I have breakfast at Urban Kitchen this morning and the staff Jamaica offers excellent and caring service. She frequently check what I need and recommend tasty pancakes and fresh juice tenderly. She start my joyful day with warm and excellent service. I will certainly come back with such a pleasant experience in JW Hotel.

My family had a wonderful weekend. Staff are very helpful and kind, especial mention Mr. Emman at the concierge and the Bellman Mr. Lean thank you for bringing our luggage to our room. And also we would like to thank you Mr. Edel for the beautiful room and for the complementary cakes and fruits very much appreciated 🙏 And of course Mr. Jonvi and Ms. Cyril at the pool bar thank you for the job well done service. Very courteous staff, great service at the restaurants. Connected to Ritz Carlton and a few other hotels with a shopping promenade, convenient border crossing to Zhuhai via HangQin.

Upgraded to one bedroom suite due to our titanium status. Emailed from guest relations a week prior regarding any special requests we may have. Arrival at hotel and immediately escorted to check in at executive lounge. Smooth sailing all the way. Top notch service and beautiful room. Food service at club lounge also exceeded expectation. Highly recommend JW Marriott Macau.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff was excellent (as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber). The only snag was that at the pool, where one would expect a bit of rest and relaxation, when an English man, I believe, decided to throw a birthday party. Now, I have nothing against parties, what I do have against is blasting music from a loudspeaker without having any consideration for other hotel guests, and thus turning the pool into a trashy nightclub. So much so, I had to look for my R&R at another place within the Galaxy complex, which vexed me a lot! A five star and internationally renowned hotel such as the Marriott should not stand for such things.

We didn’t ask for anything in advance but when he overheard that we were celebrating, he gave a complimentary drink for each of us! Such a nice gratitude and excellent customer service from Billy! Excellent water world, lazy river.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic. It was our 2nd time celebrating our anniversary in Marriott (5th and 8th year this 2019). We were given early check in which was really appreciated. Our room was super beautiful and we availed the executive lounge access. Food was more than enough. There was breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner and evening cocktail. The pool was amazing especially the grand deck resort. Our favorite was the "lazy river". Thank you to all amazing staff for making this another memorable trip. Shout out to Joanne, Rhialyn, Jeff and Cedric who made our stay extra special. We will definitely go back again.

Our experience was indeed not a good one… We had handed our baggage to a check in staff before actually checking in and we didn't got our baggage back until 2 hrs after checking in and hence we couldn't enjoy the water park on day one. Also in the evening when pressed the make up my room button at 8 pm no one came until 11 pm which was disappointing and after calling the room sevice they only sent one person to collect rubbish and not to make up the room… Didn't expect such a horrible experience with such a renowned property. Otherwise the room was nice and the water park is really good.

I would say the best choice to stay in Macau Galaxy. Staff are friendly and nice, and kids would love the pool and water activities. The breakfast buffet is also quit nice. Rooms services are great too.

Cotai island of glitzy hotels, even want to in the food court eating a good meal a bit of food, but also have NT $ thousand jump. But walk into the JW MARRIOTT, the buffet table full of food, per person 900 has to find, it is this new found food good!

Chef Grand Urban Kitchen design is quite stylish, with five-star buffet standard, respectively, there are 6 different food area, including the netizen heat to push the seafood area, Australia-Portuguese and Italian cuisine District, Beijing-Sichuan-Cantonese area, Japanese and Korean food area, desserts, soft ice cream area and juice area. From shrimp and raw Oyster & wine, the thin crust pizza to Beijing piece of duck, a small dish before the dish is beauty of the pendulum in the upright showcase, hot cooked-to-order, and at the same time, there is no time limit, You can leisurely leisure slow.

However this restaurant is super popular, States travelers fun to meal times was the Queuing for admission. First proposed in Taiwan ticket reservations, not just the province of a pen, also can be a priority seat.

Helpful staff. Life guard was very nice and helpful when my son had a small accident.

Great room, nice views but some of the fixtures are a little dated. Loved the bathroom though. Service was good and the in room dining experience was fantastic with good response times.

Love the decor in rooms. Awesome views. A great getaway for a long weekend. Location is perfect that I don’t need to go out of the building for 3 days. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars are all in the same building. The pools are awesome. The exec lounge is well maintained however the meal/drink hours are a bit too short.

We stayed at the JW Marriott Macau for two nights. The airport shuttle was very convenient, the location was perfect, the water park was a lot of fun, the room was very clean, and the service was great. Our only complaint was with the firmness of the bed. It was very hard which made it difficult to sleep. Over all, it was a great stay.

This is one special establishment that you will enjoy and definitely won't regret. From amazing entrances to friendly staff, I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the hotel. Many choices of restaurants and food from food courts to Michelin plate restaurants. The casino is large and seemed quite nice. The best part of this hotel is the 24hr gym with personal trainers and the amazing pool deck. They have 4 waterslides, lazy river, several large pools, hot tub, large wave pool, beach area, and a kid's water park. Overall this was one special stay. The room was also perfect; very clean, spacious and gorgeous.

Got upgraded to a Primer Room with Resort View on the CNY 2018 New Years Eve. Awesome resort view from the room at night time and day time. Breakfast buffet at Urban Kitchen Restaurant is delicious and fresh. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool on the 3rd floor. This is a great place for vacation for all ages.

