Best place in the entire east coast. Employee and service exceed expectation. My second visit there and highly recommended. Breakfast buffet fantastic. As a retired hotelier my self I congratulate the general manager and his entire team. Keep it up.

This is the best hotel so far that i've been in Kota Bharu. Since I stay here for work purpose, everything that I need is provided. Name it: iron, refrigerator, hanger, bath robe etc. I usually will take Superior Single room as I don't prefer big room when I staying alone. This room is just nice for me to rest, pray and I feel secure. Friendly & helpful service from the staff. Nice breakfast as well!

The room is clean & big. Air-con are cold. Shower water pressure strong. Kettle, tea & coffee are provided. Sufficient car parking. The morning breakfast was great serve warm & many selection (local & western). Internet was average. The only complain the plug design. Some wall-plug is not function. Lucky they provide USB slot charging the phone. I'm just guest there, company provide the hotel. Everything is tip-top condition. Early English newspaper.

It was an enjoyable stay at Perdana hotel. Every department did a marvellous job. Courteous front office staffs, f&b staffs and housekeeping staffs. One slight thing F&B need to improve is it’s Coffee during breakfast; it’s tasteless. Hats off to especially the front office team. They played the most important role and made sure that our stay are wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here again, in our next trip.

Large property. Well equipped rooms. Buffet breakfast spread had good local and international dishes. Front office staff including concierge team we were welcoming from the outset.

Antara hotel yang terbaik kat KB. Bilik besar dan bersih. Pagi-pagi ada bacaan Al-Quran. Staf di sini nampaknya kebanyakan anak tempatan/locals. Tak pernah terserempak dengan warga asing sepanjang stay di sini. Makanan di coffee house banyak pilihan. Tapi ada local dishes yang sangat manis, sesuai untuk orang Kelantan je. Kami bukan orang Kelantan ni rasa susah nak terima.

One of the best places for organising events for your organisation in Kelantan. The helpful and friendly staff deliver fast and helpful service to make sure your event runs smoothly. The delicious Food and drinks are served on time and there is enough space for everyone to seat. The washrooms are clean and cleaned up regularly. Projectors for conference room are clear and no technical problems were had. Audio system such as microphone and speakers were crisp and clear.

Great choice to stay at Kota Bharu. Pleasant experience. Warm welcome and service from the staff. Kids enjoy the pool and the bath tub.

Stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, the upkeep of the room has detoriated significantly since I was last here. There is mold growing around the bathtub, as well as visible hair on the bedsheets and bath area. Water pressure from the shower head is poor, but oddly, the basin tap pressure is extremely high and cannot be opened full without wetting the whole bathroom. The hot water cannot be called hot at all, it is at most warm.

Great! We stayed unfortunately only for one night since we were passing through to go to the Perhentian Islands. Really luxury Hotel at a very cheap price. It is not near the airport but it is perfect for people like us who rely on taxis or Uber for transportation. The prices as in all Malaysia are very cheap. We did the buffet dinner where we can cook on our own what we prefer, I must say it was a nice experiment. The wonderful breakfast varies full of both sweet and savory. Very friendly Staff. Clean and large rooms with bathroom that offers hair dryer and kit for brushing teeth, razor blade and comb, shampoo and conditioner (almost all the hotels we found and always make it very comfortable). For those who do not buy the SIM of the place from the reception you can call taxis. The hotel also has a really nice pool but for lack of time we did not get to enjoy it. Recommended! Near c is a shopping center, at type 5 minutes walk, where inside C is a very convenient currency exchange.

Awesome hotel. Never had a problem during my stay. Restaurant at eleventh floor is serving Korean steamboat buffet. Love it there. The restaurant on the ground floor is not at par with my taste though. Great ambience and staff are friendly.

Went to this hotel for a conference. Stayed once before for a night. Overall its a nice hotel with spacious abd clean room. The dinner is delicious and a lot of food varieties.

One of the better ones I've been to. Hotel newly renovated. Comfortable, good variety of breakfast and tasted good too. I don't see many parking spaces though.

When I was a kid, my parents in in occasion brought us here for holiday. Recently I came here again for holiday, a lot of things have change. It got new tall building, the interior, swimming pool and the cafe. You got what I meant. A lot of new things. But one thing doesnt change, the services, it still the same 5star services that I could remember from my childhood. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Clean, comfortable, wide choices of menu for breakfast, dinner and lunch. Ideal location and walking distance to Town Centre. Limited parking lots, so best way is to Uber. Gym facilities for about a dozen users. Also a small swimming pool.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious room, however bathroom is small and looks 'old'. Food here is palatable though not many choices available.

Nice hotel in good location, staff is very friendly and kind. Room size and bathroom are OK, our bathroom even has a shower and a bathtub. For devout Muslims even a basket with Gebersutensilien was available in the room.

A comfortable business hotel that is located in a convenient quite place. The staff are very friendly and speak good English.

A comfortable hotel. The room is spacious and the decor is modern. My only issue is how the bathtub is set up which will cause the bathroom to get wet when you use the shower head. Use the hand held shower instead. Other than that, it is highly recommended.

Very very good service. They asked if we enjoyed our stay, n if they could help with anything too. Room and food was great as well. Very satisfied!

We came to this hotels for our honeymoon and we had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the room too. They have a great pool and gym which we used twice during our stay. The location of the hotel is around 10 minutes walking from the historical center.

This hotel is good in service and accomodation. Located in downtown area. I'm staying here for business meeting. The food is delicious. The only bad thing in this hotel is the toilet. Toilet in meeting area are mess, trash can full of tissue paper until people only can put their tissue above the trash can cover. Maybe you should put one cleaner around toilet area : (

Clean and cosy. Great facilities esp swimming pool for children. Family friendly. Many parking spaces.

The rooms are easy on the eye, thats all. The service is horrible. Waited 3hours for room service food, called every hour to ask how long it would take but they couldnt give an estimated time and instead giggled. The hotel plumbing is poor. Bathrooms flooded all the time and the corridor carpet was drenched in water. Dissapointing.

3rd time staying here when visit Kelantan. Good and comfortable olace to stay.

We had a bad experience dining at the Cerana Restaurant of Perdana Hotel Kota Bharu on the 4th of May 2016. We ordered a chicken chop from the menu, the order was taken by a young waiter with good table waiting skills. The dish arrived and was delivered by an older waiter, around his late 20s-early 30s, who wore a striped blue/purple uniform. We thanked him, he duly went away, and we then cut into the chicken. The chicken was raw. We sent it back with our young waiter, after telling the waiter politely that the chicken is raw and laughing it off. The older waiter came back a few seconds later, to "explain". He said the chicken was not raw, it is only that we do not know how to tell because we are "not used" to eating the chicken like that. We immediately questioned him what he meant by saying that, he stood by his words. When told we are not paying for the chicken any more and please do not bring it out to us, he went back into the kitchen and took the raw chicken chop from there, placing it back on our table. As we were lodging a complaint at the desk, he came and threateningly said "Don't bother complaining! " and even stood right next to one of us who was filing the report and stared threateningly, in front of his supervisor. He was sent back into the kitchen to see his "boss. " We hope this was true. This was a truly disappointing experience. Perdana has shown excellent customer service during all of our previous visits. We hope this is an aberration.
