Take this hotel out of this list. Very poor. Doesnt look like hotel at all.

Average budget hotel, around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the historic district of Malacca. Felt a bit unsafe to walk on the nearby run down streets at night.

4 rooms with my Family only at RM270 per nite Trivago during 6th Syawal 2018 bargain.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Smelly and exhaust fan inside was not functioning well. We check out only after 1hour stay because the room was so terrible. They promised to refund our money as we decided to move out after 1hour checked in but it is already 3month and no reaction from them. This hotel is not own by malaysian (bangaladeshi or pakistani)

Neat and service, the location is not far from the chicken Farm Street, although on the coast but see no beautiful scenery.

A convenient location 10 mins walk to the shopping area. Rooms are adequate.

Enter my room, flush not functioning, toilet bidet broken, aircond so noisy, phone in room not functioning. There is a lot of improvement need to be done for the hotel. To me they can start with the room. Its really need to be refurbished if not it is a shame to rated the hotel as a star hotel because it not deserved 1 star hotel where I ve been to better hotel yet it is not even a 1 star hotel. Hopefully the management can approve the facilities. For now, it will be not my main choice of hotel if I go to Melaka.

Strategic location, comfy bed but not so clean bathroom.

Hotel got 4 star rated, but should get 3 star for family customer. You can clearly heard people foot steps, talking outside. The bed smells of children pee. Anyway, its an reasonable medium priced hotel.

Its need to improve the hospitality service. Need to provide extra pillows for all guest.

This hotel is just satisfactory. We booked a standard room in advanced but upon checking in, we're given another room as the housekeeping had not cleaned it yet. The room we stayed in was also not properly cleaned. The bathroom was very disappointing. It was a pain in the eyes to see the dirt between the tiles, on the sink, pipes and curtain shower. The bathroom hole was not cover properly. The tap handle was just a few centimeters above it! The good side of the hotel is its location which is in the centre of the city. Its air-cond and shower are functioning well. It also provides a spacious room with various TV channels.

We really enjoyed our trip to melakka. The hotel is quite near to the historic city and the staff was always helpful and kind. The only thing we have to say is that the room wasnt as clean as we expected. But we spoke to the staff and they let it cleaned twice. Overall we could recommend to book there, but be aware of holidays (then there will be a lot of noisy people). But again, we will book there again, hope so you do ;)

The floor is a bit dirty, the room is a little dark, the pillow has a taste, I hope every customer left after the change is clean, the room has no fragrance.

Good comfortable room with fridge and so on. But the environment not that good. The cleaner smoking in the next door when am asking for towel. But for the room, its good n reasonable price.

Blazing fast internet connection (sometimes crowded). The Yemen guy at the counter is amazingly friendly, helpful and polite — no doubt suited to even a 5-star hotel. The place is NOT walking distance to interesting tourist spots though, but cheap and definitely comfortable.

Rude, rooms have not been cleaned and it is located in a dead area! Not recommended for further.

The toilet is way too small. That's it. Overall it's just fine and the cleanliness need to be improve.

Juz. Okay la. Not bad. Room clean and tidy. Also the bathroom. Really nice. But its good if there is a window in the bathroom. And please provide the toothpaste also.

Bathroom needs major scrubbing. Smoke smell in non-smoking room. The front desk staffs were friendly though.

Nice hotel away from the noisy touristy area yet near enough to nearby tourist attractions and shopping complexes. It's about 12 minutes walk along the riverside, and 13 minutes' drive to Jonker's Walk. Very affordable rates. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot showers, clean towels and 3in1 shower gel and shampoo are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Plenty of parking lots around. The hotel will provide parking tickets which can be used anywhere in the city. This is very convenient for guests.

Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Place is quiet with plenty of parking available. Near a laundromat. And if you ask, you might get an ocean-view room.

Not bad, the room be cleaned. The staff really helpful. There is coffee and machine to make hot water bar. But I prefer that the room should prepare dry hair machine and cover hair to protect wet hair in the bathroom for guest in every room.

First time stay at this type of hotel. The most dirty toilet hotel. Tiles are dirty… toilet bowl are dirty. Whole toilet are smelly. First when I check in the hotel and enter the room the whole room are smelly, smell from the toilet … have make a complain and they just spray some freshener. After half an hour smell back… request to change room, no reply from fronthdesk. Whole night sleep in a smelly and dirty room …

If u want to stay at hotel, near to attraction places with reasonable price, Syaz Meridien is your best option. It will be better if breakfast os provided and enhance Wi-Fi signal.

I don't like the smell of their room. Location is good.

Pretty close to places like Jonker Street and a few malls, so it is quite accessible. Beds are comfortable but Wi-Fi connection is subpar. I been experiencing a lot of disconnections so make sure you choose a lower floor if you're booking for this hotel. If you're driving there, make sure to take the parking coupons from the receptionist as the city council will conduct operation on a daily basis.

New medium size hotel, good service, especially by the receptionist. About 10-minute walk to shopping malls, 15-minute walk to historical center. Recommended budget hotels.

I've moved at least 7 countries and had to stay in various hotels. I'd rate it best because I had to pay very less for a standard room (RM 105 including tax etc) which they upgraded to Delux room. It was great, I could view the sea, the room was well furnished, spacious, AC was good, cleaning was good, clean washroom and everything I could think of. I would rate it 5 for value of money.

Overall acceptable walking distance to major shopping mall but too far away from jonker. Unexpected experience power outage at night for few hours.

There is a strong smell at the lobby, but overall quite nice.
