The room I stayed had problems with drainage system and it wasn't rectified despite multiple complaints.
Poor experience with Ansa KL.

Stayed for 2 nights, experience were good to say the least. As We walked in, we were greeted by a lobby boy. The other staff were friendly and helpful too. Definitely better than the other hotels I’ve been to.

Hotel rooms are modern style, comfortable and clean. Hotel provides the main facilities expected from a hotel of such a category. Members of staff were helpful, especially Miss Lim who did her best to help us get a room on the 31st of December (when most hotels in that area, were already fully booked) due to last minute flight cancellation. Hotel Location is at the heart of Bukit Bintan, within walking distance to a few shopping malls such Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, Sungai Wang and Berjaya Time Square. Apart from taxi services and bus transport, Bukit Bintan Monorail and Underground MRT station very close to hotel. Wide variety of local and international food available close to hotel, namely Jalan Alor Street Food, Lot 10 Hutong Food Court, Starbuck, 7 Eleven convenience stores, international fast foods, not to mention the various food courts, restaurants in the shopping malls. Definitely a value for money hotel.

Room is clean and location is convenient to move around as it's located at Bukit Bintang.

Disapointed! I stayed here every times before and all has been amazing stays until this one today. Their system occured an error when I booked and generated 2 bookings while I made only one. And the hotel decided to charge me 2 times as if it was my fault, not theirs. Three times I visited the reception and their supervisors, who should be the one anwsering to me, are always BUSY. Really Really disapointed in the way they push the responsibility away to others and their lack of understanding and problem solving, which are vital in customer service.

Easy public transport… a lot of retailers from high class to low end & food stores.

It’s a great hotel, the place is near to shopping malls and train station. And plenty of food around the hotel. The location is the BEST! But the cons is : my room is not quiet! The sound from across music and from the bar and restaurants in front of the hotel can you hear even on 6th floor! Overall it’s a great experience to stayed at this hotel. For the price I think this hotel are little bit expensive, compare to hotel 4/5 stars hotel I think? (I compare it with double tree by hilton. Cos on July I stayed over there)

Location at its best. Reasonable pricing with quality and service. Clean and new. Stay here if you travel to Kuala Lumpur. In the middle of the golden triangle.

Centrally located in the heart of Golden Triangle. Easy to get by such as premium shopping malls, public transportation, restaurants & bars, convenience shop, etc.
Spacious suite room with basic amenities with the Handy Phone. However, there were some hair strands found near the toilet bowl which you should look into.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at your place even though it was for 1 night only.

Dissapointed with the services given. I booked my stay for 5 nights through their official website and they can’t reimburse the payment due to third party payment gateway. What is this? I did not booked through Agoda or Traveloka thou.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan stasiun MRT dan Bus, 5 menit jalan kaki ke Alor. Pelayannya sangat ramah. Kamar bersih dan bagus, meskipun pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa tertutup rapat sehingga terkadang air mengalir keluar. Untuk hotel bintang 4, Ansa kurang baik dalam hidangan sarapan yang hanya menyediakan pilihan english breakfast, nasi lemak, dan roti tawar sebagai menu sarapannya. Pilihan minumnya juga hanya teh, kopi, dan susu, tidak ada jus. Juga tidak ada buah-buahan.

Nice hotel that is located right within the bukit bintang district. Within walking distance to many shopping malls and eating places. Hotel itself is clean and has a modern facade. Staff are warm and friendly.

I've been there 4 times and love the place and it's so close to everywhere. Near restuarant and shopping centers. Beautiful rooms and wonderful management. Lovely staff too Definitely recommend.

This is a brilliant hotel in a fantastic location. It was my first visit to KL and could not have been better served by this immaculately cleanse and friendly staff. I arrived earlier then the check in time due to my flight schedule changes and Hidayat the from desk staff was super friendly and helped me out. I thoroughly recommend anyone visiting KL to check this hotel out as it’s very reasonable in price and also the location is second to none.

Its clean and convenient hotel locations, surrounding is malls and food. The hotel room is clean and spacious will definitely come back again. But the bathroom glass is semi-translucent it maybe suits for a couple but it is uncomfortable for me or for those who come here as a business partner or family member and friends.

Ample parking if you stay in. Offers personal Wi-Fi hotspot if you're foreign without data plan, they borrow you a phone that you can carry around foc.

Service is excellent, room is beautiful and comfortable, nice bed. Only problem is the glass door to bathroom and toilet if you prefer a bit of privacy. Great location too.

So far, this hotel is my favorite in KL. 2 minutes walk to pavilion. Have starbuck and greyhound cafe beside it. I have a complain about the room, I stay at no smoking but the room smells like somebody smoke inside. They spray the room with air refreshner but cant take the smell gone. Finally, they upgraded me to deluxe room. Fast respond, love it.

Hi… my first time check in with this hotel in view of the location… and my second nite here. First think that make me turn off this hotel happen when I want to check in. No proper cashiering… searching high and low to giv my change back. Try to understand the situation. Second things happen when I ask for extra pillow. Telling me need to get extra bed for extra pillow… dang… do I need that for extra pillow or else need to pay 20 ringgit for per pillow per nite… for goodness im staying here 3 nites and that will cost me 60 riggit… and I told the house keeping to keep thier pillow with them… well dont think should come back here again. Will stick to melia. Istana. Royale bintang or federal… they are the best.

