Very large, clean rooms at great prices. Their gym is dated but it opens for 24 hours, which is a huge plus. And they also have a sauna to use at any time. Overall, this place offers great value for money.

A wonderful place to stay. I loved their food. Its delicious. Service suits are outstanding and within budget. They have huge buffet for morning breakfast.

Experienced its luxuries services. In my observation they have wonderful services and have maintained a high standard. However, little improvement in cleanliness maintenance is required. Food was good & readily available. Variety of food items if enhanced a little further would be appreciable. Moreover, staff is really friendly. They also give post-checkout facilities like baggage storage for few hours. Overall, it was a bravo experience.

Really gross hotel. I stayed there, in one of the apartment style suites with a kitchen, when I first arrived in town in Oct 2016. The stay was arranged by my company. It was awful! The carpet was stained, the room was dirty, the furniture was falling apart. The website talks about cutlery being provided, but there was none in my room. It was a horrid experience in all. To look on this site and see it classified as a four star hotel is a joke. In my young, backpacker days, I stayed at a number of 2 star hotels that were SIGNIFICANTLY nicer. Almost anyplace in town would be a better choice.

Superb hotel to stay at that too so close to the Petronas (approx. 7 minutes walking distance). The staff was super friendly and the rooms were neat n tidy. We stayed in the quad room on the 9th floor from where the view was amazing. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the pool was under maintenance which was a big turn off.

The name of it is the That Little Place. It's a great quality of food, everything is clean and kind smiling stuff. Love it! Would definitely come again!

Hotel is ok but we werent informed that the swimming pool is closed for maintenance otherwise we wouldnt have taken it in the first place The breakfast was ok… did not have many options or varieties. Small options of each i. E. Asian, Continental, American and a handful selection of fruits but I cant say I wasnt satisfied with it The rooms are old fashioned but I guess they follow this concept of "You get what you pay for". It has a kitchen though, A small dining table, the bathroom is old fashioned and needs refurbishing, the living room reminds me of my house in the early 1990's with the old style couch and a single wooden chair. The TV in the bedroom is a small old fashined analog TV and for a 4 star hotel its not appropriate. It needs to be changed. The staff were nice and friendly and the time to check-in into the hotel took us only 5 minutes. I cant say I wouldnt recommended this hotel but whoever is on a budget and wanna stay 20minutes walk to the City centre… this is the ideal place I stayed in room 1814 on the18th floor. The view at the balcony is stunning.

We had a cozy clean room. Good breakfast, you can choose food for every taste. Very friendly staff, very responsive to any requests and problems. For example, we found that the refrigerator had broken shelves on the door, we replaced it immediately, although it was late evening. We went to the meeting at the departure-we gave an extra hour.

Wants to be a luxury hotel but nothing matches the descriptions. Quick and unexplained welcome. You'll have to beg for information. Correct but disfunctional Suite: The balcony is not accessible, the electric hotplate of the kitchen does not work and visibly the fridge has not been cleaned for a long time with foul odors. Do not plan to take a sauna as it does not work and the cold and dark pool is not very attractive. The breakfast is not at the heights of the ambitions displayed. We now understand why prices are attractive.

Very cozy hotel — you feel at home!

Stayed for 1 night. Check in service was prompt and quick. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and came with a living area, kitchen, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast buffet was just alright with hot stations.

I spend a few days with my girlfriend at Ambassador Row Hotel Suites by Lanson Place and with had an amazing stay. It's a very cozy hotel located just a few minutes drive from the city center, which makes it a perfect central location without noises and busy streets around. You will find several restaurants and a supermarket just outside of the hotel and there is also a mini-market inside the Ambassador on the ground floor. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with diverse kinds of food, from typical Malaysian cuisine to continental delicates. The hotel itself provides a free bus that can take you to the city center which is great when you are not familiar with Uber or GrabCar App. The hotel staff was always nice and helpful, we really felt very welcome. It is definitely a good choice if you are traveling and working at the same time. Our apartment had a living room, bedroom and an office. The rooms are big and with a lot of light (we had 3 balconies), washing machine & kitchen. If by any chance we will travel to KL again, we wouldn't choose any other place to stay :)

Loved everything about this place. The service, suit, breakfast all was exceptional. Had a great time in Kl! Highly recommended!

