1) service is very low
2) there is no hose and everythings in the toilet
3) shampoo and body shampoo dispenser is not working
4) the aircond was not cold
5) the room smell bad, so disgusting Thank you.

The room is sooooooo large and I think its quite cheap. Maybe because it was a bit far from the kk city centre. Apart from that room is clean n hotel staff is ok. Its just that u will find it was hard to park near to hotel as the parking near to the hotel building was almost fully occupied unless u can park quite far from here. During my stay at this hotel, u need to go in to the mall to find lift to go to the hotel located at 6th floor of the building. Oh ya, there are also a carpark inside the mall but u only can park car during daytime. During night the mall carpark is closed. So we park at the outside alotted parking where we did not know you have to show carpark coupon (city council) and we get fine notice the next day from the city council.
