Terrible! We booked a room with a king bed, it was literally two beds connected together with a sheet covering them and making it looking like a whole double bed, and there was a metal in the middle that wasn't seen, and that was very dangerous and painful, it can break a back if not careful.
Also it is not clean.

Worst hotel ever! Just left after 1 hour from our check in and asked them to refund our money bcz the bed sheets were unacceptable to sleep on since they were dirty and filthyyy! lots of mosquitos on the balcony and in our room, sound of wedding music & firework since we checked in, ok that’s normal but they should have told us before we confirm the booking that there are 2 weddings in 1 hotel. After all, the manager akid didn’t show up, he just asked the receptionist to check if we used anything from the room or the room itself but we didn’t! & finally He refused to refund our money as if we were guests from his usual ones! Thank you for the worst hospitality ever! Very disrespectful and unprofessional!

This is my 4th time I attend a Wedding here. The 1st Visit was a great experience for me as the food was very good and very presentable. The last visit I was so disappointed. The food was not good. They were not as tasty as they were. The Olive oil is the cheapest in market, and the grill was not good. Hope this is only one occasion problem. The 2nd thing is that the restaurant permits smoking in a closed area. I don't know where is the Law in this matter in many places like this in Lebanon. Many are not applying such policies of clean environment in closed area restaurant. If you are none smoker, avoid this place. Sorry for this bad review but Smoking is a very bad thing for the people who doesn't smoke.

For the hotel, the staff are very friendly, the view is great the room is spacious the pool is nice,, the breakfast is good, but they should put a big effort on the maintenance and cleanless of the room. Three out of 6 lamps in the room are burnt, the window glass and the mirror glass are stamped, the curtain is dirty.

Good lication clean hotel but the piscine is very small.

However, the stay there is causey and private. If you don't like noise it is better not coming on saturday where the hotel might be hosting wedding eve and the places nearby might be on fire with sounds and music. Finally the city of jbeil is amazing and this by itself might be a big advantage.

Nice hotel, the restaurant is good. The service is very good. The food taste and presentations are good. Good for wedding events.

Small pool and not crowded, sometimes weddings will bother at nights. But I recommend it for short stay.

We have been there friends and family, we all like it.

The emphasis on this location is on the resuturant and weddings, the hotel is not that wow, swimming pool access is fair until someone comes at 4:30 pm telling you that you have to leave cause we have a wedding, although the swimming pool closes at 6 as per their regulations.
Bottom line, hotel is fine if for quick stay and day time swimming access, other that that nothing.
Also, food service at swimming pool is very late.
