Checked in at 4.30pm and the room was not ready yet. I booked it 4 days before. The counter staff asked to choose whether to cancel my booking or wait till 6-7pm. Waited at the cafeteria and served with a welcome drink (sarsi flavour). The picture shown was other customers who didn’t get their rooms too. I wonder why it’s rated as 4-star hotel with this kind of service. Got my room at 5.30pm.

Great place for small-medium events, meetings, parties. We recently had a corporate event there and the price was really good for the amenities, well-maintained rooms, rave-worthy food and very helpful staff. We'll definitely book this place again for future events.

My company recently hosted an event here which we were granted to stay in as well prior to the event. I had such an amazing stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Their food is amazing. Their hospitality is really warm and inviting. All their staff were really helpful. Would definitely drop by here again for a staycation.

Not recommended at all. Very small rooms. Service was worst. We asked for towels and they said they did not have towels! The room key card failed everyday. Had to get it replaced.

Walked in for room availability enquiry. Was immediately put off by the receptionist open hostility… Name on badge was Kirthana. I really expected hospitality and not hostility. We just had to walk away. Looking for other hotels around…

This property is nice to stay. Rooms and everything was well organized. I recommend this place.

It was definitely a pleasure to be able to enjoy our nights and was given a better room for no additional charges. Despite this, however, we still spotted several areas which are not or hadn't been cleaned properly. Those are the window (once one open, he can clearly see all the dust wringling over the side), air conditioner vents (both the intake and exhaust). The sink was also in a quite dirty condition, considering for the standard of a 4-star hotel. Another improvement, if you ask, could be on the breakfast menu as it was quite plain and needed something more to attract the costumers. The service was truly satisfying, most of the employees were nice and friendly. In conclusion, this is a great hotel despite its lacking in some aspects.

Well maintained room & prompt service with professional staff. Had a Nice stay with all basic necessities stores & restaurant around. All good location for easy access to most of the places. Budget rooms are also good with all basic facilities. Nice buffet breakfast & pool!

Good room furnishing and design. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet although I wish there were a wider selection. Has a good and spacious bathroom with heater. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in a connected room with my parents. The key cards seem to malfunction a little but overall this hotel is a 4-star.

Excellent received a upgrade to 1 bed apartment on our arrival. Really nice modern hotel with a great outdoor pool. Staff very helpful and professional. Overall faultless highly recommended excellent value.

It should be a great experience during the stay here buy it turns to a bad experience during my breakfast… one of the staff at the bar are very rude and really annoying me. The hotel management should really look at your staff attitude…

The suite was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the parking room to lobby need to climb the stairs, lobby belongs to the open air … But the whole thing is good.

Clean and hygienic room. Airy and bright with good view. Friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Good breakfast buffet, service with smiles and appreciation. Unfortunately, someone smoke cigarette and we can smell the smoke in our room.

Comfy bed, big room, big bathroom, breakfast — food was good! Non smoking hotel, free self laundry for room guest. Will come again.

On the way for a 3rd visit. Great value and staff. Clean rooms and location is great. 1 minute walk to Thai Embassy and easy walk to Petrona Towers.

5 star experience! Good breakfast, the room was much bigger than expected… very spacious! the finishing and interior in the room was above standard and much better view from the room and good location. Very friendly staff and also arranged excursions from hotel reception.

Overall the stay is good. Guestroom is neat and tidy and the room is equipped with hotel TV that comes with HD digital channels. Its a functional hotel with free Wi-Fi, breakfast and pool. The hotel charge the guest 10 RM tourism tax per night.

Value for money. Got a nice one bedroom apartment for RM250++. Enjoyed our stay and the pool. A bit far from other shopping malls but there is a shuttle service to Ampang Park LRT.

Very good price/performance hotel. Not too far from the city center to be inconvenient but far enough to be quite. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Staff is friendly and helful but skills can be improved.

Location is reasonably close to the KLCC and other attractions. You will need taxi (GrabCap) to go almost anywhere. The hotel is generally clean and well maintained, staff are nice and helpful and the room that I got was good size. The breakfast, however, was not that good. Overall the hotel is good for families with budget holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again for my next visit.

Hotel room was superb. Great facility and staff were friendly and helpful. Top notch cleanliness. Saturday bbq grill buffet was great. Good food, good place, good vibes. I would definately recommend this place for a peaceful stay. Kudos!

Checked in quite late at night but was greeted warmly by the concierge. Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette sans stove. A microwave, plates and cutleries are provided if you needed them. Bathroom had all the required amenities as well as a nice bath tub. Loved that they provided body and hair wash from an apothecary and not those generic hotel soaps. Bed is large, clean and comfortable. Overall, the whole place felt homey, warm and not sterile. Location is convenient; less than 10 minutes drive to KLCC. Enjoyed my stay there.

Ruby the duty manager that checked me in was very helpful and nice, but the Indian lady that checked me out was extremely rude and impolite! And it took me ages calling the reception to ask them to send the porter to take my luggage! and they only answered after my third call. The apartment was clean but the towels were a bit old, but clean nontheless. The room service food was less than ok! This is the first and last time I'll be staying at this hotel.

My wife and I flew in from Penang to KL for an over night stay. When we arrived at the Oakwood we were very happy at the reception we recieved and the efficiency of the check in. very friendly staff and the hotel lobby was inviting. We were checked in efficiently and was suitably impressed with the standard and cleaniless of the room. Again with Breakfast we were very happy with the selection available and the friendliness of the staff. Our check out was dealt with efficiently by the friendly Rashi and Fazreem who organised our taxi. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean. The location is moderate and the price is reasonable.

Excellent hotel. Cleanliness is superb and the staff is very professional. Eateries are nearby and 7eleven is just below. The Duty Manager Maga Rishi and housekeeping staff Hazlina gave very good service. Unfortunately, the menu for sahur is a disappointment. It looked like leftover food from the previous night. They had served bubur pulut hitam that is already spoilt and the food was very salty. There wasn't any bread and condiments offered. No choice for little kids for sahur. Kurma/Dates were also not available. We spoke to the night supervisor Shikin and she did apologise for the inconvenience and did offer alternative dish for us but we declined. Front office staff was exceptionally good. We will definitely come again to this hotel 2 weeks before Hari Raya and we hope the menu for sahur would improve by then.

Great Hotel. We were booked in Deluxe room 1306. Brand new linens and furnitures. One thing I noticed was that no fridge available in this room type, kitchen was fully equipped but it could have been great if fridge was available. AC in the room wasnt also cooling much though temp set was to 18deg. Overall experience was excellent!

This is a very niche hotel. The place is very quiet. Good for people that love quiet environment. Breakfast is normal and price is reasonable. They do have ample carpark.
