The pool and ambiance are so nice! However when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene it is rated 1/10. None of the showers was working, no hot water, showers and toilets are extremely dirty! My brother stepped on a broken glass on the floor and hurt his foot, none of the managers bothered to show some responsibility! It's a shame!

Very bad reception,
I was refused entry because of my dog even that it waS the 7th time I come with him to visit a friend, very rude staff, a person identified himself as the Manager responding to the name of Pierre Harb was very rude and acted as a bouncer
I dont believe such a resort have such a poor and unclear pet policy, as they allow some to have their dogs in depending on the dog size, or depending on the receptionist. They did not propose any logical solution to get with my dog to the flat of my friend, even though many residents there do have dogs.

Totally recommended Professional staff and clean rooms.

Great place, The rooms are new and clean, the pool and food are excellent, and the customer service are respectful, and treat customers well. Run by a great man Nassib Zgheib the creator of ocean Bleu resort. Now white lace is the place to be.

Definitely recommend Whitelace, from the minute I walked into reception and was greeted by the friendly staff who endeavoured to help me in every way possible throughout the duration of my stay. Anything I needed I received and always with a smile. Our room was well cleaned and always a pleasure to return to, especially after a long day sightseeing. The pool atmosphere is a lot of fun, great mix of music & a wide selection of food & beverage choices. It’s the little things which contribute to making a stay enjoyable & I can’t speak highly enough of the staff & efforts made to make me feel welcome. Thank you!

Expensive and very loud music but you can easily move far from the main pool to have less noise. Should have more sun shades. Love the huge pool and the kids playground. It would be awesome if they can add a small water slide towards the kids pool.

The pool and amenities are great, however the rooms are very minimalistic and dated. There is no tea, coffee or mini bar included with each room and it takes up to 2hrs to receive your room service. Note that room service is paid for upon arrival of your order so it is best to ensure that you are carrying cash for this stay. On the whole, it was a nice resort outside of the rooms — better for day trips and not for an extended stay!

Nice music, clean room, friendly service, fair price.

A very nice and clean place. People are very friendly. Big pool with a nice bar and music and it's major depth is 1.4m. There is also kids pool. Also a square deep pool for swimmers. There is a big Jacuzzi and a small playground for kids. The restaurant has a nice sea and pool view and the food is good and price is fair. All in all highly recommended.

The pool is big and really nice. The jaccouzi was a bit cold. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Needs some more attention as a service provider. Especially in the inhouse rules about cleaning your room once / day. Other than that, I like it.

Did not like it at all. No beach only pool. Place is overpriced. Crowdy and loud music. Chalets are very expensive. Pool is not nice for swiming. Limitted places around the pool. Restaurent is average.

Great resort to relax and feel that you are between your own family.

Staying in the "studio". It basically means a room next to the parking lot, good for people who wants listen to the sound of tyres scratching on the floor all night. There are some pluses: pool is large. Rooms are clean. Almost sterile. But there are also minuses. I had to deposit my ID to get towels for the pool. Restaurant doesn't work. Only way is to order food through the front desk. Yuh can't charge anything to the room And pay at checkout — everything has to paid to the serving boy, who barely speaks English. Parking is an odd thing too. You don't get an entry card. Instead, you wait for a Guard to open the gate for you. Same when you want to exit. The only way to exit is through entry gate (yes, It means going up the one way ramp in wrong direction). There is a regular exit gate, but available to some special guests only. General feeling — were Watched and controlled all the time. Absolutely minimum service is provided. Studio rooms in the basement do not have Wi-Fi. Gym is under construction. Terrible experience. I Imagine it might be better. Maybe it's just off season way of doing business Here. Anyways — I do not recommend staying here.

Cool place, no beach access only pool.

It's an amzing resort with great services and the pool is so clean with salty water, jacuzzi and panoramic view for the chalets.

Absolutely loved the Resort and everything about it! From the professionalism of the staff to the warmth and welcoming ways. One couldn't ask for more. Every staff member did their upmost to make sure we were happy in every way possible. My family and I were overwhelmed with the amazing service. We experienced great room service everyday. The service at Concierge, the Restaurant, the pool area, the Bar, all the Floor Staff was next to non absolute amazing. Not to contact all Management Staff you guys made us feel like family. Anything we needed it was there. Will definitely be back in a heartbeat my family and all my friends that visited love Whitelace I would like to extend a very BIG THANK YOU to each and every one of the Management and staff at Whitelace.

This is the third year we spent summer holiday in whitelace resort. It was amazing every time. Nice chalet nice staff great management and lovely atmosphere… once u go there u can notice how clean and modern is the place and how it's a family friendly resort. Full of music and summer vibes. We would like to thank the whitelace family for the great summer that we had. C u next year.
