Best place… Nice place… Nuce staf… Can nego with friendly…

I regularly patronize this place because of the good food and excellent service by the friendly staff. Never have I thought that relationship will be tested until recently. Few days ago I lost my valuables and been wondering where I lost it. Turns out it was at Pestle and the staff have been keeping it safe for me for days. Am so grateful for their honesty and effort to return it to me. You have my gratitude, thank you.

The worst hotel. I stayed in room 616 and found no bath towel. 1 hour trying to call reception but no one answer. All the staff playing at the store room. Not worth for staying.

Really need improvement of checking out process. It took between 7 to 15 mins. 15 mins happened to me once which means it take longer than taxi goes to airport. Cant imagine if im on the 3rd queue, 30mins? it should be done within 3 mins maximum.

Rather basic. Aircon barely working, safe box just about AT size and not attached to anything. Noisy due to cars and big KTV nearby.

This hotel is a 10min taxi ride from the airport and also is centrally located in the town of Labuan. It has nice clean and comfortable rooms. It restaurant is very pleasant and the menu and buffet offer one of the better options of the hotels in labuan. It is near to other restaurants and takeaways so you have options. All in all a lovely place to stay for a business trip.

Nice set up and comfortable bed. Close to entertainment district. Noise level on the high side of you stay near to it.

Nice clean hotel, good location, internet works good, staff is very good.

Stayed here a few times before, but the most recent was quite bad. 1. Choice of breakfast was mediocre. The first day I had breakfast the coffee pot was empty. I asked for replenishment, got it but what was poured into my cup was not hot that the creamer became curdled. The rest of my five days' stay I didn't bother to have breakfast there. 2. The laundry sheets was missing a few times. When asked it took so long to reach my room. 3. Then my laundry was not delivered (it was supposed to be delivered before 6 pm the same day). The following morning at 6.30 am I called to ask. The phone rang several times before it was answered. He said yes they would deliver. I waited till 7.30 and it did not come, but by then I had to leave for work. Otherwise, cleanliness was OK. The shower was hot. Checking in and out was OK.

Clean, spacious, great beeakfast, amazing location with privacy, good conveniences all around and near Labuan airport.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean, only downside is the restaurant on ground floor! Food ok, but it's comes out at different times, got my steak then 10 mins later my side salad came. Also colleague got his French fries and 10 mins later got his pizza! Continuing pattern as same happened on last visit!

Decent hotel. Breakfast not worth it, instead walk to jj nazar restaurant in front of the hotel.

Been staying here for more than 2 months, driving my own car but the hotel don’t even care to reserve a parking for me though complain has been made. Have to park far away everytime there’s a function held at the hotel. Same breakfast menu everyday. Will choose other hotel especially for long term stay in the future which appreciates their guest.

The room is clean with basic amenities, the bed is soft and comfortable. There is a large number of Restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The staff is polite and very helpful. Check in was very quick.

So far one of the new hotel in Labuan. So far my favorite place to hangout. Should give a try on their food at Mortar Restaurant.

Most convenient hotel at centre of Labuan town. Easily can reach at attractions area such as restaurants, government offices, shopping centres etc.

Located well in the centre of Labuan town. The hotel cafe's food are affordably priced and tastes nice too. Convinience store, coin op laundry and mamak are also nearby.

Breakfast @ second floor is of poor quality. Need to early as running out of food towards 9 am. Restaurant on ground floor also very limited, poor quality and expensive. Serving very slow. Although hotel and restaurant personnel are polite and friendly. Rooms are of very reasonable size but very simple and sparse furniture's. Bath and toilet good.

Attended a dinner function recently, the food were superb. Unfortunately the staff were not trained well to served especially at the VIP table. Have to wait for quite a time for the rice …

Totally bad service in Mortar, lazenda hotel! We've sited for one hour, the food still can't be served! After waited for so long, they told me that the order is not in the system for an hour time! It means that they totally did not key in to the system! Totally felt disappointed about it! Yet, we have to pay for service charges for this kind of service! Speechless!
