Very basic hotel. Small room but otherwise comfy. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice. Airconditioning. Close to the bus terminal and KFC as well as a 7/11 and walking distance to the main mall and restaurants as well as a 10min walk to the night markets also about a 15 min walk to the sunday markets. Staff are friendly but only speak a little English. Enough though to help U get by.

Bad experience. The room was really dirty with blood on the bed & the sheets were stained.

The location is very near with the pub, bus stop, massage and restaurants. The room is ok for me since its a budget hotel so I didnt expect too much. At night, its very noisy because the pub is just infront of the hotel. Staff is friendly. But its very easy to go anywhere as the hotel is located in bandar kota kinabalu.
