Back in this studio that suits me, airy, countryside view, nice.
A group is new, which provides electricity and it's nice. Well done.
2 studios under construction on the ground floor, noisy for residents!
For the studio, I confirm my opinion, either:

Comfortable studio, ventilated, quite well arranged. Comfortable bedding, TV Canal Sat, dining area, sofa, kitchenette minimum, 2 gas rings, fridge.
Good quality furniture.
Terrace with table, everything is quiet.
Good welcome, daily room service.
The only problems:
— no hot water
— missing a mirror in the living room
— minimum shower/wc.
