Very nice hotel with a great casino with breakfast, very friendly staff.

Booking before remember to specify"Non Smoking room"it!
The whole hotel is only 3 floors and the 8th floor is Non Smoking floor.
If you are flying into Macau, to reach this hotel will be very inconvenient to!

There was warm welcome by the hotel staff, they were friendly and had the patience to kindly explain to us when we are in doubts. At first we had our room at 10th floor (the view was good) but there was smoke smell all over the room when we entered. Kinda not very impressed. We requested to change to 8th floor (non-smoking floor) (residential buildings was my view sigh) and was ask to pay extra hkd 1000. I dont understand why. Hotel Room -> Room is good, bed is comfy and cosy, bathroom is clean, not bad overall. Overall is not bad, the ambience and the area.

Bought a package and stayed at this hotel for a 3days trip in Christmas. Better than I’ve expcted. Staff were generally helpful. Small but clean room. Breakfast was delicious wih quite a large variety of food choices for its price. (I believe its $80 per person) They provided bread, cereal, congee, rice, spaghetti, salad, bacon (quite dry unforunately), boiled eggs, some dimsum, juice and coffee. There was a supermarket nearby so buying snacks was convenient. There were also hash browns on my second morning. The only downsides was that my view from the window was only residential buildings so there was nothing much to see and I had to keep the curtains closed all time. The area around the hotel was a bit quiet at night and also every passerby looked like they were going to, or coming out from casinos.

Affordable, and close to the outer Harbour pier, convenient for boat people. But the Wi-Fi network is slow and not close to Macau's attractions, sightseeing is more inconvenient.

Awesome hotel. The architecture is fantastic. They do have their own casino. This hotel is just about waking distance from the ferry terminal. Have to cross the little long walk over bridge to reach the hotel. Warm welcome by hotel staffs.

Ate in the restaurant. Chinese food was really awesome and tasty.

The walking distance between Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and the hotel is about 15 mins. It's easy to find the hotel using the footbridge near the terminal. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus services every 15 mins, I think. The hotel is not new but redecorated in 2011. The room is quite big and clean. The softness of the mattress is moderate. The water for shower is hot enough.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and close enough to sights on the North island of Macau to walk.

Best hotel in Macau. It was an awesome stay. We were late for checkout due to night out but hotel staff helped us by giving more time to check out.

Huge, but old room. Also the surroundings were quite shady. If you have the money, opt for the hotels such as Venetian instead. Location is near by the pier.

Ferry terminal shuttle bus available, close to city centre, walking distance, acceptable room conditions, my family enjoy indoor pool.

Hotel location good, in Hong Kong and Macau near the docks. There's a free bus ride, to the attractions very convenient to sightseeing, shopping, eating options are many, suitable for travel, tourist residence, hotel room code, and layout reasonable, facilities complete, room is large, cozy, comfortable, bathroom pretty clean, just the shower. Stand in the tub, some is not convenient, Shampoo and bath fluid, very simple, but the quality also can be assured to use it! Value is pretty high, so this time of peace, a guest, or a lot, more satisfactory staying experience!