This is a very "Classy" GRANDE Hotel quite near (a 10-15 minute walk) Macau's "old Village" — — and its many fine/interesting restaurants and shops! The rooms have many interesting features — — like a "commode with lights", and ample room, and wonderful "fluffy" Bath Robes… The Hotel can be easily reached from the Ferry Terminal by the (free) Galaxy shuttle. The Urban Kitchen Restaurant serves remarkable breakfasts with delicious "Asian" as well as "Western" favourites! Perhaps the best feature is the "professionalism", helpfulness and knowledge of the staff. The Hotel can also be a bit "flexible" in terms if check out times. If one can get access to the "Executive Lounge" — — the services are nothing short of wonderful!

Nice suites and very friendly staff. Great food and drink selections at the business lounge. Walking distance to many local restaurants. They is a wave pool and lazy river for kids and adults. I highly recommend it.

Yesterday I visited your hotel in Macau and the buffet lunch at Urban Kitchen, we were a party of 8. I have to say I have mixed feelings about it. The floor staff were all excellent and very welcoming. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make me feel special. The staff manning the buffet were not impressive to be honest. The server in charge of the Peking Duck was actually quite rude and hostile, and showed no care at all when assembling the pancakes. My daughter was left waiting at this station as it was unmanned to begin with. After patiently waiting, she then asked if she could have three pancakes with duck and was told she could only have two! It's a buffet and seeing as it took so long to be served in the first place and peking duck is her favourite dish, she thought it prudent to request what she wanted. If the goal is to save money by serving ridiculously small portions of duck, it would actually be better to do away with the duck option as it doesn't reflect well on your brand. The roast beef carvery station was unmanned when I approached and I had to wait too long for a staff member to come and cut the meat. The rudest of them all was the staff member in charge of the sushi counter. Very hostile and unwelcoming, muttered under his breath at me when I asked for some salmon and tuna. He then proceeded to unpack about ten large pieces of octopus and arrange them while I waited for my sashimi.

Excellent hotel, it's very modern and clean, there is everyone you needed. The breakfast and lunch taste very good, with lots of choices between warm and cold food.

Having a hard time liking this hotel. Was asked to pay extra for my child to attend the lounge — ok paid it but at every entry we keep getting the same question — it's not allowed and you have to pay more — but we did for the duration of our stay … As a lifetime platinum — I don't think I've ever been accosted as much at the club entry than here. Afternoon snacks — limited to one quarter tuna sandwich per person — no option to buy more … what a waste… Can't charge items firm the pool to my room — some billing error (pool folks call someone while you wait to verify something) … Just seems a nickle and dime outfit — not what id expect from a JW.

Nice clean room and excellent service.

Excellent hotel with very large and comfortable room. The beds are also very comfortable, and the air conditioning was extremely silent. The bathroom is also very large with a separate bathtub and shower and remarkably transparent glass between it and the room that can be darkened. The hotel is part of the Galaxy Resort and guests have free access to the Grand Resort Deck — a large amusement park on the roof of the casino between the 5 hotel complexes. There are two swimming pools with waves and beaches, as well as several regular pools, as well as a lot of fun for children. I am a golden member of the Marriott Rewards and have access to the executive lounge. The Executive lounge was fantastic with free alcohol (17:30 — 21:30) and a wide selection of dishes (17:30 — 19:30). Breakfast can be chosen between the Executive Lounge or the hotel's buffet. Like everything else in the hotel, the service was also excellent.

The service at this JW Marriott hotel was unparalleled! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with ample lounge seating, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed, excellent use of technology, and terrific amenities. The executive lounge was the nicest I've visited, with superb food and beverage offerings; I've been in many as a Marriott gold member. We had fun floating in the "Lazy River" that's shared by the hotels in the Galaxy Macau complex.

Great hotel. In the action. Only complaint is that the Exec Lounge does not have a view and the food is average. Most other Marriotts in Asia especially JW Marriott have better lounges.

We took a boat from Hong Kong to Macau for a night. Wow what a place and a what a hotel. I kinda wish I had known it was as nice as it was, because I surely would have stayed longer. Thanks for the great Marriott experience, that I will now compare all future hotel stays too.

With swimming pools that have to be seen to be believed, gorgeously appointed rooms, and staff that make the effort to really make you feel welcomed and comfortable, this is a fantastic place to stay!

This is an AWESOME HOTEL, there's a Private check-in on second floor for Marriott Reward Members, 24/7 security guards throughout the hotel, the Jacuzzi rooms on the 7th floor are amazing, room service, everything is OUTSTANDING. Thank you mr. Marriott!

Dorogovato in General. At the weekend a lot of Chinese people flock in droves to play at the casino. As a result, the queue for checkin, Breakfast, rooms do not have time to clean up. Directly from the hotel passage to the gallery with shops and a large casino. I play mostly baccarat and slot machines.

Came expecting great but turned out to be fabulous! New hotel, so all amenities are modern and up to date. Got upgraded to a splendidly large room with amazing views of the city. Have stayed at various Marriott properties worldwide but if we set aside the beach resorts this would rank pretty high at the top.

JW Marriott always provides perfect service to satisfy our requests. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights at 11 floor. We were stunned by the ultimate night view and the size of the room is the biggest among all the hotels I have ever stayed. With the reasonable price, I recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel with nice rooms, services and beverages.

It is my first experience in J. W marriot Macau. I still have to go one more day. BTW, Everything is so great here except for consumer complaining behaviour. I had dirty towel with blood stains and some kind of dirts on the new towels so called them to switch to new towels because of the unsanitized reasons. I expected they would apologize in polite manner, but they were like " oh sorry we apologize about it and anything u need more"? in so fast pace. So I don't really feel staffs have positive service mind. They said their hotel is 6 stars which should be outstanding in every way. I understand minor mistakes such as just 1 towel was dirty but we needed to return 6 dirty towel out of all. It would be more great experience if I don't see those happens.
