I love this hotel n gd servies n friendly staff.

Perfect place for dine in, good food, service, with friendly staff. What would I ask for more… definitely a happy guest!

Yesterday having a chap goh mei celebration dinner here and it was great. The food served is fresh and the service is good. They also decorating the environment for photo shoots easy for us to check in full of Chinese new year feel.

It's a delicious buffet dinner here. It's really worth trying.

Impressive view. From top floor. The room it self can improve especially the carpet, not very comfortable if you're used to being barefooted.

It is very comfortable and cozy. This is a place that will definitely make you feel like home. Plus, the food is awesome!

So so hotel. Room kinda small, but based on the price it's an okay hotel. Not good but definitely not bad. Parking is open air. No basement car park. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast, the coffee is nice though.

Very nice rooms, modern, clean and comfortable. A little bit below the level of the hotel. Beware, in the period of Ramadan they do not offer breakfast '.
There are very good fruits on the market facing the mosque to troubleshoot.

Nice view right beside the river. Good location, right next to the walkpath along the river. And lots of cafes at the other side of the road.

The room is spacious. Must have is the river view. The hotel is situated by the river so the view is magnificent. The cafes are very cute. Even the reception is friendly. Overall very satisfying.

If you are looking for a balcony view that faces the river I recommend you 9th floor rooms, which no other place in kuantan can offer u. Decent breakfast which comes with the delux rooms and the rooms are clean with all the amenities. Walking distance to restaurants. If you like to fish you can simply try your luck and you can bring your own fishing rod. Strategic location and very near to the city.

Love the hospitality environment. It's totally whole new experience with the new cafe outlook next to the lobby area. Will definitely come back to stay.

Ideal location; nice cafe facing the river; nice breakfast with river view eventho the selections are not that many; and hey interesting fishing spot too right in front of the cafe. Take the family suite if you want to enjoy large king bed and bath tub. Btw they took comment and feedback seriously. Immediate response and actions. Great job!

Overall was a pleasant stay. What bugged us was — pun intended — the ants. We found 4 when we checked in. Decided to name them, Michael, Ellen, Gary, and Anna. I am a little squeamish of ant. Gave them a proper burial after pressing them with the finger. Later that night after dinner and some stouts, came back to found another 4. They walk differently, behave differently, smell differently. I doubt it's the First Four. Named them Vincent, Isabelle, Emma, and William this time…. Another burial to the bin. Had a shower later to find more at the same spot — the dressing table! It's late. I'm getting tired. And I'm out of ideas to giving more names. I let them live. I prayed hard hoping they are not the families and friends of the 8 coming back for revenge. I woke up alive in the morning. Checked out after saying goodbye and fist bumping them. I may have did it too hard…

Nice tone colours for 1st floor. May b the dishes can lower a but the prices. Should train serving more prof… cutlery n changing of sauces or plates for dining. Tq.

Visited the cafe downstairs by the river, superb view and ambience. Great coffee too but was too slow, for our group of 8, took almost an hour to have drinks served. Other than that it's a great place to chill in kuantan.

The view of the river is very nice. The cafe downstairs is so greeny, nicely decorated and relaxing. Just the sofa at the entrance and the system isn't so nice plus theres no pool, less facilities like no gym spa etc and the building is quite old. Need some alteration. Despite, the place is very nice and the room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very polite and the housekeeping service was good too.

Good place to stay. A few amenities could be improved. Value for money. Great location.

My third time staying in the hotel. My family love the hospitality & comfort, also, it is situated in the centre of the cith where everything is near. They renovated on the last visit, it is prettier now. Definitely will come back!

Loved it. Great service and friendly staffs. Clean and many parking lots available. Has a good river view (depending on which room you're taking). We got the one facing carpark, but would go chill by the river every night before head back.

The beautiful river in Kuantan. There are a lot of people fishing at night. Hotel health is very good. In such an environment, the price is acceptable.

Clean, high speed shower but small rooms. Don't get fool with photo and real room size. They using super wide lens. They don't have bell boys and just 1 trolley active. You can DIY to bring all of your luggage.

My 21st birthday, my wedding & my brother wedding was in mega view hotel b4. Nice view n delicious food… Love it.

Service is just impeccable at this price point. 4 pax room for about rm240. The newly refurbished room is spacious and comes with 2 balcony to enjoy river view. No chairs provided at the balcony though.

Comfortable hotel and next to the river. U need some walking to reach the nearest restaurant. But need to drive to shopping mall.

Great place. Breakfast menu is really tasty. Room is clean and nice. View is beautifull, can see sunrise, great view of the pahang river, staff is very friendly. Value for money. Good service.

June 2016 — Friendly staffs; Good panorama view if your balcony is facing the clean Pahang river — no unpleasant smell; Parking facility ; Clean hotel room; Walking distance to shops; Easy to travel around with my car.

The restaurant also nice food nice viewer but small space 4 6. The price is so acceptable 4 overall I gave 4. What can I say here. Will return again. And those is love fishing. Should stayed here.

Very good for the price. The room is of comfortable size, not too small. Friendly service too.

Clean room & bed… Important for me :D. But my room air-con, I just felt not cold enough…

Hotel very nice… just TV. Only 1 star.
