Nice place n nearest to bandar klang.

Level 4. No face towel nor bath. No face tissues. Need to request. No phone directory service list to dial. Filthy stained toilets floor. Dusty & uncleaned bed.

Al-Quran dan sejadah disediakan. Design cantik jugak. Tapi. Bilik air kotor Lubang bilik air tersumbat Tmpat kopi teh dan gula bersemut sjak dr hari pertama masuk. Sliding door terkeluar dr slot pintu di bahagian atas. Towel yang belum guna pun ada kesan kotor Lighting pn xterang. Mungkin ideanya nk buat ala2 suasana romantik. Tp xkena cara.

Terrible! This is a nightmare for me and my family. First time experienced the most lousy hotel in my life. Rented 4 rooms come with 1 cockroach room and 1 unclean room (totally didn't clean up the room after checked out by previous customer. How dare you are to rent out for next customers. Speechless!

Bad hotel with terrible cleanliness. Small cockroaches everywhere. Food is abysmal.

Was there for a ramadhan buffet. Food was good especially the lamb. The hotel looks good from the outside but the pool was dry and some unfinished wall was seen.

I pay for 96 ringgit. It worth every penny. Got small pool, simple abd all the basic that you need in a room.

I went there for a freind's wedding. Hotel event hall has average space. Can accommodate around 300 to 400 pax. I would consider its a cheap hall for Klang town. Value for money but their food very lousy. Tasteless most probably it's a Malay hotel they might be good in local Malay dishes only.

Actually I'm visiting the Mazmida Hall here. I'd say that the facility is great.

Typical 2-3 stars hotel. Room size ok, king size bed for Superior King Room. However, House Keeping need to be improved. Towels and toilet floor mat were not provided, water from shower not hot enough and water flow discharge issue at shower area.

The hotel is very nice. Good service, good facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Recommended place to stay in Klang. However the parking system for hotel's guest need to be improve. Guest need to walk to the parking post at the basement each time to go out for the complimentary parking.

Nice design. Friendly staff not too many muslim eateries around the area.

I stayed at the deluxe hotel room and it is beautiful. The air cond is cold and the swimming pool is safe as the deepest is 1.2m.

Very poor experience; shower tap is only super scaring hot and super scalding hot (or ice cold! No in between — mixer does not work. No face towels, only both towels. A/c only controls fan speed, cannot control temp at all. But it’s spacious, but a little dusty. And room is very dim. You get for what you pay, hint hint — it’s inexpensive. Try at your risk, maybe your room will be lucky.

I went here for wedding event at their hall. Very nice place here but limited parking space.

The room were furnish with necessity item e. G. Wi-Fi (although some room with blindspot coverage)

Not bad. But still need to improve for the food. So salty their majority food.

A good and convenient hotel in central Klang. Clean, good service and there when I was desperate for a place to stay.

I like the service and the rooms. It's comfortable and quite spacious. Everything is okay except there's no Milo Ais or other chocolate drink available! What the earth they think?

New. Make up. Reasonable, clean, quite surrounding, peaceful environment,, facilities up to date… choice of food, friendly staff.

Nice & easy access to reach in — but the elevator needs refurbishment at all… its too small for 8-persons as specified (with 4-persons in already a FULL-house…) n too slow…

C/Out: 4 June 2017 … A value for money hotel with very friendly employees. Above all, it is a smoke-free hotel! The room (430) is very spacious and pleasent. Overlooking the town. However, there is lack of water pressure to accommodate the rainshower head in the bathroom. Consequently, showering with low pressured water is no fun at all! Unfortunately, the hotel's swimming pool is under renovation. Thus, there is a basic gym for daily workout. Otherwise, additional pounds will be added to the tummy, as age is catching up. As for the food… doesn't taste like le cordon bleu! However, the price is very reasonable. Oh! The cakes… scrumptious. Overall, I am satisfied with one night stay… thanks to all the intangible valued employees, whom are an asset to the Management. Looking forward for the next return!

Great rooms, excellent customer service, ok breakfast needs more healthy options but probably better than most.

Very affordable. 3 star hotel with facilities like a 4 star hotel.

Best Hotel in the heart of Klang Town. Nice environment, clean n reasonable price. Food taste good with nice dessert except for cakes needs to improved. One more thing I would like to bring out is the coffee needs to keep warm always and must have 2 choices of cold drinks. Overall is okay. Hope the management will keep up the good job n upgrade your service from time to time. Thumbs up to our 1st time dining with good waiter service.

New & modern concept. Variety selection of food for private hi-tea. Highly recommended.
