I stayed two nights at this hotel in August on my way to Trier in Germany,. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had whilst staying in a hotel, from the moment I arrived I got a warm welcome from the reception staff and this continued throughout my stay. My room was lovely and spotlessly clean and I had a very peaceful sleep both nights. Breakfast was a joy to wake up to full of delicious options to choose from and in the evening I had two delicious meals in the restaurant. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough to ensure my stay was free from any problems like the girl in the dining room who even though was very busy with breakfast still found the time to help me with the data connection on my phone, this was typical of all the staff at the Novotel Luxembourg Centre I can't thank them enough and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Great value and staff all very friendly. Rooms were new, TV was of good quality and kettle for tea and coffee all inclusive.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is situated in the europarliament but centre is very accessible to the new tram facilities. Luckily we had them free When we visited is August.

Although we were in the hotel early (12.00 o'clock) we could already get to the room. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great, even with freshly squeezed O juice. Disadvantage: Parking in public underground parking for 26 euros per 24 hours.

Very nice staff. No free breakfast. Restaurant limited and expensive. Carpets in common areas and in room are outdated and dirty.

Staff were super nice and kind and the room is very clean and tidy, but… we were staying on the 6th floor where we could not open the window for air, the water in the shower toggled warm to cold every sec. You could not enjoy a shower and the sink smelled like sewer. We had better rooms in other Novotel. If you plan on coming by car, FYI parking cost 26 euros a day.

This was our second year to stay in Luxembourg and I dont think we are likely to stay anywhere else. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. The staff have been more than accomodating to all our requests. Thank you for making our stay eaay and memorable.

Simple and clean interior, in a budget hotel for a premium price — guess it is the place which costs, as it is a 5 min walk across the bridge to the old town centre. I'd expect at least body milk and conditioner included in the bathroom consumables (even in Swiss you get that, in a more affordable hotel), but hey, here's only showrgel and shampoo for you :) Still — clean, central, with skilled personnel, and underground parking for separate 25 euro/night.

I would highly recommend this hotel: — the rooms are spacious and have a bathroom, comfortable beds and facilities are correct.
— The staff is really exceptional and is always looking for customer satisfaction (if the hotel manager reads this note, your team made me want to come back there every time I return to Luxembourg).
— Breakfast was very good (even for people who have allergies to gluten, eggs, soy, milk, peanuts) The hotel missed the 5 stars for 2 reasons: 1. Too bad the hotel does not have its own parking 2. There is a slight flow of air in the room, even when the ventilation is cut off.

Not ideally placed, good for business during the week but not for the visit. Parking in Supplement (€26) and the maids opened 2x the door while we had screamed no. Anyway, next time we will go elsewhere, Novotel had used me better.

Standard in the Luxembourg hotel structure. For me, the hotel track (with entrance, bar, bistro) looks like a long-drawn supermarket. It's very open. The rooms have a Luxembourg level.

Good location, friendly staff, room modern but already somewhat tapped, the price of Luxembourg reasonable. Parking in the connected underground garage for €26 from 12 to 12 o'clock the next day possible. Breakfast for €15 is okay, but not the blast.

Good hotel for business stay, pretty Central.

4 starts for the staff friendliness. Room was tired and the shower stall and floor where dingy and omitted a smell. Also the separation of the toilet and sinks was odd. Bed was comfortable and the facilities were nice. In hotel restaurant was very nice but a bit over priced.

Nice setting, bar and restaurant are beautiful, catering and more than decent see even very good.
This place airs on giant screen of football matches (important, I guess) so this is a place where fans of football can satisfy their passions.
The only downside I can put is that I got my hamburger (Prince Orlof) not very hot (the fondue cheese had a little hardened) but I think it's more certainly due to the chance that has a real lack of professionalism.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel is very central and close to most attractions in the city. The bus from the airport stops right around the corner, so very practical. We arrived quite late, but were greeted very warmly by the night staff. Club Accord status was recognised and we received an upgrade to an executive room. The room itself was large, clean, nicely furnished and had a very comfortable bed. We were quite pleased and slept like logs! Breakfast offered a good spread of cold and warm foods, and I especially appreciated the salmon, the tasty sausages, nice croissants and the waffle station. All in all, a very pleasant, well-staffed, clean and reasonably priced hotel that I can recommend without hesitation.

Decent location. Grocery store next door. Main downtown and restaurants close by, across the river. Hotel is decent, kind of spartan compared to US. No free breakfast. Not sure how much hotel costs.

Good food. Clean and well maintained rooms.

Good property. Kinda small rooms. All basic amenities are present. The gym is very basic & nothing to write home about. The restaurant is also good — breakfast spread is very good. Location wise — its bang at the city center. There is a small supermarket called Cactus about 5-7 min walk away from this hotel. Overall a descent property. I had a comfortable & hassle free stay.

