stay, Room clean and comfy, nice food, amazing staff and night markets start out the front. Sad to be leaving be back in April.

Nice pool. Great beach you walk onto straight from the hotel. Good breakfast too.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy, lots of offers (food, drinks, goods, tours). Nice place just offshore from city rush. Nice beach side, but must beware from jelly fish. Close to Night Market. And 20 minutes away from shopping malls (by car). Public buses with good schedule (every 15-20 min). Lot of kids in hotel and attractions for kids.

Had on of my best local holiday ever at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, jovial and forever willing to attend to you queries and request. The smile on their faces made you forget all your troubles and to just simply enjoy your stays there. Love the big, spacious and airy guest room. The location of the hotel is very convenience with everything is within walking distance from the food stalls, night market to the convenience stores. Definitely going back there.

Very spacious room and staff to small care. We aimė the immediate proximity to the beach and the night market for a taste of the local cuisine of Penang. Very quiet week stay.

Nice friendly staff, food are very good, fantastic place for the family, clean beach, water sports and activites, clean rooms, romantic place, night market just around the site, many good and avrage resturants around, mini markets, money changer,, etc. Far from city center yes but its lovely place. Missing a good spa facility, a place like this should have their own elegant spa. The grass area can be improved.

Just normal & slightly old. Heard they are gonna be renovated next year. I'll say it is about time. Will try Hard Rock next.

Not the best hotel I've stayed in but it was nice enough. Good if you are travelling with kids.

What a fantastic holiday. The rooms were nice and clean, excellent food and the staff could not be faulted. However drinks were a bit expensive.

I don't recommend this hotel to any honeymooners would like to experience a good time because of: 1 — there is no proofing for the glass so it is noisy at night! 2 — the air conditioning is a closed type which will create rotten odder in the place. 3 — building seems to be built long time ago so expect to see something broken here or there. 4 — see view was the worst since the winds was creating ceepy sound at night since no proofing foor the glass. 5 — I had to set next to the room door to get the what so called complementary internet access. So, from all above I don't see any particular reason to stay in this hotel other than there is no others can only …
