Lovely place to stay for a few days. Location is near to the bus station, also near loads of hiking spots. Cleaned every day too, a share fridge and a beautiful sitting area to enjoy breakfast.

I had a really nice stay at Gerard’s Backpackers Roomstay. Jay is absolutely lovely and helped me with everything. The place has a nice view in the nature with a nice garden.

We were referred to this hotel by a taxi driver. Thankfully, everything was perfect. Clean room, hot shower anda kettle to have tea after a long day. Although, I wish to pillows were softer.

Great clean rooms. Owner gave us a tour of the mossy forest which was absolutely gorgeous.

I’m a local solo female traveller who rented a small private room without aircond. When it is very hot outside, the room remained cool.

We spent 4 wonderful days at Fatehah Inn. Peaceful and charming place with a nice garden where you can chill. The owner and his family are very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Norman is an outstanding host — we found this was a really special, comfortable stay in an excellent location.

As other reviews have mentioned, the host, Norman, is super friendly and attentive. He puts a lot of effort into making the space comfortable, functional, and clean.

Clean and spacious room. The landlady is so nice and helpful. The location is amazing in ABC area. Everything is close by. You can also rent really good and new kayaks to get to monkey beach/bay.

The room balcony river view is nice, the weather is chill, the owner and staff are very friendly. Spend 2 nights there, owner did provide motorbikes and you can ride it for free.

As the name implies, it's a modernized stay by the river, just within walking distance to local famous restaurants and pastries/ souvenirs shop such as taufufa and coconut biscuit.

Friendly staf and value for money. Close to airport and "infak breakfast" on every friday.

Self check in and check out with the machine, room very clean and best. The price very cheap and love it for budget hotel. Will repeat again.

Was here with my friend this weekend. The rooms are really clean and well-kept, the view is amazing and the staff is very helpful and always available.

Got a seaview chalet. Five star for the price. Room is small, but everything is nice and well maintained. Got loads of games at lobby in case you are bored.

Very clean and has all the comfort of home. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the water dispenser. This is Malaysia bro. Get a refrigerated water dispenser.

It's a business equipped with basic necessities. It has a cafe. The location is in the city center, parking spaces are available though limited.

This is our first time staying at kosma business hotel. Overall good, especially service from front counter. Thank you izzati, she is very good soft spoken girl, attend us with good service.

The reception and lounge area is small but adequate. Room wise, its huge given the I paid less than RM200 not to mention very clean, same goes for the bathroom/toilet.

Reach the place almost 9pm. It is quite quiet that area except a pack of dogs roaming and barking in the nearby construction place.

Stayed for 4 nights. Hospitality by the front desk staff was great & helpful to extend our stay. Really good hot shower too! Easy access to eateries as well.

Hats off to the manager and his team for prioritising excellent customer service. We highlighted a concern with the initial room and the staff gladly and swiftly swapped our rooms.

Stayed 1 night, room design has a unique industrial/metal style, as most of the drawers and furnitures are made of metal.

Pros: Breathtaking view, amazing breakfast services, relatively close to tourist attractions such as Bharat Tea Plantation.

Rini at the front desk was fantastic! She made our check-in process smooth and effortless, and even helped us add on breakfast deals seamlessly.
