Got all the privacy we want, always quick to our request, room too comfortable to believe, spacy, view is fantastic. i will definitely return soonest.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in Kuantan. Good location, in the heart of the city. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping malls. Comfortable room, good amenities and helpful staff especially front office team. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time!

There are cafe around but unfortunately cannot go out due to covid-19. House rules required to adhere to.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. There are lots of cafe located near to the hotel. Overall stay is fine.

This hotel is highly recommended for those plan for holiday at Kuantan. The hotel room is spacious and very clean. Suitable for family vacation. The hospitality is very good and everythg was well arranged. Convenient parking, near to Kuantan City Mall and Teluk Cempedak abt 15min away from here. Will visit this place again.

Food is nice, delicious & affordable. However parking space is too limited, have to use MPKs parking lot with a summon if no coupon…

I walked in to Recano Hotel after my booking with Agoda was cancelled all of a sudden. I went with 12. Of my family members and seven childrens. At the receptionist table I was entertained very politely by the staffs and I got all the six rooms that I asked for. The rooms are so big for two and well maintain. Breakfast not so many varieties but it was good. I admire the staffs very much because they are so nice to their customers. Not enough parking lots are the main problem here.

Hotel tiga bintang yang terbaik setakat ini di Kuantan. Cuma kadangkala khidmat pelanggan oleh reception staff agak kurang memuaskan semasa check-in; apa yang kami request dia lupa or gagal maklumkan pada jabatan lain. Sarapan pagi yang sederhana dan memuaskan. Lokasi hotel sangat baik; dekat dengan masjid, pusat beli-belah juga hanya dihadapan hotel: Kuantan City Mall & East Coast Mall. Terdapat juga kedai makan disekitar dan dalam pusat beli-belah tersebut. Semuanya hanya sekitar lima minit berjalan kaki dari Rocana.

First time having berbuka puasa at this hotel, however it really disappointing me and my family. First and last time a buffer without refill 1 round 90 % of the food are finished. Even dessert too…

The second floor got some like old thing odour. Need air fresher asap.

I give 5 star for foods — iftar ramadhan buffet. Nice briyani kambing, fried noodle, cheese cake, laksa pahang… yummylicious! Price per head reasonable and worth it with variety of choices. Keep it up rocana!

Great no-frill hotel: friendly staff; Only grip is the electrical socket is not near yr bedside.

It is located at the center of the city. Easy to access to mall or any restaurants.

Immediate booking for meeting with lunch and tea break. Highly satisisfied with the service provided. Recommended!

Rocana was decent for the price providing the necessary necessity for a stay in a hotel. However, my room was without a pair of toothbrushes and therefore I had to call room service. The free breakfast was really good too. Recommended for long stay.

Hotel is generally good but cannot sleep due to the loud music from 'The 8th Bar' nearby until almost 2:30 am. Besides, I would like to ask the hotel to remove mould in the bathroom.

Near to Kuantan City Mall only 3 mins walk. There is pharmacy available located at LG floor in the mall, called Caring Pharmacy. 1st outlet in kuantan. Very good services and nice pharmacist consultant.

My room toilet not really clean, poor staff action. Function room smell bad. Food so so. Not many variety. Overall average.

Rooms great but food needs a lot of improvement. Location good near malls. And shops to eat.

The bed and pillows are so soft, I wonder where they get it. The breakfast consist of English and Malay breakfast. There are cereals, porridge, fried rice and noodles. Toasts, jams and fruits are available as well. Drinks like coffee, tea, juice and water is self service. Refill as much as you desire. Yogurt is handmade so the taste isn't that good.

Floor not carpeted. Pricey for a small room, rated 200++ but feels like budget hotel.

Been to Kuantan many times it's my first time staying here, nothing munch to complaint, only my group in one room aircon is not cold while the other 3 rooms are good, clean room, spaces valued for the money, staff are good, even first day when we are having our breakfast, the staff ask us why we only take bread, and we told them my we are on vegetarian, tgis morning, in a short while a plate of salad was on our table telling us that this is vegetarian and it's for us, which they don't serve salad, greatly appreciated. We stay 4nights dated 26 to 30th July 2017. My room number is 518, still staying here untill this weekend.

Great location, but need to do upgrade or maintainence on rooms switch and lift operation as well. Also please check your basement carpark space availability before you offer customer to park in it.

Floor is not carpet! Some may like it and some may not. I prefer no-carpet for hygene reasons. It is located close to East Coast Mall, walk 5 mins (or less). Hotel Parking was easy. Breakfast is just so so. Staff are very friendly.

Clean. Tidy. Spacious bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Near to both Berjaya and East Coast Mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Strategic location. If there's only one minus is the quite early checkout time. If you can checkout at 1pm like other hotels it would be wonderful.

Room was clean n neat. Sahur provided during ramadhan. Walking distance to mosque and east coast mall.

Value for money, accessible to almost everything shopping malls, eateries, wet/ dry markets etc etc The front office staffs were helpful and charming in particular encik Badlishah. The only setback no rubbish bin is provided in the room otherwise the room's just perfect… definitely will come n stay here again!

They have air purifier! And the breakfast was pretty good, but the street down the hotel was pretty dull (just managed see Japanese and Arab restaurants)

Pros: Clean room, safety deposit, clothes hanger. Window with curtains and drapes. 2x of 3-pin sockets on table. Free Wi-Fi access. Cons: Room is small, toilet is tighter. Towels were a little smelly. No face towels, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no sewing kit provided. Only 1 access card despite a twin sharing room. Meaning no charging of your devices when you are out. Other worth noting: -I can't use my MacBook power adapter (with UK 3-pin BS 1363) on either of the 3-pin sockets, because they are too low to accommodate the bottom of the power adapter. -plenty of ants on the table. -no RJ45 network point for internet access. Reviewed based on Superior Room.
