A great value for the location. Simply put: there is no other comparable hotel in this part of Vientiane under ฿1000 per night. If youre looking to save more money be prepared to share a bathroom and risk sleeping with bedbugs. I'll be at V Hotel.

Perfect rooms with wealthy bathroom with a bath, very good bed, curtains well blackout, but fickle, as Wi — Fi connection often, air con noisy, fixed bad faucets.

Staff at the reception counter are friendly and good service.

Highly recommended. Clean rooms a. C. Working well. Fantastic view over the river. American breakfast. For 20 USD it doesn't get better here.

Don't stay here. Really badly run hotel. We had been promised early check-in but the room wasn't ready as promised. We had to wait three hours and weren't even offered a glass of water. We were forced to pay for the room before entry, despite them having my card details. They then could not change the cash I gave them and we had to call back to get our money. In the room the hot water didn't work. At Breakfast there was a sign to order omelette, but the lady said they had no eggs. This is in the centre of the capital city. Absolutely awful place.

Ok I guess. Room clean, bed comfortable. Downsides… shower… hot water intermittent, they made us pay for the room at check in but then didn't have any change, no eggs at breakfast, they didn't run out as we arrived at the start of breakfast, they just never bothered to stock any for the start of breakfast…

Good place to stay, basic comfort but well-located in city center, easily accessible on foot. Breakfast quality could be improved.

Do not stay at this hotel. This hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The main renovation that is needed is for the hotel to install 3 prong electric wall receptors (plugs) in all of the rooms.

Rooms are fine. Breakfast hasn't carved me off stool now. But the Hotel is very well located. Right on The Nightmarket, lots of street food in the Area and ne bar with Belgian Beer. There is also a Travel Agency for the Bus to Vang Vieng right next door. So all in all, a very good Hop for 1-2 Nights.

Worth staying here. The breakfast is not worth it at all. Actually not good at all. But the room is very comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Makes it worth while.

Lots of noise, hotel in works, doors slamming all night, impossible to close the eye, flee this place!

The room was small, the AC worked well, never tried to turn on the TV. We got no window room but they have small ventilation under the ceiling. The bed is soft, the bed sheet and pillow sheet is pretty clean. It was ok for the price range.

Affordable accommodation. 5 walking distance to the night market. But the market was boring.

Not great service. I requested 2 key cards. They refused. Front desk asked manager. Manager refused. They are not interested in assisting customers. Hotel looks old and run down. There are a lot better options in the city. This hotel just wants your money and is not interested in providing any customer service to their guests. I left and did not stay. I found a much nicer hotel that provide a cold drink free shuttle around the city. Swimming pool breakfast buffet. Gym tennis court karaoke oh yes and 2 key cards.

The hotel is located in a good location, close to the Mekong River and the night market, and not far from the city and the main attractions of Yong-jen, the room was nice, clean, but the window I assigned to the room was on the corridor, it was weird, safe, refrigerator, no balcony, smoking had to go out, price I would like to find a more affordable hotel nearby, The front desk English ability is good, the manner is friendly, nearby laundry as long as 8000kip/kg, is to want to live the riverside good choice, moreover I want to order from the reservation website, the price may also be more expensive than walking booking.

Great place for the price. 5 Stars if the room service had been a little less obnoxious. Haven't had time to try breakfast, but internet was good and bedding awesome. I did sleep with earplugs though…

Very well located. Just meters from the park, where from 4 pm, is the night market. Clean, comfortable rooms, good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi service is very good. Reviews, there are careless: once a day not function the elevator or there is a bit of moisture on the walls or mosquitoes at reception. Out of that very well.

Good price for a more than decent hotel.

Not expensive and not a new hotel with nice linens and great mattresses. Clean, not expensive and in the heart of the city.

It's a good time to stay here. It located in a peacefull quarter. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. We highly appreciate the hospitable of all staffs working here. The breakfast is very good. However, if "Lao noodle sup" is appread in breakfast, it's quite excellent. Tks so much.

After I paid for the room (booked by agoda) the staff said 'there's a problem with the lights in the room I supposed to stay and others on that floor so he can provide no room for me' he ask if I could stay at Douang Deuane Hotel instead.! This is horrible. He should inform that before the payment but he didn't.

Its not completely out of range for a backpacker, and for me it was a nice place to give in to a good bed, nice shower, fast Wi-Fi and a flat screen tv. If just for a day or two. The breakfast is very nice as well. You get what you pay for here, even maybe just a bit more. That's not always the rule on hotels.
