It's great. Organized. Stylish. Convenient. The hotel restaurant is also pretty good.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, kindly gave us the last room available after we were left stranded at the airport. Incredibly comfortable beds, included mini bar and nicely decorated rooms. Only downside perhaps was the shower head which was difficult to position, but overall a great stay and nice hotel.

The room was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Very modern, spacious hotel. Friendly staff, nice big rooms. Not the most scenic part of Luxembourg but near to the business/conference buildings and a 20 minute walk into the town over the bridge.

You don't understand why this hotel has 5 stars and it is expensive.

Received a free upgrade to the new renovated rooms. Probably the best hotel room I have Ever seen, with great smiley staff!

We were very well received by Ted. The suite was top notch and the breakfast amazing. The bedding was extremely comfortable.
Only small downside, our breakfast card was not removed: we had to call the front desk which immediately fixed the problem.

Stayed here in December 2017 while visiting Luxembourg with my family. Hotel is new and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Location could work — there is a good public transportation connection to the city and to the nearby shopping mall. The problem was that there was a construction going on on the 1st floor. I specifically requested quiet room and we were given a room just above the construction despite hotel being rather empty. On our last day we woke up to the sound of hammers and drills. When I raised this issue during the checkout, I was told that hotel manager will follow up with me. Nobody contacted us afterwards. I would have expected more from Sofitel. Especially, I would like to know in advance that there is a construction in the hotel so I could make informed decision to stay elsewhere.

Immense Sofitel Europa is located in the heart of the European district in LUXEMBOURG!
Impresionatisimo this hotel, and wonderful and megagigante almost as it is an Olympic stadium and in the midst of a lot of conferences of all kinds where it is I also participate in some an SR invited sleep if not without invitation I would not allow it!
To the beautiful locals in the middle of the Hotel Arena!

Mediocre hotel not adequate to the category which corresponds good only the position for those who go to the European Court.

Oro e Argento, the restaurant of the Hotel Sofitel Kirchberg, is a good restaurant.

Hotel, ideally placed which deserves its star rating, by the quality of the room and the annexes, the capacity to listen to the staff, its large panel of services offered.
Calm and serene, are the key words of the stay, welcome and warmth are the credo of staff, delicacy and rhyme varieties with breakfast.
A small downside, it must well, an electrical outlet in the headboard would be alright allocates. (generation connected 24 hours)

The hotel is very nice; great location; very clean and upscale. Reception and cleaning staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Room was very hot, however, and A/C did not seem to work. Bed had a thick mattress cover that had uneven padding and made it feel like the bed was tilted. On weekends, parties in the main lobby can be quite loud and smoky, as all of the rooms overlook the lobby down below.

Very pleasant, helpful staff, confortable bed, nice shower, By far, the best part of our stay was our interaction with your front desk — Aurelie was her name. I have never seen someone take more pleasure in thier job as she did. What a breath of fresh air. We have been traveling throughout Europe for five weeks and she was far and above the most personable and friendly hotel staff that we encountered. We cannot say enough about how wonderful she was; she made us feel welcome and special. She is truly gifted; she has excellent people skills and takes pleasure in executing them. She was so enthusiastic that it was contagious. Please let her know that she was the reason for this excellent survey — we loved her!

Nice surprise on arrival at the reception, upgraded to time as a member, which is very nice, always a welcome with a sympathy. Reservation at the restaurant as agreed, table service and very good meal, and the quality was on appointment. Rich breakfast, variety of products, service with a wide smile. I can only recommend the hotel.

I was organizing an event for a little less than 200 people and the service provided was just perfect. Excellent discussions for the organization, excellent reception on site, delivery at the height of expectations, excellent support and follow-up. Thank you.

This is one of the finest hotels I've stayed at in my business travels. The service is impeccable. The rooms are as quiet as any I've ever been in. The main restaurant serves incredible gourmet food and the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms have every item a guest would need and are well laid out and very comfortable. Add a Marriott mattress and this hotel is heaven. If you like very, very soft mattresses, you'll love theirs. I have a bad back and need the support a firm mattress provides. Their bed has what feels like a very plush down top on it, but there were parts of the mattress that were very sunk in.

If the fire sirens had not been addressed on Sunday at 8:00 am, I would have been perfectly satisfied. Just on the day I wanted to sleep a bit. The night before in the bar demanded sleep.

Nice hotel, good bed, good room, would wish me for the future that in the elevator only someone with a card has access as in the Novotel Suites, in the present time security is a must:)
Unfortunately, in my room there was a burn of an iron in the carpet and the chair behind the little table was no longer very stable, I was also promised a room on the 3rd floor but then on the 5th floor. However, your hotel is very nice and recommended. The 5 stars are deserved, with every problem a nice help. Lg.

This was my first time staying at the Sofitel in Luxembourg and I couldn't have been more pleased. The room was clean and neat and very comfortable. I loved the complimentary beverages. Most importantly, the room was so quiet! The staff was always friendly and willing to help and answer questions, My only complaint is that it is difficult (for older people) to step over the high tub to enter the shower. A grab bar would have been helpful. Besides that, I have no complaints, only praise. I look forward to going back.

An insult to physical handicaps.

We were met with professionalism and great service from the second we were helped through the door with our child's buggy to the amazing service offered when we checked in. Upon being shown to our room Laura gave us lots of helpful information in the city and transport tips. The room we were in (#496) was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The living room and bedroom gave us ample space for our 19month old son to explore and run around in. We would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting Luxembourg and with our experiences at Sofitel establishments always look to the brand first if they have a hotel in our location. Another nice surprise was upon our return to the suite on our first night we were greets with a really nice gesture of some chocolates and a thank you letter for being an Accor member. It's nice touches like this that keeps people coming back. Thank you again for a perfect stay to everyone at the Luxembourg Europe Sofitel.

On the other hand, the decoration of the rooms and the style of the room remained blocked in the previous century.
The comfort is overall there but missing the catches next to the desk and next to the bedside tables among other things.
A nice trip in time…

This location was very good and the city parking garage was an easy walk down the hill for parking which was very helpful. The hotel room is very good size and comfortable, clean and modern. Everything I'd expect from a more expensive hotel was here! The hotel parking would have been 30 Euro per night so I chose the garage down the hill and paid 30 Euro for my 3 night stay. The breakfast is 22 Euro and that is WAY too much for breakfast. There are many good bakeries nearby though, so this is not an issue. The hotel would move up to a 10 in my mind if breakfast was more reasonably priced. Overall, would stay again.

The building is very nice and the rooms are in line. Very comfortable and elegant furniture. The Stubli is always a great experience when staying at the Sofitel Luxembourg Europe. The best part of this experience has been the staff. From reception to room service and breakfast staff, they were all very kind and went beyond expectations constantly. I can only recommend, a great experience in line with the Luxury Sofitel brand.

Sofitel's second experience and just as perfect as the previous. Professional and courteous staff, impeccable service, room — albeit of a somewhat "antiquated" style — very comfortable. Nice breakfast with good quality products.

I only ate in the several restaurants here and they were most excellent. The food in the pasta restaurant was some of the best I have ever had and the stake in the place next door was even better! If you are in the area you have to try this place.

Interesting price and well located in Kirchberg and close to the centre. Very good breakfast.

Very disappointed. Old coffee stains on the carpet, room has not been cleaned (somebody has "done the job" by putting "do not disturb" sign on my door — I never do it myself, because I wanted tea cups in my room to be cleaned. This is not what you are expecting from a 5 star hotel.

Slept there, Excellent place for business or leasure.
