Room is clean and new. Staff also a as friendly. The key access is using apps, a bit inconvenient. Overall is good, got parking space. Access to town also easy. Got house keeping service too.

First time staying here and we are happy customers. Kakak yati is very friendly and helpful. The cons are the rooms have no fridge and a bit far away from eating places. The pros are the parking lots are spacious and feel safe. Rooms are clean and quiet. Overall, we are quite sure will come back here if we are in muar.

Stayed at Alivila Hotel and had a pleasant experience.
The room size is good and can comfortably fit two luggages. The room and toilet were very clean—especially important for me as I’m quite fussy about toilet cleanliness.
Check-in was very smooth. The hotel is about a 5-minute drive to popular eating places, which is very convenient. Parking is limited to around 6 cars, and there is an auto door open system.
Special mention to Kak Yati, who is very friendly and helpful. She speaks minimal English but you can see she really tries her best to assist.
A RM100 deposit is required upon check-in. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Muar.

The entire place is super clean, modern, aesthetic, and comfortable. Low density rooms. Easy to book, the host is very responsive and accommodating. Location wise is just nice, not right in the city centre, but not that far too. Loving the remote app control, so easy.
Our room the water heater function not that hot, but maybe is due for maintenance check. Not a big issue. Overall would 100% recommend if you’re ever in town.

Don't enough parking space but the environment is very nice.

Our stay at alivila is incredibly awesome. The room is spacious with all the amenities. The view is superb especially in the morning. The pool is just nice for us. Family with kids. Rooms is quiet and privacy. My kids really enjoy our short gateway to jjcm at muar. Everything is very modern. Will surely come back again. A nice place for family day or any event. Kak yati is so helpful and friendly. Tqsomuch.

“Horrible Experience – Zero Compassion and Utterly Unprofessional! ”
I had an unimaginably bad experience with Alivilla Hotel in Muar. Here’s what happened during my stay (or lack thereof) :
1. Emergency situation ignored.
At 1 a. M. I faced a sudden family emergency due to a death and needed a place to stay. I booked through Agoda and called to request an early check-in due to the urgency of the situation. Despite the severity of my circumstances, the staff showed zero empathy or willingness to assist. Their excuse? “Office hours are from 9 a. M. To 6 p. M. ” Yet, someone did answer the call at 1 a. M. Only to rudely refuse any help.
2. Inhumane and rude staff.
The person I spoke with was cold, dismissive, and shockingly rude. Instead of showing compassion during an emergency, they hid behind rigid policies and refused to lift a finger to assist. Even when I explained the need for early check-in to address the burial preparations, they prioritized policy over humanity.
3. False promises and irresponsibility.
I was assured that my situation would be escalated to the person in charge and that I would receive a call at 9 a. M. To resolve the matter. That call never came. In fact, there was no contact or follow-up from them until 12 noon, long after the critical timing had passed.
4. Refusal to issue a refund.

Nice and very clean place. Thank you kak Yati always cleaning the villa and treat us nice and warm :)

Finally I found the best place to stay in Muar. Alivila is simply the best, brand new, modern, cleanest!, smart-home, comfortable and conducive.
Host is helpful, responsive.
The homekeeper is also kind and lovely, helped us with our luggage too as I was carrying my baby.
All gates/doors are easily accessed by Sevenoc app (really cool).
Room is spacious, really clean, attached bathroom is clean and modern (with hot water as well). Oh yeah I must mention the water pressure is very good! Also equipped with kettle, complimentary instant coffee and tea packages, iron with board and huge cupboards.
We didnt check out the pool but it would sure be fantastic as well.

Several things to improve/consider might be:
— earlier check in (as you can check in starting from 4pm)
— please please please make Alivila 2 or 3 or something as current one only has 6rooms and I bet it will be fully booked most of the time haha.

Very nice room, new and very clean. Small pool on the backside of the villa. I stayed there for one night on my bikepacking trip. The location seems to be good for bigger celebrations and family gatherings.

Very nice villa, clean rooms and easy to access. Nice environment and very clean overall. There is also a spa pool that is very nice and a ballroom for weddings and events. There is also a water dispenser and a pantry accessible to guests. Door is unlocked by a PIN code or an app provided by the host.