Recomended for those those ppl who having assigement in KL and a few months stay. You can get a good bargain with them.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. As someone who loves to cook, Ambassador row was THE PERFECT place. The room was well equipped with everything that you would need to feel at home. The kitchen comes packed with all the amenities you would need to make any kind of dish. The bedroom was huge, neat and cozy. Housekeeping always prepared our room to a very high standard. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Darren looked after us and always made sure that our stay is going well. I definitely recommend Ambassador row to anyone looking for a beautiful, well looked after hotel with great service and helpful staff. I look forward to going back.

PERFECT getaway with my girlfriend. Ambassador row suites was everything you'd want from a perfect getaway. Staff are extremely friendly and caters for all your needs, nothing you ask is beyond them. My girlfriend loves cooking so most nights we cooked our own dinner, but one night we took the chance to try their dinner, one word – IMPRESSIVE, THE BEST chicken ever. Our room had everything you could ask for, beautiful views, TV, great sound system to watch movies, fridge, perfect small office, fast internet and a big bed. I could not recommend this hotel enough, thanks to Darren for looking after us and making sure our stay went smooth. I look forward to coming back.

This hotel is 'what you see is what you get'! Their service are so friendly till I recommend it to my sister and they were amazed too! 1st timer & for sure will be back!

I stayed here for almost two months. It is very nice place with good location. A lot of services nearby. Nice staff. The service is good. Clean in general but they need to pay more attention to the towels cleanness.

Beautiful hotel. Location is slightly far from the main attractions. But when you have availability of transportation, you don't need to worry about it! Breakfast is good too. The bed is a bit small for a tall guy like me!

Stayed at the 1 bedroom Duta Suite. Spacious. Value for money. Nice.

Room is nice. But we booked as it is apartment style. But you need to request cutlery. Saucepans etc. Not even a knife and fork in the drawer. Staff nice enough.

The KLCC Shopping Centre and the prime residential and diplomatic districts of the city are a short drive away. Guests will find the Royal Selangor Golf & Country Club just around the corner from the hotel and many embassies are a few minutes' walking distance away. Unpleasant breakfast service I had. The food variety is limited and the taste isnt good. The bathroom is clean but when you took a shower the water spill all over. The chef very friendly and the customer service. The other is poor. I wont stay in this hotel anymore.

Very high hotel, each room is about 100 flat, can see the Twin towers and the TV tower.

The price per floor space is quite worth it for a hotel suite close to the heart of Kuala Lumpur, especially for family tourists and if you are staying for a long period. Although Ambassador Row Suites is not close to public transportation lines, cab drivers are usually familiar with the name and it isn't that far away from the Petronas Twin Towers, where one could then get to anywhere else via their LRT station.

I just loved the place! Stayed here a few times. They have old and new suites. Would recommend this place for family with kids & longer stay in the city. 15 mins walking to KLCC. Good front desk service.

Got upgraded to 2 bedroom suite! The room is very spacious with living room and kitchen. Worth every penny. Near to the city centre. Definitely will come again.

This hotel in assets, but it gets old. The neighborhood where it is located also. Apart from the Romanza, no table worthy of this name in the corner. The free shuttle to the KLCC is appreciable, but eventually returned to sleep, nothing is really attractive in the hotel (swimming pool, gym, restaurant, etc. ). And if we have the laundry to wash and dry, attention to choose its machines, several being down. In short, I will probably not go.
On the other hand, the staff is always helpful and smiling. There are little waiting for a taxi.

We stayed four nights at this place. Very secure, child friendly and free Wi-Fi in rooms. The bath rooms were bad. When using shower it was leaking and water will be sprinkled all over and the toilet was not the best. That's a minor issue. But given the quality of this hotel that is really awkward. Transport is a bit difficult back to the hotel as taxi drivers charge you more than the meter. Over all this was a very satisfying stay for us. Really neat and of high class.

Very friendly staff though se of our requests took a while. Rooms are spacious and neat. Great value for money.
