Unforgettable Experience I HAVE A EXTREMELY TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR THE FACE There are 10 person Adults and 2 year old kid stuck inside lift around 2 hrs where is basement B1 at the Face 2 with no someone to rescue. 1st, Your Maintenance staff and security not been train well and very bad in customer services. We directly press bell calling someone for help when we been starting stuck in lift with NO Wi-Fi ALL Cellphone OUT OF SERVICE too. We cant calling out for rescue either. There is someone answered but not understand well in english and malay. After 20 min, we press the bell again but ur staff being so rude for answering and said “ EH! TUNGGU LAH! ORANG SUDAH PERGI! “ Afterthat, we advice them for calling bomba, maintenance and the person in charge as well but all be lied said that already call and bomba on the way. However, stuck 1hrs+ oso dont have a person that was knowing rescue to come. They juz leave one foreigner guard for resolving this issue by trying use his two hand open up the lift door. He non experience, difficulties in our language, not been training to taking care this kind issue and who was understanding well our language keep rudest talking not helping at all for rescue. Luckily one of us have a friend outside there and what he told after that upstairs all staff were grouping chat together and no one know we stucked in lift.

It was an amazing luxurious time with my family at this amazing Instagram famous property! It’s very safe and beautiful! The location is mind blowing! The subset is surreal.

It is in nice location near to all convinces. The building g is so imposing and modern, the staffs are helpful and respectful, always with smiling faces, I feel safe.
I highly recommend this place to any one visiting Malaysia. It Isa home away from home.

Clean hotel with big suites and an infinity pool with view on the Petronas Towers. Foods & drinks are tasty, have a good quality and hotel is directly in the city centre. We were very satisfied with our stay in The Face Suites and can only recommend to book this hotel if you plan your holiday in Kuala Lumpur.

The hotel is clean and quiet atmosphere in the hallway. Infinity Pool having Petronas Tower in the background is superb!
The Only problem is it takes awhile for US to have access at the Door. We always seek Assistance from customer Service because it takes forever to open.

The room service is excellent and the room is quite spacious, clean, helpful & friendly staff. And the most important its sky deck infinity pool! Five stars But when it comes to food, the chicken rendang was a bit bland. Hope you can make an improvement.

For UK tourists who might be used to relatively small hotel rooms these suites are absolutely massive. They have everything you would have in a house and more. Great views over the city from the rooftop pool.

The 51st floor infinity pool is the best thing in this hotel. Spacious rooms. Note that there are different hotels in the same building. The Face is the top in terms of service; as there is luxurious housekeeping. The others don't provide service.

One of the best place to stay in KL Studios with the view of twin tower… There is a gym in rooftop and lobby got a pasty shop… The best part is a roof top swimming pool which is in the backdrop of KL Twin Towers and KL towers… Price is really cheap for what it has offer to us during our stay.

THE FACE Suites was amazing. They gave us an upgrade since we arrived late due to our flights. The rooms were gorgeous and overlooked the city. They infinity pool was beautiful and had an amazing view. The drinks at the Deep Blue were awesome and reasonably price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The concierge also assisted us in booking a tour guide that took us around the city to explore the gems in Kuala Lumpur.

Fantastic place and offers a great view to the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The view on the skydeck is spectacular and is great for photoshoots. Rooms are great as well. We got a good host at lvl 28. Receptionists are accomodating too. Will go back here with the entire family as it's very friendly to large groups.

Staying for 4 nights. The room are spacious, clean and tidy. The sky pool is magnificent which can view all angle of Kuala Lumpur cities, Petronas twin tower and KL Towers. Good location as well, easy to access their monorail (Bukit Nanas). The car park is safe to park with security patrol always. A disappointment staying in low level floor and can’t see any nice view, not worth to pay so much for this apartment despite we requested high level in advance booking from Agoda. To Check-in this apartment has to take a long time (at least 45min due to high volume of tourists). The main selling point is the high story sky pool and spacious apartment for you to stay and plus that you can cook and washing your clothes that’s all if you are staying longer period. The front desk seem not very friendly as well, service average. Anyway it’s just a premium apartment that’s all and there is nothing much special. There are many good hotels and apartments in KL if you plan or consider to have a short stay.
Will not consider to visit again. Don’t waste the money staying here!

Fantastic Apartment Hotel, five-star recommended. Address: Near Shuangfeng Tower, about 15 minutes ' walk, very convenient.
Travel is called grab car very much.
Facilities: The hotel is very new, the facilities are well maintained, the apartments and the hotel share many public facilities, such as the lobby, swimming pool.
Swimming pool: The rooftop infinity pool is great and overlooks the night view of Kuala Lumpur.
Accommodation: The room has an open kitchen, can cook their own meals, suitable for the family. Insufficient: There is no convenience store nearby, 711 need to walk 10 minutes.