The room is fabulous! The view is perfect, looking at petronas and pavillion mall.

Location location location! Perfect location for shopping! Just a minute walk to lot 10, fahrenheit, pavillion, starbucks, 7/11 mart, cake shop! Only the rooms is not soudproofed. Bed was not comfortable, too thin. Not well maintained. No breakfast. Might be difficult to get taxi / the most traffic jammed area.

This receptionist is not very helpful and very anoying. How come knocking the room and calling the room at 11pm while people tend to sleep and rest jist to confirm payment…? It happends to our group.

Very good location, very nice staff, the room is clean, but in the room the air conditioning it's not cold, we are change with another room but it's same.

Great room, but the bathroom is actually not a separate room. The sink is between a toilet/shower and the rest of the room. A mirror for shaving is only attached to the left side of the sink at the cabinet. It is completely unusual and unsuitable for example when you are looking for a wet shave. Nice staff, no breakfast on offer as no own restaurant. The former name was piccolo. Rather older. Modernisation would do well.

Service level isn't very great. The recep passed our room keys to someone else after our rooms are ready. Room is not bad.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and the staff are friendly and when I arrive early they still manage to accommodate me. Very Central for shopping and food outlets. If you are shopping for Indian clothes Nalli's and other Indian clothes food shops are close by.

Great location if you want a piece of the action at bukit bintang. Rooms are decent, but there's no gym, pool or breakfast options. Also, there's a bit of baby roaches : (but other than that, the experience at ansa is really nice.

Rooms were great and front desk counter staff were wonderful and warm but some staffs were not up to expectations especially with special request. Location wise was great for kl city center.

Great location, good boutique hotel, spacious & clean rooms. However carpets in the corridor need to be replaced and Wi-Fi connection is bad in some rooms/ floors. Overall it is a good place to stay.

Hotel located in the centre of the Fashion district, a ten minute walk from the Petronas Towers. Very elegant and refined environment, in the lobby there is the Starbucks coffee. Recommended for couples.

I love staying in this hotel if I visit Bukit Bintang in Kuala lumpur. It's cheap, cozy, comfortable and friendly. In the lobby floor it has restaurant and Starbucks and food stalls.

Great hotel. Great location. But surprised when the hotel did not have a gym, and did not have a business centre. (I needed both. )

Psa: this place has starbucks room service. Stayed in the Ansa hotel while in KL for a day and a half. It's at the heart of the downtown shopping district and definitely one of the safest areas in the city. To top it off, it's only 3 minutes away from the nearest metro station. My room was very modern and nice, but cleanliness was not up to par and there was construction at the time. I will definitely stay again soon!

I enjoy to stay in this hotel. Good room and excellent Wi-Fi. And it is located in a very good area, few meters from the latest MRT Bukit Bintang. I absolutely will stay in this hotel for my upcoming visit to KL.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. A step away from the shopping malls and the streets from the most famous shops. Recommended!

The hotel location is fantastic. Staffs very friendly. Good security. Starbucks at the entrance of the lobby. 7-Eleven, restaurants and Malls just opposite. What not to like?. Definitely will come again. Thank you.

I stayed here for one night 4 rooms since we are in groups. They upgraded 1 room to suites and others to executive. I thought they are so professional and don't let their customer waited too long at the lobby. Rooms are spacy but wait, however they have to put on serious attention to the rooms cleanliness. Four stars reviews should be nice for the Ansa Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Overall, I enjoy everything here.

I was booked into a suite for 6 nights in late June 2017. The central location is the big draw card but it's also a blessing in disguise. My spacious well appointed suite on the 5th level unfortunately faced Jl Bukit Bintang. The traffic noise you can accept from a big busy city but the all night every night very loud music from several restaurants with sidewalk dining across the road are a nightmare. First night tired from traveling and what not. Disturbed sleep until early …hours. Second night worse. Third night We had had enough. At 2:30am called reception. Was advised I wasn't the only one complaining. Asked what could be done? Asked for the night duty manager. Was told it's been an ongoing issue. She would send security over to ask for volume to be reduced but wasn't confident it would happen. Really loud Middle Eastern music blared out until 6am. I contacted reception and asked for the night duty manager. A different person rang back profusely sorry and wanted to move me to a different room. I had more than enough and said that's not acceptable because no guarantee that the noise situation would be any better. I decided to leave three days earlier than planned. A decision I would still make given the same circumstances. Definitely avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper or not a late party person. After numerous emails with the hotel and my booking agent the Hotel refused reimbursement.

Great design of the rooms, clean and bright. Strong Wi-Fi, the location is right in the heart of shopping belt. Be careful when you try to get transport. The staff seemed to be less interested in getting transport that would charge fairly. General staff were professional, efficient, and polite.

We were given a complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe King (TQVM) and the room was comfortable & clean. Wasn't quite spacious as I expected it to be. Overall room was good especially the king bed. What was missing is a good old buffet breakfast at the hotel but end up having pasta brekkie at Starbucks using the RM20 cash voucher. By the way, hotel location is not bad, within walking distance to food & shopping!
