Inappropriate brand name for small botique hotel but I had cool stay. Nice place for a budget traveler.

I stayed at room 36. Couldnt sleep the entire night because next door was a belly dancing bar which started from 2 pm to 7pm. I can hear the music and singing loudly. Complaint to reception but ignored me. Totally no customer service. Please dont ever consider booking at this hotel.

If you love shopping, this hotel maybe suits you because the location near a lot of shopping mall. Worth the money. Simple room. Nice staff.

— Poorly maintained room Obviously we won't be coming back to this hotel ever. And my advice for those reading this, please reconsider booking other hotels nearby if you still want to stay near Bukit Bintang for your holidays. Cheers!

Nice Cozy hotel, but the room was not that sound proof. It was noisy in the middle of the night, noise from the water piping I believe and you can hear quite loif door opening and closing sound. Overall ok, nice service from counter.

Very close to Pavilion. Unique hotel.

Stayed at family room 15 located at level 1. Was greeted with a sewage smell + a dead cockroach upon going in to the room. Told the reception and they gave us a freshener spray and cleared the cockroach for us too. Later into the night, more bugs crawled out. Complained to the reception again. The girl receptionist was very apologetic and gave us a baygone just in case. She offered to change room for us too but it was too small for 3 pax so we rejected for the night and said …we will make the decision tomorrow after talking to her manager as they said they will move us to another family room. Morning come, and everything was different. We were given two choices by the in charge. His name is Sinoi (if I spelled it correctly). He has GREAT service. Offered us to continue staying in the pungent, bugs infested room or give us a refund for the 2nd night. For the refund I mean, he is throwing us out of the hotel. We were given only an hour's time to find a new hotel. So basically it's a put up with it or leave. If you want us to leave and expect us to find a new place in 1 hr, why not you find it for me. We're here for a holiday, not here to spend our time staying in a forest and looking for a new hotel to move to. I read all the comments and everyone say the room is clean. Which part of the room is clean I don't know. Also, it's too bad all the good staff here and being pulled down because of one or two bad and ridiculous staff working here.

I am okay overall, just need some improvement on sound proof and socket issue. Because quite noisy during nighttime, I believe sound of music from club or bistro. And the socket can't even plug in to use, even the hair drayer and electric kettle that ready there also can't plug in and use.

Small rooms, but in a very good location. Walking distance to malls and the lot10 food court.

NICE small room. But the interior design make it feel have a big space. Clean. Only miss the AC is not cold enough. I think you should change the AC location. 4.5 star from me. Stay 3 days here. Location super great exactly beside bukit bintang malls area.

Awesome place for a deluxe room. Cozy still. Yet plug points is minimal (which may be good or bad). Overall, going any where out of bukit bintang is convenient! Gerai Chaos is awesome. The 3 Layer Tea, Gerai Elixir, Gerai Laksa and Nasi Lemak Sotong (do please be generous with the sambal sotong and kesian tak letak kacang) are all those are recommended by me!

Best boutique hotel in The heart of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. Attention to details is second to none, and so very clean! The owner and pioneer of the place to very eco friendly and very aware that we have to save the planet. Lots of the furniture is recycled or sourced properly. The chilling out area in the basement in very green so one can breathe in this very busy city. Try it, you will love it.

Found this gem on Hotels dot com, decided to try it out as I was a lone traveller on a biz meeting. It's just next to the Picollo Hotel, by the way and a few metres away from Pavilion and Farenheit 88. Spent RM 200 on a queen bedded room, which was nice. Quite cosy for a boutique hotel PLUS the bathroom has that rain-shower contraption! Not bad at all and worth a try if you're in town for short while. P. S. It ain't CHAOTIC as the name suggests, ha ha ha…

Good value and great location.

Nice interior design / friendly receptionists / good central location but. Very noisy till 5AM! The noise came from a nearby club, the hallway and the door alarms which were activated when you did not slide your keypass in the holder after 5 sec. When opening the door. Nobody after midnight was able to fulfill this task.