Grand place to dine and stay. Location 5/5 within City area. Grand view of KLCC. Restaurant 5/5 nice staff team and service. Superb view from restaurant. Fantastic swimming pool. Good privacy too.

Excellent residential complex. Classy pool on the 51 floor with a super view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Here you can take photos as pictures. There is also a gym. The location of the complex is great. Walking distance to Petronas Towers is 10 minutes. By taxi 15 ringgit. Would recommend for a stopover in Kuala Lumpur.

Very fancy Hotel with rooftop pool, beautiful view but still very crowded. The room has a kitchen with a very nice but poorly equipped lounge.

Very good place to stay in the heart of the city. The swimming pool on top this place is amazing. You can get a wonderful view of PETRONAS twin towers and klcc tower. There is a monorail station nearby which is at a walkable distance. The house in which we stayed was very good with lots of extra beds. The host was very polite and helpful.

Swimming pool view is amazing, apartments are excellent with good equipment. Location is great. The only bad thing is the staff, they are very rude & not welcoming & this is a very big negative point. They act as if they are in a military base & guests are soldiers under them!

Location is convenient, near an LRT station. Service Apartment was spacious and classy. Hard rock cafe and a large mall is just within a short walk. Lifts were insufficent and waits during peak hours can be long. Infinity pool was nice with great views of the twin and KL towers. Parking was convenient but visitors have to park on level 3 or higher.

Booked an apartment here via AIRBNB. I liked everything. The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is equipped. There is a washing machine. The pool on the 51 floor is super! The views are simply chic! Jack, TV Tower! The pool closes at 22:00. Also, stop letting in it if the rain begins.

They have provide parking for visitor and residence with different level. Which is good enough for me. But standby RM6 per hour for visitor. To pay the ticket parking is only available at the lobby level.

The apartment is not bad with a washing machine, stove, utensils. And here is the pool… If you want to swim (and for what else you need a pool), there will be some difficulties in the face of heaps of Dibilov with phones that climbed into the water exclusively for any.

The pool on 51 floor was amazing. It was a great experience for me. It would best infinity pool to relax in the KL city centre. Definitely a great choice to have a break with your buddies and family trip!

Stayed 4 nights in August 2017. pros: great big modern and clean rooms. They also have a laundry machine. It had everything expected. At the roof there is an infinite pool that is just amazing. Friendly staff too. cons: view from the room, but hey it is in the absolute city center so skyscrapers are expected. breakfast is ok but nothing more. conclusion: absolutely great city stay for any traveler. Explore central kuala Lumpur with this place as your base.

Infinite swimming pool! The pool is so clean and they maintain so well. We never skipped enjoying the pool on our four day trip to Malaysia. After all, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the twin tower and the minerwa tower from the pool.

Had an amazing stay here. Luxurious with a minimalist touch. The apartment is well equipped and comfy. But I've got to be honest — it's definitely the infinity pool at the rooftop deck (level 51) that won the 5 star rating here! Definitely Instagram worthy, I must say!

Had an amazing stay in this building. The rooftop pool is out of this world and the building screams pure luxury. Can't wait to return when they have the rooftop restaurant open.

Definitely luxurious, from the lobby to the materials used in toilets, gym, pool and its rooms. Was able to check in here using airbnb and the pool at the 51st floor has a nice view of the amazing towers in KL. Elevator is fast. Pool closes early around 10:00 PM and you have to really go out of the pool since the guards will whistle a lot. Kids pool is available. The sofas are very relaxing. There is an expensive restaurant/cafe at the lobby. You can travel to and from here using Grab Car. Amazingly, it is not expensive as you think. It's close to a city mall that has a nice steakhouse. Near klcc. Note that the road going to this building is quite traffic — — a lot of traffic.

Very nice accommodation. Helpful staff, full range of amenities provided. Very spacious rooms. Spectacular view from pool deck. Unfortunately the elevators are a permanent source of trouble and frequently one is closed for for maintenance leading to lengthy waiting times. Also street noise is an issue in lower level apartments.

Amazing rooms and services!

Inbound I am disappointed, first by the welcome so dry and impersonal, nothing to the height of a 5 star, in fact I think they should see that it is not a hotel, I would say it is a concept of apartments suite, I think if they focus on this side they anger better and people like me are not going to feel deceived. A 5 star hotel has a bathtub, breakfast, mini bar and more things, this place has a good location, on the high floors and looking at the front a view of heart attack, the suites are very spacious and some with charm, not the 1 I got on the floor 21 that I liked nothing and less bad I moved to another without dispatch but on the floor 41 looking at the front that I liked very much.
They have several bugs, for example my apt suite came to me to clean at 8 pm, after warning like 3 times, I decided to take the quiet and not obfuscate and good accept that they are slow and inexperienced, then the card of my door is finished the battery, but before I had to go down 2 times and the 3 came to open, are details that make the experience not ideal, a shame.
In positive dire that the architecture and interior design is very nice and the attic with pool and gym of the best.
