Clean and cozy hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price very reasonable. Hotel parking also available.

Hotel is located just about 500m away from the famous 贪吃街。As we gotten a corner room, think is slightly more spacious than the other rooms but there's a big problem with the shower room. As the glass door opening is beside the toilet seat and it is build in a very odd angle that it can open up only a slight gap of maybe 15 degrees angle, making it very hard to get in and out of the shower area. I am of a very lean body type, for those who are bulkier or with beer belly then you can forget about getting in the shower area. Otherwise room is simple and bed is OK if your are looking for a low budget stay. One other thing to take note of, the a big Coffeeshop just behind the hotel but there's karaoke session during the weekend starting about 8pm and ending late past 12 midnight. As the room sound proofing is not good and if you're staying window facing the Coffeeshop, good luck! The only plus point the singers are pretty alright with their singing no out of tune. Food wise, 贪吃街 offer food from wanton noodles, satay (especially the pig intestine in sticker BBQ satay style), dumpling, herbal drinks for the hot weather, Otah, and many more.

Very disappointed with the service & the room quality over here. I have to change room for few time. One of my tracksuit pants gone when accidentally left at the room. When I ask the manager, she said will look & check trough cctv. She admit the house keeping mistaken throw away my pants. How irresponsible the hotel staffs. Its very sad something u love been thrown away just like that. I did not recommend this hotel.

Free parking but the parking lots were TOOOOO small. Nice room, everything was good and comfortable. Sad that there’s no breakfast option available. But overall there’s no problem!

Ok… memuaskan. Sekiranya ada cafe dan disediakan sarapan pagi… servis mungkin akan lebih baik dan memudahkan pelanggan.

Located at MUAR town centre, near the riverside, taxi and express bus station. Convenient for traveller. With reasonable rate.

The hotel room kidda good but the corridor is damn creepy I heard noise then midnight out of no where power outage I hope they can do a better job.

If you're driving mpv car never ever go to 2nd underground, your car will get a scratch. Limited parking…

Great…! the price is cheap compare to my experience before with another hotel… becoz this hotel is bigger n much more clean compare to my last hotel… overall was great but the bathroom is quite smaller…

Poor service, the staff cannot open the room for viewing, car park is not meant for big cars.

Spoiled air conditioning. Too hot and no hot water. Request to change room but air-condition still the same. Toilet need refurbishment. Hope to see improvement.

Clean and comfortable places, have basement car park, rm10 breakfast package is optional. But traffic surrounding a bit crowded. Overall, recommended hotel with affordable prices.

Clean & quiet hotel. Right in heart of Muar. Nice view from 7th Floor the one facing the river. Lookout for sunset. Nice scenery of Muar river and the bridge.

The room clean, with good view toward Muar River mouth and most important equate well with the room price.

Room dirty. I came in my room and towels on floor, water on floor in bathroom. Fridge stinks, half empty can of drink, and it doesnt work.
