Our reservation was cancelled in September 2016 due to the fire but no refund has been received as promised. I have called 4 times and keep getting the run around. Do not book with these guys as they are thieves If you would like to look up my reservation it was PorT8wqbmb67HPLM.
Stayed on way back from Australia to UK in 2015. Very generous room size, huge buffet dinner, outdoor pool. Currently closed owing to a fire.

Hotel is big room are nice and big location just 5 mins to KLCC… near Bukit nanas station. Food are nice however internet in the room doesnt work we only use it for few hours but if you open the door the signal of Wi-Fi will get in. With fridge kettle coffee water tea.
