Great hotel which is already getting a bit old and has renovation needs in some places. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Highlight was for and the international breakfast mega!

The proximity of the hotel next to KLIA is its greatest asset. Frequent buggy services ensure that travellers can move innand out in ease. Auto shade and drap under the intelligent system is good. It is probably the best airport hotel in Malaysia.

I stayed for quarantine in hotel sama-sama for 14days really so happy with all service and I concerned about baby food but they make it super and so caring. Really thank you so much each of everyone and from Room service Mr. Hamizan is great and helpful. Thank you everyone and highly recommended.

Arrived early in moning (6am). Great place to have a shower and freshen up. We took package which included use of lounge. Excellent choice, great food and beverage. Great plave to relax.

Not at all good. Cramped up and the first room was stinking. Its in business just due to long layovers due to infrequent connecting flights.

Did the trick for is for a 9 hour layover in KL. Hotel was really easy to access with a single question in the arrival hall for directions. Room was available for 6 hours which was sufficient. The shower bed and room were great — comfortable and quiet. The black-out curtains provided total darkness for sleep when needed in the middle of the day.

Exactly what you need for a stop over. Quiet, clean, plentiful food and drink all included in the price. Two of us have bought use of lounge and shower facilities for less than £20 as we had a 5 hour connection. Perfect!

Rooms clean and comfortable. The lounge is average. No alcohol included. And choice of curry chicken rice and noodle dishes. Cold food and sweets are average.

I had not planned to book a room for the night during a long stop-over (11 hours), deciding rather to just sleep in the airport where possible. But after a bout of severe food poisoning hit me during my first flight, I needed a bed to rest in. I paid approx £70.00 for 8 hours and it was the best decision I made. The room was spotless, the carpet and towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. I was impressed with the size of the room and the facilities. The only strange part was when I pulled back the large curtains to reveal just a wall behind them and no window at all. Not that no view mattered as it was overnight and I only planned to sleep anyway. Definitely would recommend for a long stop over or following a bad flight experience.

Perfect stay for transit passenger. Slightly expensive and rooms are very big and perfect for family. The stay is comfortable and they provide you hourly rate. We had a 9hr long layover and this 6 hrs package was perfect. They allowed us to do early checkin.

Reasonably priced. Good place to get some rest/ sleep during transit or before an early morning flight. Room is spacious. I stayed with husband, 4 year old and 8 month old sons for 8 hours before an early morning flight. They do not provide extra bedding for the children, but they also do not charge extra for children.

Very comfortable Transit hotel inside KLIA Helpful and friendly people at the front office. Can be booked over net, and payment can be done at the time of checking in. Very clean room with a comfortable Bed and neat toilet.

Great place to rest while waiting in tansit, especially when you're traveling with family and kids. And if you're lucky, your boarding gate may be just right below your room!

Everything about is great if you have a long gap between flights and all you want to do is have a sleep. Small room as you would expect. Service was great.

Long layover is common for people travelling from new Zealand and Australia at the KL when you have a transit. Please consider this hotel which is easily accesible, quiet and clean well maintained place as your time killer. They even have an option to give you a wake up call before the flight departure time. I have always used it, and would do it in the future.

Very convenient right at the airport? I had a room with the view to the gates and could see planes coming in and going. I enjoyed it. Rooms are very good. Three are no sounds at all from the planes.

Clean comfortable room with adequate facilities for a short overnight stay. Very convenient as one can walk straight to the hotel from the arrival hall without having to clear immigration. Only need to clear immigration the next day when you want to board your connecting flight. Buffet breakfast offered in the morning is good considering the price paid. Plenty of food outlets are still opened after 1.00 am, so one can check into the hotel, freshen up before going for your meals.

I was travelling with my family so we decided to stay there for few hours. Rooms are nice and clean. However, food was really bad. 4 of us tried it and not one of us liked it.

Ambience environment, clean, helpful n friendly front office staff, kitchen staff semi pro, talking to each other while preparing food, not hygiene, did not wear mouth mask, food semi ready after 615am.

Great hotel, wonderful rooms, clean and tidy. Very convenient for transit passengers. There is a Shuttle that takes you from the airport directly to the hotel and take you back when you need.

I was very disappointed to find hair and probably pubic hair on the floor in the toilet when I first came into the room. I called the duty manager straight away and they changed the room for us. As I was taking a shower in the new room I saw more hair on clinging on the walls of the shower. This time I didn't bother calling and telling the duty manager since I was really tired.

Thank you so much for such a great stay. On arriving late I was checked in very swiftly and arrived at my spacious room speedily. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful; a credit to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very varied and soooo much to chose from. We used the pool and were blown away by how green and lush the area was; couldn't believe how close it was to airport as you weren't bothered by any noise. So good that I've already ready booked our return stay!

Excellent hotel, easy access to the terminal via skybridge. Even if you're not staying overnight you can order a drink in the lobby and use the Wi-Fi.

This is a good hotel for transit flyer. Location is very good. Have on demand airport shuttle. Price is slide high. Room can be booked based on hour basis.

Nice hotel attached to the airport. Convenient for travelers transient through Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) as the hotel is attached to the terminal via a walkway.

Room is comfortable, spacious. There is a leisure pool area, and garden. Dining options are not many, can only choose offers that, but also good. Gonna go find something else interesting things still have to charge some effort. Only recommend this place as the go transit stay or temporary stay for a day or two places. The hotel is clean, high efficiency.
