Nice view. Nice room. Even the staff still remember my name. My last visit was a year ago.

Simply cosy stay without breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. No lift in the building. Not recommended for people that have difficulty in climbing stairs.

Basic, clean and efficient accommodation. Stayed in an "apartment" type unit. Came with two rooms, mini kitchen (no cooking), cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, kettle, microwave. Wi-Fi included. Service was efficient. Staff polite. What was impressive was the turnaround after checkout. Staff determined that we left behind the children's precious old pillows and promptly retrieved them to the delight of the child! Well done. Will stay again :-)

We stay on the Two Bed Rooms Apartment, it's comfortable and enjoyable. Ideal price and location is great.

Good location. 10 minutes walk from the touristic area. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Self service laundries available nearby. Very nice staff. About 120 RM for a double bed room. Some more furniture would be pleasant since the room is not small. Car and motorbike parking available. To recommend.

Basic no frills hotel, clean and comes with hair dryer and an electric kettle for making tea/coffee. Was staying in the new wing, there's no lift serving the 2 storey building, so good luck if you have heavy luggage. Excellent location close to eateries and dataran pahlawan and Mahkota parade mall.

Nice and cheap place to stay. Near to shopping area… 3mins walk away. Lost of eateries and restaurant nearby. Save parking area for cars and motorbikes.

Located in a very accessible part of malacca, close to shopping malls and commodities. Getting around is easy via road hailing services. Clean and simple rooms with very friendly staff.

Nice place to stay if you're looking for a budget hotel. Try to book the bigger room though. Next to major shopping malls. Staffs super helpful!

Affordable rates for overnight stays. Some stains found on bed sheets but were dried up and hard to clean. Overall hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

Cheap and no frill stay @ Malacca. Located just near to hatten hotel which also means very near major shopping mall. Toilet can be too small. Will be better if room come with safe box and more chairs.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Melaka. Walking distance to all the attractions. Has a Starbucks very close by and plenty of eateries around.

Really great place. At the right spot which is in the middle of the city. You can access whole city just by foot. Good staff too.

Okay hotel to spend the night. Friendly staff and helpful but one of our beds we slept in felt very very itchy the whole night. Had to switch beds to get a nights sleep in.

I was stay here for 2 nights during vacation. 5 star for parking, they have jokey who park car for you (remember it's a budget hotel) it's very convenience. Price were reasonable & all necessary basic as budget hotels was there. Friendly staff & very good location (nearby to most place & center of town). Room conditions, nothing to shout about since it is budget hotel. Definitely will come again & again. Just this new year celebrations I was unlucky due to all room full booked.

Booked a room for 4 person. Requested for an extra blanket and pillow and in the end housekeeping came up with a piece of comforter, a mattress cover, a pillow n a pillow case and asked us to put it in ourselves…

It was very cheap and it also came with free Wi-Fi. The bed is very comfortable and it also located near many hotels but this is the best and it is very near local attractions and coffee shops like Jeta Groves. You can walk to many places in less than 10 minutes from there.

We stay here for two nights when traveling to Melaka. Budget but nice and clean hotel.

For the price and location this is the budget hotel to stay while in Malacca. Renovated. Good all around.

Location near shopping and about 5 mins walking distance to Mahkota Parade, only the hotel has no lift. For 1 night stay bugget ok lah. But I suggest the hotel will fixed toilet spray for muslim guest.

Room is simple, clean and has most of the basics, hot shower, a/c, a TV and plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. It is located at a strategic location within town, great for tourists who wants to visit the attraction nearby. And it looked much more well maintained compared to other budget hotels around which looked rather shady Having said that, I can't give a 4 star review simply for one reason, sound proofing is not ideal. I can here footsteps passing my room, this is especially true when my room is near the stair case. This can be improved if they put carpet on the staircase too. The walls between rooms are pretty weak in sound proofing too, if you give it a knock it sounds hollow, I can frequently hear toilet flushing next door. In a nutshell, if you are pretty sensitive to noise, then you should reconsider your option. Otherwise, this is pretty fantastic budget hotel to consider.

Few step away to the mall plus right corner best seafood I've been past 14 years.

A must stay hotel, just checked out today 20131117, will definitely return to stay. All staffs are polite and friendly. The strong signal for Wi-Fi with every floor installed with Wi-Fi repeaters.

New year live one night, facilities good, attitude is also very good, room clean but also needs to be progress …

Location is close to tour siyes. Service is good so far. The staffs are knowledgeable.

Need to improve. Water heater need repair.
