Top hotel to escape with family.

I stayed with my family from the 8th-11th August, our 1st time visiting your beautiful city! We had a fantastic stay from start to finish, the room was very spacious and extremely clean, the food was great and the staff were fantastic, especially the evening staff who were super friendly and very chatty, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Always a pleasure to be back here and expected.

The hotel is new and clean. However upon arrival we where not greeted warmly. The two ladies at the counter where rather adversarial. Not the kind of reception I would expect from this hotel. I’m hoping all the staff is not the same. As it’s our first day I’ll say I hope it gets better.

No the staff took a long time to find our booking and didn’t apologise for the delay. We asked for further coffee sachets and were told that we needed to contact house keeping ourselves. There as only one tea bag.
The room was spacious and clean but the tap on the sink did drip all night.

Strange room design though excellent blackout curtains (hint: switch to lower/raise is between the windows). Unable to bring temperature down in room on hot summer day. Limited restaurant options though good dining steps away at their sister hotel Great location with tram stop a 3 minute walk from front door. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Good rooms — bedroom, shower, bath, separate toilet. There is a refrigerator with free drinking water, microwave, kettle. No slippers, no iron.

Very clean and very comfortable rooms. Fantastic service. They asked us before coming what kind of films our son likes and there were toys waiting for him in the room with his faouvorite cartoons.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also, super easy to use transportation to go in the city!

Ideal for a family of 4. We were with our two three-year-old children. And the hotel brought us together two beds c was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel in Luxembourg, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There's a little shop area on the ground floor with really cute and delicious food!

It's probably very good place for business people, however on weekend it becomes a family port. Good breakfast, nice rooms, friendly staff. Location is just 20min walk from Old center, and just across the road from Modern Art museum Mudam.

Good hotel, really suited to a couple or one person looking for a room with a bit more space / flexibility.

Ok. It is far from the city center but it is comfortable with a touch of design, ergonomic and with a fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff.

Our room was very clean and highly modern. There was a speakerbox where you could then use your phone, bathtub and a rain shower and you could separate the bedroom from the living area with a curtain — very nice ambiance. There were plenty of stowage options and the room was really perfect. Good sound insulation! No other guests were heard, and there was hardly any noise from outside, despite the main road right in front of the window!
However, there is a star deduction for this: 1. We were promised at the booking that the parking fees would be included. In the end, no one knew about it and the parking cost us €15 per day. There were no other parking facilities.
2. The drinks prices were really usury and an insolence.

Very good and modern hotel. The rooms are "pre-made" and small but it is actually not bad. We liked a lot the bathroom specially the shower, it is very big. The breakfast is quite ok. Not too much fruits. It is not central and the surroundings are not touristic but also not too far. Definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel but I expected a bit more. I’m a platinum member and this is the first hotel where they didn’t care a bit. Hotel is in a good location and near public transport. Room was new and clean but too small to call it a suite. All in all, I’d recommend this place.

We had 1 above the standard room for our overnight stay. All in all OK room en good service, but not quite 5 star rating. It did not 'blow our mind'. In my opinion a nice price for the quality they deliver. Very nice employees and good service. But the room itself is the reason for my 4 star rating.

Great facility and rooms with modern and tasteful furnishings.

Staff were excellent and professional. They even gave us an upgrade.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. The family suite is very well arranged for a couple with two children.
My only regret is the unfe professional welcome shown by the hostess. When you book a formula, you don't want anything else. Fortunately, everything is back to normal.
But overall, that's okay.

Rooms have lots of space! Best bed I've had in Europe so far! Really good breakfast for 15 euros. Very close to the historic luxembourg downtown area.

Lots of space in our room! The most comfortable bed so far during our travels! Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

I stayed here whilst on a course, the room was really nice especially the bathroom with a large bath and massive shower with lots of jets. The only thing stopping this getting a 5 star rating was the lack of breakfast facilities in the building and no room service.

Very well designed. A true small apartment. Shower and bath, a minimalist decoration. No noise despite a room on the road to kirchberg. One downside, the Wi — Fi which makes his own from time to time and the true hair dryer not powerful.

Painfully slow and restricted internet access.
