It's a really pleasant visit! Room is big enough for a family of 4 to stay, will definitely go back again :)

Room inside Super Many mosquitoes, dozen also can not finish, do not know from where flew out, how dozen Have.

Cheap … and quite nice for buject.

The receptionist was very rude to me and my boyfriend. I've called and said I wanted for superior room and she said the room is not ready yet. I told her I will reach around five and she said okay the room will be ready around that time. When I reach there she's like angry and said " I'VE TOLD YOU THE ROOM IS NOT READY YET! " after she said that I feel like changing hotel. But it's OK I give her another chance. After I pay then I still have balance rm10 she told me she don't have small change then I said if like this change my room to deluxe room so she doesn't have to give me balance but she said no and asked us to go find small change like really… Then we just stare at her and she finally decided to open the drawer and that the small change. When she open the drawer there are so many small change. Worst receptionist ever. I won't go back to that hotel again.

Bad service. My business customer acidently book this hotel witout knowing how bad the service and room is. Stayed there for 2 night. Room Service was terrible. Told them to clean my room and change towel but they didt do. They have live wires from the heater box stuck out in the bathroom. Damage items in the room, ants crawling near the door latch, Small Standard room, not suitable for 2 person per room, and have a " Clean Hotel " certificate with " A" grade that is should be fake. They have 2 building, one look new thts where u book ur hotel and another one is about few shop block away is where they will put you in where its look still under renovation and bad. Becareful guys when u book this hotel. It can kill people.

Got many dog. Very poor hotel maintenance.

Receptionist very rude… almost 2 hour to check in because they said didnt have enough housekeeper otherwise they clean the room with no guest first? Why its that? Didnt it shoud clean the booked room first right…? Dont know how they manage their hotel… never ever come to this hotel again… I think you guys should consider other hotel in this town…

Everyting is OK, except door is not soundproof, expect to hear loud footstep, dot matrix printer at the reception counter printing, people talking.

Worst Hotel ever and here is why: 1) Bad Internet Connection; slow Wi-Fi which gets into your nerves 2) Noisy; you can hear the water running from the next room especially at night when you about to sleep 3) No privacy; sometimes you can hear people making love, oh and you can also hear the guy mourning too when he is about to 'explode' 4) They dont really make up your room unless you requested for it 5) Dirty Towels and Dirty Sheets if you are unlucky 6) Too small for 2 people 7) Some of the lighting are not working FYI, you pay for this cheap price hotels and that is what you get…

Very lousy staff. The receptionist is very rude. Took forever to check in.

Reception staff Ms. Yashuoda was very rude. She asked her staff to show me other room but she gave me different room. She's not even smile to us. Otherwise room is ok. Just nice.

1 of d worst hotel I ever stayed. All d receptionist are very rude n dei dont even smile. All d bathroom in d rooms has no lock! I booked 2 rooms n both bathrooms hv no lock. Wen asked d receptionist, he said all d room's bathroom has no lock. Wen checked in the room A-11, I was shocked d room was not even cleaned. I told d guy at d reception n he rudely told me, canot be, it has been cleaned. After telling him off, he dan gave me another room. i will not recommend ds hotel.

Seriously no Wi-Fi at 1st and 2nd floor. So many time tell the manager mr. Yoong but nothing action taken by managment… staff very slow like almost die keyin custmr detail… it's take an hour to register. Damn worse budget hotel in seremban town…!
