My air cond is leaking at night and they didn't give me any solution to settle this problem. The maintenance only can be come tomorrow. Omg. Towel is dirty too. Very disappointed to their services and will not recommended this hotel to others.

Great stay, enjoyed the location the most! The shopping centres are literally at your door step! The price is more affordable than most. The only drawback is the tiny room space. Other than that, cosy and comfortable. Would stay again!

Room abit small, but location is good. Near to MRT bukit bibtang. The camera museum at 2nd floor is very nice and well maintained.

Checked in on 14 April for 2 night for 3 ppl. The hotel looks unique with a Camera museum located at 2nd floor. Friendly staff and hotel location is really convenient. Right next to Farenheit88. Just 50m from the main street and 300m from bukit bintang MTR exit D/ monorail. The surrounding is perfect as it is in the middle of every major malls (Pavilion, Lot10) and shopping streets. Food is available everywhere and there are fastfoods and 7-11 too in case you are hungry at night. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. No fridge, limited spaces for us to hang our clothes. Bed is comfy for 2stars hotel. There's a safe inside and coffee/tea available too. The room is compact yet functional. Perfect for short stay. Was given room on the sixth floor. Could not hear any noise from the disco club at night. We had very good sleep. Will stay here again in my next visit. :)

Very beatiful boutique hotel. Room is quite small but clean and nice decoration. One disadvantage is no minibar/fridge in our room (I dont know how the other rooms). Great location for shopaholic. Just few steps, you can come into Pallivion and alot shopping malls, shops.

Booked on 19th March for 1 night. We concluded that the reception and valets seemed to have some kind of shady dealings to con guest to double pay for parking. Checked in at midnight and before we decided on where to park I walked to the reception & asked the frontdesk lady (didn’t ask name) regarding parking arrangement.
The explaination received as follows:
“The parking infront of hotel is valet but usually if its late at night usually its free”. She paused for a while and then continued with “Oh but sometimes they are still around to collect fees” Started to sound abit uncertained so I asked about normal parking place which is under Fahrenheit 88 mall parking. She mentioned that its a flat rate fee from evening to the next morning and after 7am the fees will be as per hour basis. When asked how much per hour her answered, “sorry I’m not too sure”
Kinda odd that a front desk staff doesn’t know the parking fees for the mall/hotel. At the time there we 2 more male staff there who didn’t seem to care to help with the answer. Since we have quite some load to carry, we decided to park literally right infront of the hotel main door under valet. As soon as we offload that “valet” personnel came and asked for RM10 and said we can parked till checkout time tomorrow, sounds good. Asked the person to give receipt and he said he will put it on the car’s wipers later as he was guiding a few cars which just came in. Okay, pretty reasonable answer.

With low price, the hotel already exceed the expectation. And good hotel service also. Thx.

The location is v convenient and the staff were v friendly. One drawback is that the hotel is located next to a restaurant so certain rooms may experience smoke in their rooms.

The best selling point is the location. Just beside Fahrenheit 88. The room is considerably clean but small. There is no chair not fridge. Not sound proof. Anyway, with just the price tag of RM 150 ++, what is there to complain? The staff is helpful n friendly too.

The hotel room is clean and nice interior, but they didn't check/refill the shampoo in the soap dispenser, so you better bring your own shampoo. I stayed at Level 2, the room is without window but I can heard the noisy music from the pub. I will recommend you request higher floor if available. Good location for shopping, walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants.
