The location is best I can highlight out as it was so convenient for those who love food as anytime you can found food here… The hotel service is good and the money pay for the room is equivalent. No too expensive for a vacation is KK but not too near to town.
Clean room and toilet. Affordable for a few nights for a good rest and sleep. Might be a little small for most but its comfy. Beware that there is no lift if you have heavy luggage. Need to use the stairs. There are 2 floors for the hotel. Few minutes away from city center, but plenty of conveniences around, even a 24 hours coffee shop for meals. Behind is a Pick N Pay which is open till very late.

I attended a conference in Damai, KK and I didn't regret having chosen to stay here even if I needed to take Grab to and from the venue. It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the staff are also friendly and so helpful, especially their manager, Ms. Jo. The sheets, beds and towels are clean and comfortable. They can provide hair dryer, flat iron, and toiletries by request. They also have water in the lobby and daily replenish of bottled water in your room (and coffee). They also have good Wi-Fi connection. We did have some concerns like the lack of lift (elevator), but they were so kind to immediately arrange transfer from our room assignment in third floor to ground floor. We also needed to upgrade from Queen Bed to Twin Beds, and they were able to immediately adjust our arrangements. If you are staying with elderlies you can request the first floor rooms. We also need to check in early, but they didn't make us wait. The Lintas area where Aston Boutec is located is also safe, even for tourists. There are a lot of food shops-noodles and dimsum place, bakery and cafe, dessert place — so breakfast / lunch or dinner is not a problem. There are other shops like watsons, 99 mini mart, convenience store (7/11 and Pick & Pay), maxis (phone / network store, where you can buy sim card), and fashion boutiques. It is 4-minute drive to City Mall, around 7-10 minute drive to Imago mall. But transporation is not a problem as Grab service is very efficient in KK.
