Good place with good price and location.

One of the worst hotel. Please don't go the hotel. Bad experience.

The people did a lot to try to rectify the mistakes but it wasn’t enough. The initially room had cock roaches and wasn’t clean, especially in the drawers. They didn’t let me know I had to ask for my room to be made, correct me if I’m wrong but every other hotel I’ve been in they do it during the day. The sheets were dirty and they put me in a room with a known shower heat problem to begin with.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL I stayed at Lacomme Inn. The hotel is listed as a 3 star, but it should be a half star or no stars. It is a dump. The first night, they gave me a filthy room with a leaky sink and dirty sheets. I had them changed the sheets and in the morning they changed my room. When I returned to the hotel, the hotel had no power. It was 1230 am and I had to sit around until after 2 am with no power. I asked to speak to the manager so he could book me a room some where else and the staff would not let me speak to the manager. They were also rude. One person told me to stop complaining because I only have one more night at the hotel. Then later that afternoon when I returned to the hotel, while taking a nap, the power in my room went off. Only in my room because the breaker was tripped. Early morning the next day at about 5 am, I was sitting outside the hotel and a huge rat come near the table I am sitting at with friends. 10 minutes later, my friend looks up and the rat is in the open hold in the ceiling on the wires (which would explain why the power kept going out). This hotel is not a 3 star. It offer 0 amenities for a 3 star and it is very un-kept and filthy. Also, the room they changed me to, the toilet leaked when I flushed it. I am so disappointed and grossed out and couldn't go to sleep because I was traumatized by the whole rat experience.

Good for short stay, very close to bukit bintang.

Rooms are small but clean. No bedbugs! Every morning one wakes up to the smell of toast and margarine. Unfortunately, the neighborhood can be boisterous late into the night and (depending on the room) you can feel the beat of the music in your dreams. Still, for what they charge and what is offered, I would stay here again.

Comfortable, good location, wonderful staffs, get what you paid for. Love it, family hotel. Close to famous Alor street and bukit bintang area.

Good and helpful staff, good placement in center. But need more cleaning and light repair. We're looked for hotel to substitute awful previous and this one is good one to stay for short time.

Great location for nearby shops and street food. Rooms are deceiving, what you see online and in person is two different things. Rooms are way smaller then in the pictures, a bit cramped. Shower and toilet could be cleaned and be more improved. Towels have stains on them but smell fresh. My rooms wall sockets wouldn't work, so had to use from the TV's socket. Had told receptionist and had advised to use from the TV's socket, so was a bit disappointed. I also found a cockroach in my room, was disgusting as hell. So can tell the room is not been cleaned properly. It's also very noisy, can hear people from downstairs talking. I have not tried the breakfast not sure what to expect. Overall room is okay, it could be improved by simple things like cleaning and improve service. Good budget hotel if you looking to save. Staff are friendly and polite.

Cozy, cheap and neat hotel you need in the list.

Noisy in the night… you can't sleep peacefully… rooms are very small… washrooms have leakage… only good thing is the receptionist and the service… they are simply amazing… they do resolve all the problem once asked… very friendly staff… location of hotel is great… it is just around the corner of pub-street… take this hotel if you are in KL for a couple of night and want to party all night…

A very well decorated hotel at a reasonable price. Stuffs are well mannered and friendly. Very Nice place to stay indeed.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are luxurious, the staff is incredible. And of course, the location is perfect and an affluent atmosphere. Honestly, way more than I could ask for.

Sound proof system is totally bad, the club opposite gave out so much noise we couldn't sleep at all. The whole room was shaking from the noise. Don't come here.