Very good hotel with nice, courteous staff. Clean rooms according to the Novotel/Accor standard. Good breakfast buffet, good food selection in the restaurant and delicious wine. Prices keep up to the Luxembourg hotel prices.

Very nice and centrally located hotel. It's about a 10 minute easy walk to the train station, from which you can go in day trips to nearby towns. There's also a bus stop nearby where you can board bus 29 to the airport. If you are in for work in the Kirchberg area, you'll have to take a cab there or use the bus. Walking can take 45 minutes. The plumbing system needs a little upgrading for cold winters. When neighbours turn on their taps, you get a short burst of cold water from the shower.

Great place, spacious rooms, friendly courteous staff and all speak more languages. Only one night we ate at the hotel and I think it was the best dinner of the holiday. Perfect Wi-Fi.

I’m here on holiday With my family, 2 children. Beautiful hotel, family friendly. 5 minutes walking from the main streets of the city. Bus stop very close. Staff is very professional and even kind, human. Rooms modern and comfortable, all very clean. My next trip to Luxembourg, I will stay here again.

I'd like to put a little more than 3 stars, but it's not worth 4.
The reception is fabulous and very warm, the entrance hall is very nice, with Xbox console available and foosball, as well as a fitness room.
This is the room which is average (number 509), with a loud noise from the ventilation all night, a small bathroom without actually storing to lay the business, the sofa bed click Clack for children with a mattress of low thickness for a 4 star Hotel! The adult bedding is good on the other hand and the room is very quiet, no noise from outside or hallways.
The restaurant: Breakfast buffet very full, sublime even. On the other hand, for lunch or dinner, it's good, but nothing exceptional.
I admit, I was hoping better for a 4 star!

A nice hotel, good service and a large breakfast buffet. Super comfortable beds. I slept very well. Jediglich the food left a lot to be desired. Also the possibility to go after the meal still a cocktail or a beer left much to be desired. Musty counter staff and from 2p on it no longer to drink. A cocktail for 10.50 € is already fierce.

You see that it is a hotel cared for. Very good value for money Cleanliness of the room, Ok.
But I had a problem with the shower which did not work well the shower tube and hardly had pressure. As there was no maintenance, I had to shower with that shower all my stay as it was from Friday to Monday. A shame. The rest was very good. The staff were very friendly.

We stayed here (family of 4) for one night on our way home from Italy. We have stayed at many Novotel hotels but this one stands out as the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, speaking very good English. The breakfast was much better than other Novotels — there seemed to be more staff clearing up and restocking food, the food selections was very good and plentiful. We parked in the underground car park and although we arrived quite late there were plenty of spaces. Tip — if you are staying for less than 24 hours it's cheaper to pay in the car park direct, you can pay via the hotel reception but they charge per day so the minimum charge is 26 euros (we pad 14 euros). Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, the services are perfect. The beds are of good quality, a small bottle of water awaits you at the checkin.
Petit Bemol: The quality of the lunch is not really at the height of the €20. I would come back without hesitation.

This is a good hotel downtown. I had dinner at the bar in the evening and service was very good. However the service at breakfast left a bit to be desired. I was there for at least over 30 minutes and my used dishes were not cleared up although the personnel were clearing some tables very promptly. I could see that some other tables, interestingly with solitary women having breakfast, were not being cleared and used dishes were piling up. Obviously service at breakfast is "selective"

From the moment we stepped through the front door of the Novotel Luxembourg Centre, we experienced excellent service. Everyone we spoke to whether at reception, housekeeping, or in the restaurant was, friendly, helpful and very polite. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of choices. Dinner was also quite good. The only thing that I would change, would be the choices on the Discovery Menu. Great location. Quiet, no noises from the surrounding neighbourhood but yet, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the main train station, busses, shopping and entertainment. A little longer walk across the bridge and you are in, what I call, the historic or museum district. Great! The Luxembourg Pass was included in the price for the room. This was such a great thing to include. Although we tried, there was no way that we could have seen all there was to see with the pass. On my next trip to Luxembourg City, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Well placed in relation to the central station with a paid parking under the hotel. The hotel restaurant is very convenient as there are very few possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Room Trüs comfortable and offering all the necessary services. Price in my opinion a little high.

5 minutes from the centre of Luxembourg and with bus line to the airport almost at the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good to go with family with a small play area (quite small, but it fulfilled its function) and a futbolin. The gym was very careful and complete. The truth is that we were delighted and also at a good price.

I had breakfast in the restaurant. The décor is a little faded date but you can eat well. All this will deserve a kick of freshness to my taste.

Clean but basic hotel. Restaurant food very good. Nice bar with fireplace. No entertainment or alternative eating establishments close by unless willing to undertake 30 minute walk to shopping plaza. 50 minute walk to town. Good walking/jogging paths.

Hotel is alright, food is good, but the cleaning leaves room for improvement.
